No free breakfast included The 5 Star customer service you'll receive is valuable but as mentioned This hotel doesn't offer a free breakfast. I traveled around the world and most hotels offer something. It does have a restaurant, gift shop, bar, and a store to buy coffee, pizza and other food. There are many vending machines. It has a guests laundry room washer/ dryer It's not free but 3.00 dollars per cycle The dryer and washing machine accept plastic payment The hotel has an arcade, several outdoor jacuzzis a tennis court , a spectacular sunrise view. I slept really comfortable on the awesome bed. the television is a large color HD The window in my room opens to let in fresh air. The bathroom is very well lit and easy to use. The hotel is well maintained/ clean and very popular. The shuttle service is fantastic and free for guests providing local pickup and drop-off. My room has a mini refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer , a comfortable rolling chair, and table, ironing board, a spacious closet, dresser with large drawers. A Catholic Church is near the hotel The hotel shuttle service will take and pick you up after mass.

We got a deal and stayed at the one bedroom suite with a fireplace. The room was really clean and quiet. They provide the firewood, starter and lighters. The hot tubs were nice, sometimes crowded but then you can go to the heated pool(90F in the summer) or the saunas. There is also a game room. They had activities for a fee. We didn’t dine at the resort as we love the dining in town and we have dietary restrictions (gluten free) and we already knew safe places in town. The rooms are really well insulated so it’s hot in the summer. We had to sleep with the windows open. They have screens. The blackout was pretty decent in the room. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well. The hot water takes a while to kick in but it’s good. Overall is an old room, remodeled but highly functional. We would love to stay again.

How this lodging facility has the nerve to characterize themselves as a resort is beyond me. The rooms have no AC. How does a resort that charges the rates they charge have no AC in the rooms? Even Motel 6 has AC in every room. It's a basic feature. To deal with the heat in the room, I was forced to open the sliding windows. I then got to spend from 1am to 3am listening to some guy talking out on the street. As the cooler outdoor air was not having any effect, I was forced to open the shades on the windows, which let the outside light emanating from the street lights flood the room (could walk from far side of bed to bathroom without needing to turn on a light), and put a fan in the window to exhaust the heat and draw in cooler air. It finally started to cool off, but the light flooding the room kept me awake. So, did not get a single minute of sleep that night. The pillows are absolute crap...no support whatsoever...bring your own. The bathroom is about the size of an Alcatraz prison cell. You enter the bathroom with the vanity and toilet on the right, shower straight ahead, and a 2.5' wide x 5' long walk way between bathroom door and shower. We dined at Spencer's restaurant on site...total waste of money. We ordered the stuffed squash appetizer. Equated to a two mini spring roll sized edibles and a salad that was consumed in 3 bites...all for the the cost of $15. $9 for a bottle of sparkling water. Filet Mignon entree with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots for sides. Total for app, water, and one entree with tax, tip, and the lovely Resort Fee (absolutely meaningless charge for a meal)...$99.95. Never again. Overpriced food and extremely lackluster accommodations and environmental comfort system for what is supposedly considered a resort.

I really like the resort. It’s a complicated maze to get around the hotel but it had roomy accommodations. We really liked our full updated kitchen and living room. We had a small space to step out doors. We did have a queen sized bed and I think the room could have fit a king. We were in building 1. In a “suite.” The bathroom was mostly updated but I was surprised to see a landlord special showerhead. Some small areas do need a bit of updating but a full reno would jack the price up so we were happy with the price we payed. You can definitely tell the place was built in the 70’s or 80’s. The indoor outdoor pool and game room was a surprise and I think it’s definitely cool. There were several hot tubs for guest enjoyment. I wish the out door spa had left their hot tubs going in the evening for guests. The one thing I really would like to see addressed was the uncomfortable pillow situation. Definitely time to toss those and start fresh. They can be fluffed out to look nice but they were incredibly small and your head sank straight to the mattress. The queen mattress was well worn and needs to be replaced in that room. I understand a pull out bed will never be that comfortable but sleeping comfort should be a priority and I would recommend placing a memory foam piece to be used if you have to use a pull out bed. We did not ski this time but walking distance to downtown is doable. Parking was onsite but tight which is typical for ski towns. Kitchen had everything we needed. We did call for firewood and they came and brought matches, firewood and fire started which was a cool perk.

Was staying at Beaver Run Resort for an art teachers conference. The accommodations were outstanding and the rooms were very clean and cozy. I loved the rustic/modern feel that the rooms and also the whole resort and all the buildings had.

Very convenient to downtown. Main issue is there is no central AZ; we had a portable AC unit in our suite - some have AC, some don't. Even then, it was hard to get it cooled off enough to sleep. The window in our unit was clouded, so it was hard to enjoy the view. Otherwise, the suite was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette wasn't all that well-quipped, but we made do. Staff was responsive and helpful. Parking is challenging, especially on weekends.

I really enjoyed my stay with my 7-year old daughter this past week. I booked it under their Summer sale where all of the rooms were $175 per night so we got a one bedroom suite with a private balcony and full kitchen. The room was fabulous other than the dishwasher which didn't roll out right and the toaster which only cooked the bottom half of one side of my bread lol. The amenities were wonderful and the pool was nice and warm in building 4. We used their free shuttle for our outings and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. That was fabulous as I didn't want to have to worry about parking. I highly recommend this place and will be looking for this Summer deal again next year. If I can get it I'll make this an annual thing. And I don't make much money so this was the first vacation I've taken my daughter on so I appreciate everything I was able to get for the price. We live in Denver so it was less than a 2-hour drive. The traffic leaving there on Sunday, when we were driving there, was absolutely AWFUL. I recommend going during the week like we did if possible.
