Beaver Mountain Lodge

Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is truly one of Utah’s hidden gems. It’s a small, family-run resort, and you can feel that family vibe the moment you arrive. This isn’t a corporate ski hill — it’s a place built with heart, tradition, and genuine love for the mountains. What makes Beaver special is the people. You’ll see the owner selling tickets, a family member driving the snowcat, someone’s sister-in-law helping out in rentals — everyone is involved, and it shows. There’s pride in every detail. They’ve done an amazing job upgrading the resort with the new lodge and café, while still keeping the soul of the place intact. The lodge is cozy, the food is great, the prices are fair, and the whole experience just feels right. And the fact that it’s only about 30 minutes from Logan makes it even better. You get incredible terrain, beautiful views, and a relaxed atmosphere without the chaos of big resorts. Every season, you can tell how much effort they put into making things better — for skiers, snowboarders, snowmobilers, and families alike. Beaver Mountain isn’t just a ski resort; it’s a place that creates memories and brings people together. Huge thanks to the entire Beaver Mountain family for everything you do. You bring so much happiness to every season, and Utah is lucky to have a place like this. Can’t wait to come back again and again.

Beaver Mountain just opened up their new lodge. Marge's cabin. It's awesome. Fun seating areas, huge fireplace, lockers, fun souvenir shop with cute sweatshirts, hats, etc They also have a ski rental shop there and a place to get food. It's beautiful, lots of windows, nicely decorated etc. I can't say enough good stuff about it!

Great place for novice snowboarders like me. Not busy and expensive like Sundance

Great mountain, a little dated with its skiing lifts as of Feb 2026 there are no high speed lifts which could make departing the chair a little harder for beginners but the lifts aren't dangerous. Make sure you set up an account to purchase passes before hand because making a pass there can be a little confusing and difficult if it is busy.

Great little place. The snack bar had the best Reuben I've ever tasted, and my daughter's spicy chicken sandwich was so yummy, too. Portions are large, sandwiches require napkins. My family had a great time snowboarding here. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

A great place to ski especially for a first timer since you far enough away from the crowds of Salt Lake City. Ask the trails were well groomed and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place to ski.

Spectacular place! No crowds - plenty of fresh lines to be had (with fresh powder absolutely). Old school lodge with a family feel. Best bang for your buck on the lift tickets!

I cannot say enough good things about Beaver Mountain! I almost don’t want to leave a review because I’m afraid it will lead to more people coming. This place is a hidden gem of the Rockies and Utah skiing. Definitely the best value I have ever found. Super friendly staff, great trails for every ability. Very family friendly and accommodating to all skier abilities. We love Beaver Mountain and look forward to our annual trip here.
