Google
A cool experience. Our group of eight people loved this location. Walking out the back of building four and straight onto the slopes was awesome. The amenities like the hot tubs, heated swimming pool, rec center, were tons of fun. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and room service was great. We stayed until the very last minute and were disappointed to leave. Nice job team Beaver Run!

Our room in Building 3 at Beaver Run was wonderful! Clean, well maintained, view of ski runs at base of Peak 9. It had a fireplace stocked with firewood, big tv in the large family room, two queens in the separate bedroom, roomy bathroom and nice kitchen with dishwasher. Unit comes with its own ski locker ( only room for 3 pairs of skis, maybe 4 if you really jam them in) and ski out access to Beaver Run and Quicksilver lifts. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Didn’t have time to try pools or hot tubs, but they looked nice. Loved our stay!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite slope side and loved the location. Our only issue was that the mattresses need to be replaced. They were like a 500 lb person slept in the middle for a month. All else was fantastic. The people who responded to our requests for wood and all our servers at the restaurants and bars as well as the people at the lifts were fantastic. We also took advantage of the spa services including a couple massage and a facial and nails for my wife Barbie and everyone we came in contact with made our stay perfect.

Google
Terrible hotel — not deserving of the “resort” label. I honestly can’t believe this place calls itself a resort. The rooms are in very poor condition. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—the mattress sagged so badly that it felt older than we were. I asked three separate times for a mattress topper. Each time, staff said they would bring one, and each time the request was completely ignored. On top of that, the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location right next to the mountain. Even so, next time I go skiing, I would rather pay a little more and stay at an actual resort. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend staying here I paid 900 DOLLAR for 2 people for 2 nights. Literally a steal.

We loved staying here! There was so much for our family to do, eat, and enjoy! The Christmas lights were beautiful along with watching the sleigh rides from our balcony. The shuttle was great with all 3 drivers! Overall great Christmas family experience!!

Google
We had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent they always came whenever we needed anything. Everything in the rooms was tidy. We had a great view. The food was delicious and fresh. The mountains and slopes were nearby, and the rental service was excellent. We will definitely come back again.

Google
The staff at Beaver Run Resort is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent—being right near the ski lifts is incredibly convenient and one of the biggest perks of staying here. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The TV service and WiFi are truly awful. Connections are unreliable to the point of being unusable, and the television service simply doesn’t work as expected. Given how much guests pay to stay here, having functional WiFi and a working television feels like the bare minimum—not a luxury—and the failure on both fronts is hugely disappointing. With so many other high-quality places to stay in Breckenridge that offer comparable locations and modern, reliable amenities, we will definitely be looking elsewhere on our next trip.

No free breakfast included The 5 Star customer service you'll receive is valuable but as mentioned This hotel doesn't offer a free breakfast. I traveled around the world and most hotels offer something. It does have a restaurant, gift shop, bar, and a store to buy coffee, pizza and other food. There are many vending machines. It has a guests laundry room washer/ dryer It's not free but 3.00 dollars per cycle The dryer and washing machine accept plastic payment The hotel has an arcade, several outdoor jacuzzis a tennis court , a spectacular sunrise view. I slept really comfortable on the awesome bed. the television is a large color HD The window in my room opens to let in fresh air. The bathroom is very well lit and easy to use. The hotel is well maintained/ clean and very popular. The shuttle service is fantastic and free for guests providing local pickup and drop-off. My room has a mini refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer , a comfortable rolling chair, and table, ironing board, a spacious closet, dresser with large drawers. A Catholic Church is near the hotel The hotel shuttle service will take and pick you up after mass.

Yelp
convenient location, right between the skiing and downtown, and lots of available parking in a heated garage included with your stay. however, this place is confusing to navigate, and the style is from the 1800s

Yelp
Very outdated, old, and confusing layout. The bedrooms are from the 70s with popcorn ceilings, single panes windows, & broken window screens. The signage is not good at all. From building two back to building one you have to take an elevator thay goes to G5, but there is no sign saying G5 takes you to building one, so you're staring at a sign saying the elevating goes to G5 which doesn't mean anything jf you don't already know G5 leads you to building one. We tried to wash our clothes in the laundry but the quarter machine wasn't giving out change, so we had ti look for another. Finally found one in the maze, then we put $.75 in the tide pod machine and it's actually $1.25, so we put that in then no tide pods come out. So we call the front desk and theyre out and they tell us we can buy some from the sky market. I asked them to buy it from sky market themselves and bring it to us and they refused We then order from Spencer's online and the online order doesn't save our modifications This place sucks go elsewhere

Hello G.

Yelp
Note: Resort charges $49 for a processing fee if you cancel the reservation. I canceled a reservation more than 3 months prior to the date -- their website says you can get a refund more than 3 days prior to attending, but I gave 3 months notice, and the hotel still charged me $49 to cancel.

Yelp
If you have ever seen the movie Apocolypse Now, you probably remember the quote "Charlie don't surf". Well, my quote to start this review is "John don't ski". So if you are looking for a review of this place as it relates to skiing, ski yourself elsewhere. I went to a bunch of conferences for work this year. This trip was for one of those conferences. This was the host hotel so again, I didn't get to pick where I stayed. The Good Beaver Run is conveniently located to downtown. There are multiple buildings and mine was a short walk to the conference center. The room was a smaller condo type room with one bedroom, a full kitchen, and a living area. It had a view of the mountains which was nice. The conference facility was nice. Food was provided in a tent outside that was a nice touch. The Not so Good The route to get to the conference center from my room was confusing. I don't know if I took the same route ever. There are walkways between buildings for when it snows I assume. But getting from one place to another never was easy for me. Parking is very sparse and was full almost the whole time I was there. If I had a good spot and drove somewhere it would be gone when I returned. Despite warnings against it, I saw several folks parked in the 15 minute parking for much longer. This made the trek from a neighboring lot with my bags super difficult. The altitude was killing me. Allitidue is not their fault but the parking situation was not the best. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. But I was not super impressed.

Yelp
I handed over my pass, expecting a quick scan, but Brandi and Chad, the ski lift tyrants, squinted at it like I was pulling a scam. "Looks suspicious," Brandi said as Chad snatched it away. "Yeah, we're confiscating this." Confiscate? Was I smuggling illegal snow? I showed my ID, but they examined it like FBI agents solving a mystery. "Doesn't match," Chad declared, while a kid skied past unbothered. "That's Timmy. He's a regular." Oh, so Timmy gets VIP treatment? I gave up, went to the ticket office, and the clerk handed me a new pass without hesitation. "Yeah, they do that sometimes," she said. Turns out, the real slope danger wasn't ice--it was Brandi and Chad's power trip. We come here to vacation not to be hassled by your employees.

Yelp
Wonderful place to stay. Ski in and out makes everything so much easier. So many amenities. Our family had a great time. We will be back again.

Yelp
Wow this place is great for families! We got a one bedroom suite in building three and it was perfect. There's a full-size kitchen. All of the appliances were pristine and seemed new actually. We cooked all of our meals in the unit except for dinner the day that we arrived. Heads up that only one expensive steak restaurant is open after 5:00, so it does seem that for families this is designed to cook your own meals. There is a large supermarket less than a mile away with reasonable prices and we stocked up there. It's so convenient, right next to the slopes. The outdoor hot tubs and indoor outdoor pool were fun for apres ski.

Yelp
I like to start with 5 stars and then decide if the business was able to keep them based on the experience. -1: The entire resort is NOT ADA/Handicapped accessible. In order to utilize elevators to areas like the spa, you have to walk long distances on weirdly sloping "sky walks" to get between buildings. Otherwise, you're stuck with stairs. -1: The buildings are not labeled. 620 Village Rd is not the address for all 4 buildings. One building says it's "Building 4" and another says it's "630 Village Rd." The map they give you means nothing if the actual buildings don't have signage. -1: The building that our unit was in had 2 elevators, but only one real entrance. If you use the elevator by the entrance, it's a rat's maze of hallways to get to the unit. If you use the elevator by the unit, it's a rat's maze back to the main entrance. Again, not super useful for someone with mobility issues. -1: When I made the reservation, I specifically informed the desk that my father is on a walker and has mobility issues. They stated that would be "no problem." When we get there, it was a HUGE problem as noted above. If they would've been honest about their accessibility, I would've made different choices in lodging. The only redeeming factor was the actual unit we stayed in. Unfortunately, I found out after that the units are individually owned. I could've done AirBnB or VRBO for the money we paid. We went because we wanted the "resort" experience, and the only thing "resort" was the ski lifts...This is a ski resort and nothing more.

Yelp
I loved the resort and the accommodations! The city is beautiful and has alot of historic structures and artifacts. The boutiques are fascinating. It's a nice area to get out and explore.

Yelp
Skiing & ski out. Great resort with all amenities available. Easy shuttle to the village. All employees were helpful and polite. Ensure you swing by and say hi to Amy Tattersall at Spencer's bar! Her martinis are second to none and she has a great story to tell!!

Jennifer Q.

Yelp
The sofa bed in room 4-524 should have been replaced years ago. It's like a college dorm room, found in the dumpster, quality. The worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. They should be ashamed to claim a studio sleeps 4 and then provide a sinking, paper thin mattress on the "2nd bed". When folded up, the couch sinks in the middle too. The 2 stars is because our fridge wasn't working when we got there. Once we informed the front desk, the maintenance guy was there within minutes.
google avatar

Yelp
Great location. We loved the ski-in ski-out access, hot tub, free shuttle service around downtown. and on-site ski lockers. Ski rentals are a short walk away. The units are on the small side with low ceilings and the parking garage is tight, but the other conveniences makes up for it. 3.5 stars.

Yelp
The property is outdated and severe shortage of quality staff on site parking is non-existent would not recommend

Yelp
Nice location, HORRIBLE & incompetent customer service. Booked a slopeside room... paid $1,600 for two nights specifically for the view! Got a bottom of the barrel room opposite of the slopes with a nice parking lot view instead. Manager could have cared less. Tried to upcharge us to get the room we paid for. Totally snotty and condescending, rude & dismissive. Total bait & switch. Scammers. Do NOT stay here. No wonder they have only a 3 star rating (and rapidly falling) for such a gorgeous place. They think they have the market cornered... but little to no return customers. Get a clue.

Zack E.

Yelp
Best ski in/out at Breck and on the best park, 9, and fun resort too. Some of its dated but the proximity to town and the slopes and the price makes up for it. Building four units are the ones to get as you actually ski down to the Beaverrun lift and ski straight to the ski lockers. These are condos that can differ based on the owner but our unit, 4507, was perfect for two and well maintained.

Yelp
We ended up here with about 25 other people for a family reunion trip. Colorado is a central location for the family, and Breckenridge had a lot to offer. To be transparent, I don't know how this particular resort was chosen -- I wasn't part of the planning -- and Beaver Run probably wouldn't be my top choice for a return trip. Our room was pretty dated and had a weird layout, especially when we compared it with other family members' spaces that were more updated. Our one-bedroom was plenty big enough for the two of us, but there was no bedroom door, which made it weird for hosting others or even in the middle of the night when one of us would wake up and want to go to the sitting area to watch tv or read with a light on. There was also no closet in the bedroom -- it was in the main entrance of the suite. Our room also hadn't been updated. We saw lots of newer finishes, including lighting and countertops, in other rooms. Everything about our suite felt old and dingy. We used the fridge and microwave but not the cooktop. I could see using that more if we had kids or were there for longer. Our view from our room sucked but I suppose someone has to stay on the first floor next to the parking lot where they're doing construction? We just had a bad roll of the dice, I suppose. It would have been nice to have either the weird layout or the bad view; both on the same stay was a bummer. My SIL requested a two room suite -- one room with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. She ended up with a suite that had one queen bed and two twin size beds. It's unclear where the miscommunication happened but maybe my MIL and FIL enjoyed a week of pretending to be Mike and Carol Brady? Staff were friendly at check-in and our two quick trips to the cafe/marketplace during our stay. My nephew enjoyed the arcade area. The pool area in building four was good for a family cookout night and we probably abused our access to the pool room/locker area for social time with our larger group. The real stand out is honestly the shuttle system for the resort that gets you about town and the shuttle drivers, all of whom were exceptionally nice and efficient.

Glenn Z.

Yelp
We stayed here for two plus weeks in August for the Breck Epic. The place is an absolute shithole! Room was filthy, poorly stocked for any cooking, parking a nightmare (at $10/day). Included is a pic of the baseboard heater!
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
Great location but the lack of preventative maintenance and upkeep is sad. The staff was excellent, this review is aimed at owners / management. Get a professional chemical program in place for both housekeeping and laundry (Diversey / Ecolab) the house keepers were using random non labeled spray bottles for room cleaning. The rooms were dirty and desperately need upgrades. I would never recommend this resort to anyone it was truly dated and unsanitary. In addition faucet in bathroom leaked, no AC in rooms, super itchy linens (which means they are over using bleach) and general poor maintenance.
google avatar

Matthew W.

Yelp
Definitely not luxury of you think of luxury brands. St Regis, intercontinental , Hyatt Grand. Old property that's run down. No true service to speak of. Restaurant looks like it's from the 70s or 80s yet at 2023 pricing. Rooms acceptable again basic accessories but nothing to think luxury.
google avatar

Jamie L.

Yelp
I loved the room as it was so cozy and spacious. It is on the pricey side, about $450 a night but that's because it is conveniently located, next to the ski slopes. Service, however, is not great and could definitely be better. Maid service cleaning was not thorough and they did not sweep or vacuum the floors and we were here during the coronavirus and were not informed of the slopes closing until an entire day after so we did not have any time to prepare for check our. Apparently, they contacted other rooms but forgot to inform us?? How does that happen?? Anyways, I was happy with building 4 and loved the room at its location. I wish service would be better, but we were here during a chaotic time so I'm not sure what else to say...
google avatar

Christy M.

Yelp
We really enjoyed this place. Our apartment specifically was very clean, very comfortable bedding and quiet. We used the kitchen quite often and felt it had everything we needed. The fireplace offered a cozy touch and we had a view of trees and snow! Convenient location to town and skiing. The hot tubs were nice, I do envy those places that have them off their porches personally for the room. I imagine in busy season the hot tubs are overrun. There were a handful of areas in the resort that were not open when we went, for example the sauna. The spa is also really lacking in my opinion, but I would rather my room be nice and clean over the spa, but it would be great if both were nice!
google avatar

Dayomie T.

Yelp
We love the redort and the accommodations, if you have kids the hotel have lots of entertainments for kids and adults to enjoy it as family, the staff are friendly and very attentive, the rooms are super clean, transportation is great. You have everything you need there. We love it. The ladies that clean the room were amazing. Everyone is.
google avatar

Michael O.

Yelp
Great location bumped up right against the slopes. It's a short distance into the main part of the town (Breckenridge) but it is just far enough outside of what can sometimes be chaos. I've read people commenting on the place being "dated," and maybe the "style" is not what's in today. However, the condo I stayed in was well kept. Clean. Everything worked. Fixtures look like new. Wall paint is kept up with (no peeling or cracks or stains). And for a ski resort... I'm surprised the carpet is "not" worn down. Staff was all friendly. The view is amazing, and since the building is on a hillside, the views on all sides are beautiful (mountains on all sides).
google avatar

Yelp
**Summer time review** Not gonna lie - this place needs a bit of a renovation and MUCH MORE PARKING! There is no Valet option either :( The rooms do not have A/C so if you do come in the summer - it can get hot during the day. My favorite part was the hidden gem that is Burro Trail - National Forest trail head that literally NO ONE knew about. It is tucked away off to the side of the resort and was one of the best hikes I have done in awhile. A beautiful creek follows alongside of you for most of it and lots of gorgeous wildflowers to look at. 6 miles total if you do the whole thing. Overall though The resort was clean and had everything you would need during your stay and was close enough to the downtown area as well to grab dinner at the many great restaurants there. which I would suggest because the food at Beaver is about 3.8 stars. I was here for a conference and the conference location and accommodations were great - no complaints.

Yelp
Ugh, what a dump. This place was built in 1980 and it appears that's the last time any remodeling was done. The ceiling height in Building 1 is about 7', bathroom ceiling height is about 6'6" (at best). The bathtub/shower ceiling height is 6'. The shower head is at aporox. 5'6". The mirror is mounted so low my 5'6" wife had to bend down to look in the mirror. I'm 6'3" so the entire room felt like a children's playhouse. No exaggeration, the windows are so poor you can hear people walking by, not talking just the sound of walking. Electric baseboard heating so the room smells like the 1960's. This was assuming the thermostat in the room worked, it did not. We were at this place for a conference and several other attendees were in the other buildings. Everyone's opinion was the same, this place is a dump. The location of this place is at a premium so that's the bonus, probably why they have put zero effort into making it look nice on the inside. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Yelp
The wife and I had such a blast here!! The resort is a ski in and ski out location. This means that I can get on a ski lift within 20 feet of walking out of the resort. There is also a second ski lift about 100 feet downhill (you can ski or board to it). There is also a great beginners area to freshen up your skills before you head down the slopes. Ski and snowboard equipment rental area is also located inside the resort. You can get away with renting a board, helmet, and shoes for about $55 (even cheaper if you rent them online). The resort also has 4 different eateries located inside. Cooper Top is a 2 story bar and restaurant. Spencer's is more of a sit down restaurant. The Market offers all your snacks and goodies. Base Nine is a bar only with darts and one pool table. They have approx. 6 spas and a pool that is both indoor and outdoor. You can swim under a wall to go in and out. There is also an arcade/game area (I didn't use this and I'm not sure if there was an additional cost to use this area). They also have a covered garage area. CONS: Navigating around the resort can get confusing. It took me a few days to figure out how to get around it. Everyday I had to use 2 different elevators to get around because of where I was located. The rooms could also use some attention, I get that you are really paying for the ski in/out benefit, but c'mon, touch up the room some!! Overall the location is prime real estate!! I'd stay here again in the future.

Yelp
Beaver Run Resort has been a mainstay for my family to get away from Denver for a few days every year. We always stay here as their staff is courteous, the location is right off the slopes, there are activities like mini-golf and great hot tubs, and of course the rooms are top notch and comfortable. I've always loved having the full kitchen in the rooms so that we can cook, and all the pots, pans, silverware, etc. are fully stocked. That helps so much to avoid the high mountain prices while skiing and even in town. We've stayed in many other places in Breck but Beaver Run is a great choice and one of our favorites.

Tessa M.

Yelp
Oh my gosh what a spot to stay! This place was great in every aspect. Jonathan was the only employee working, however he was absolutely so great. Wore a mask and had made sure everyone in the lobby was wearing one as well. There became a bit of a line but he handled it very well, considering the system would not work properly for a few minutes he made great company. Did an absolutely amazing job of explaining everything to us and making us feel very comfortable. The hotel room was very clean thanks to Carol C., they have several building and a private covered parking garage for all their guests. Solely due to the great experience we were provided upon checking in is the reason I'd come back. The views are stunning. The room had a fridge in it too. And it is within minutes of everything on main street. Cant wait to go back when it snows and ski!
google avatar

Lewis B.

Yelp
I give it one free star for being in a good location by default but jeez. The fridge is constantly leaking. The beds are sunken in the middle so you and your spouse will end up nose to nose a lot. Your best bet is to spoon in the middle or back to back. The bath tub has a little brown stain, and I know it's not poop but it's hard to tell yourself that when you're trying to soak and the brown spots touch your leg.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful resort and location, though a little bit older inside the rooms. The rooms are a very nice size with a separate sleeping and living area, The oversized shower takes a solid 15 minutes for the water to heat up, the mattress cover had lumps throughout so it was really difficult to get comfortable and the girl that works in the cafe/stop and go place was extremely unfriendly and rude. All that said, you can't beat waking up to the views!

Sean L.

Yelp
Positives: Great location to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Our room was updated (privately owned) The place has pool tables, arcade, pool, spas etc. Negatives: Common areas and exterior of property are straight from the 80's. Construction crew/staff. I get that you are painting the building. I'm gone most of the day so that doesn't bother me. However when it's past 730pm and I want to open my windows to cool down my room and I can't because of the exhaust from the sky lift and noise it's unacceptable. Only one laundry area for the entire complex.
google avatar

M H.

Yelp
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice building and great accommodations. Plenty of amenities. Can't go wrong here.

Wm R.

Yelp
I've stayed here twice and will not stay again. Very good location and nice amenities. The management of the facility is lacking. Housing-keeping is bad and the rooms are very tired and run down. Front desk personnel are unqualified to do their jobs. This facility is overpriced for the condition and lack of service.

Julie D.

Yelp
This resort is a bit dated but location, location, location! Resort is right next to its own chairlift on peak 9 (Beaver Run Superchair) which is much less crouton peaks 7 and 8. Best ski in / ski out for the price in Breck.
google avatar

Islam H.

Yelp
The team at the resort are incredible. But I have to say that the security team in particular is amazing. I lost two previous items and they didn't give up on finding the items for two whole days until they located the items. And thanks to the restraint team who put the items in a safe place. All around just good people. Five stars!

Christian C.

Yelp
This place is extremely outdated it needs a lot of updates. It's also extremely confusing trying to figure out how to get to the different buildings. Have to go down one elevator to get on another to up or down or walk down hallways just to get on an elevator then you may be in the correct place. The rooms are hot and uncomfortable. The elevators are extremely slow and very few. Also parking is hard to come by. Multiple times had to search for 30 min and wait for someone to leave. If you're a big ski person it is nice because it is a ski in and ski out, and they have a shuttle that will take you around town. I would not recommend and personally will not be returning.
google avatar

William B.

Yelp
I wish I didn't have to rate them one star but their front desk is awful! I don't know what the hell is going on at the front desk. This woman named Cynthia mocked my accent and had quite an attitude with me in the phone. Our keys failed three times and the front desk couldn't make new ones. We had to get the manager from security to step in and make us new ones that worked. Other than that front desk, great place.
google avatar

Angela P.

Yelp
The location is great but this place is SO dated. Our room was a standard room w/ two queens, the beds sunk down in the middle which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom door squeaked so when someone went to the restroom at night it woke everyone up. Every single thing was the absolute cheapest option, toilet paper thin and rough, tissues were the same (which is the last thing you want after skiing all day to blow your nose on rough tissues). The water in the shower was very inconsistent so while showering we had to keep adjusting the handle to maintain hot water. Our room was cleaned minimally, beds were only made once in five days, they never washed any of the used cups or provided soap for us to clean them. Fresh towels were left once but the trash was taken out daily which was nice. The arcade was only $1 per game which we liked but the putt putt golf was all old and dirty (putters grips were all torn up and sticky). The pool and steam room were a nice touch but towels were hard to come by for some reason. Pool table and foosball table both required quarters which seemed a bit much considering the price we were paying and they didn't have any quarters so that sucked. The layout of the whole place is ridiculous and elevators were slow and noisy. Parking was $36 a day on top of the $400+ per night rate w no breakfast included. We will not stay here again.

Yelp
Stayed here for a few nights in Breckenridge. We were in the building across the street. This building itself and the halls are pretty dated. The room was nice enough though. We had a two bedroom suite which we used for four adults and one child. The first floor of our room, where you enter, had a kitchen and a small living room. The living room has a pull out couch. The second floor is sort of lofted above the first and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Overall, I thought the set up of our room was good. There are a couple restaurants on the resort but we never tried them. Breakfast is not included. We did get breakfast one day at the Skywalk Market which was good and reasonably priced. The main breakfast buffet is at Spencer's. We considered doing this, but at $15 per person plus the resort fee added on, the offerings didn't seem good enough to be worth it ( we actually scoped it out first). There is a few nice amenities on the resort, although we didn't take advantage of most of them. I went down to the spa with my mom as she was using the oxygen bar and it looked really nice. We tried to make an appointment to get facials but they were all booked up. So, if you want to use the spa, make your reservations prior to your stay. Pool is small but nice. There are a good bit of hot tubs right outside, but both times we put on our suits and went down to use them, they were all full. Especially disappointing when half the hot tubs are being taken up by unattended children playing around in them. There is also a game room with a mini golf course and pool table, along with arcade games. This was a nice touch and is great for people with kids. We enjoyed playing a round of mini golf. There is a free shuttle that goes into town. I think we only used it once. Parking is free and could be tight at times in the garage, but we were always able to find a spot. The location of this hotel is convenient to main street and if you are here primarily to ski, this location is probably ideal. Although, i'm guessing the room rates are much higher during the ski season. Overall, our stay was fine and we enjoyed ourselves, I just wasn't very impressed. I wouldn't be opposed to staying here again, but would probably look into other options.

Yelp
Location location location. That's what this property has going for itself. I paid $900 for two nights and the property is really run down.... staff is okay although there is not much staff seen to address any issues. Our microwave does not work. Beds are lumpy but really comfortable.

Yelp
Stayed here for a few days while in Breck. It was a decent hotel and I got a break on the price with each day I added. Since we had four adults and a child, I got a 2 bedroom suite which is nice because it has an upstairs with two bedrooms and two baths. Downstairs was the living room w fireplace and kitchen area. We had a balcony we could go out on but no table and chairs so we couldn't sit out there. I'm not going to lie, the hotel is a little dated. It could really stand to replace carpets and spruce things up a bit. Even though we had an upstairs and downstairs, there were people above us and their kids were running around a lot and we could hear them so that was annoying especially when we were trying to sleep. The are a couple places to get food. We went to spencer's only once and that was for the breakfast buffet. It was good but was not included in the price of our room. We went down to the spa once to use the oxygen bar. It seemed like a nice spa and I kind of wished I had booked something in advance since I wasn't able to book anything while I was there. Parking is in the garage. Parking spots are tight but we were able to find a spot every time even once when it said it was full. My daughter really wanted to use one of the hot tubs but wasn't able to because they were all full so that was a bummer. Especially when kids are using them. Pool is not very big but is nice enough. We were able to play pool there too. They also have a foosball table next to the pool. There is a game room with a 6 hole putt putt. The game room is ok. The putt putt takes up half of it. So, even though I don't have any real complaints, there just was nothing special. If I ever come back to Breck, I would try a different place next time.

Yelp
out if 5 days stay, went to pool and each time no towels at all different hours. The pool table is run my a vending outside and no one cares. Coleen from Housekeeping was amazing. The arcade area and few other locations are so hot it seems unhealthy. The room doesn't even have a fan. Products are not worthy of $800 nor is the service. Don't come. I couldn't even get any store to give me quarters to play pool.

Yelp
This was the nicest place we stayed on our trip out west. Wow how Breckinridge has grown in 25 years. This is a full fledge summer destination now. We had zero problems other than you need a GPS to get around. It's a monster. If your here it has everything you need. Indoor pool, hot tubs, exercise room.Several restaurants, large bar, Shuttle service to & from downtown. (We walked back, It wasn't that far) Big patio with fire pit @ bottom of ski lift, There own ski lift out the back of main building. They have no A/C, But you don't need it. We had windows open & it was mid 40's that morning. I can't say one bad word about this place. * My wife found this an another travel site, I had trouble finding it on Yelp to check in...

Yelp
Take a step back in time and enjoy 1970's decor. Dirty carpet, water stained furniture, popcorn ceilings, musty pillows, no air conditioning, dusty and broken fans in every room. I know each unit is individually owned but they need to set some basic standards of upkeep. If you have any allergies or breathing issues the unit we have will definitely cause you problems. Very disappointing.

Yelp
Great hotel and amenities in a beautiful location! We came in the fall and saw the first snow, with the wonderful backdrop of fall leaves. We had a 2 bed hotel room, which was small and quaint but nicely decorated and clean. The room was good for the two of us but I would say anything more than 2 people would need a larger space. We were given water bottles, GOOD hotel coffee, and mints in the room, which were nice touches. The shower was large and very clean as well. Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is affordable in comparison to similar options and doesn't charge a resort fee! We did not use the shuttle but it's nice that they offer it. The location was very near to Main Street and had great views.

Yelp
After a long day on the slopes you're starving and thirsty. This is one of the few options you have. It's basically fast food with a HUGE inflated ski resort price tag. I had the burger, some chips, and a drink for 15 bucks! I had some of my friend's cheese fries, not good either. It is what it is, ski resort fast food. Don't expect the world. They don't mind you bringing in snacks so I ended up just bringing in powerbars to keep my hunger down.

Yelp
Great location! Easy access to Main Street and the outdoors. Our hotel room was awesome - two floors, two bed rooms, and two bathrooms. There is fire place, balcony, and kitchen so you have everything you need. The best part though ... they are dog friendly! There is a spa, sauna, pool, hot tub, and gym on site which is great. If you need anything else, you can easily request a shuttle to drive you wherever you need. The service was quick and efficient. I was blown away by how great this place is and I am looking forward to coming back!
