Here for unlimited wagyu and it did not disappoint! So far, the best meal we had in Tokyo! As usual, the sister saw this on tiktok and on some reels. We know the place is totally popular and almost everybody who had dined here kept saying that it’s best to make a reservation first. But it’s probably our lucky night because we were a bit lost and almost gave up finding this resto. And when we finally did, asked the staff if there was an available table good for 8 pax — and they did! No wait time! We were seated immediately. We came on a Wednesday, around 5pm. We scanned their QR code and started ordering. Wagyu yakiniku beef is fresh and just melts in your mouth. All other meats were tender and high-quality. Rice, sides, and dessert were delicious. Service needs a bit of improvement because there seems to be a lag in orders, esp. when the place is filled up. Cannot afford to waste time because you are only given a 90-minute time limit.

We really loved this place. This was the most enjoyable meal we had in Tokyo. The staff were very cute and friendly. We ordered the most premium beef and it was indeed extremely delicious. The staff warmly invited us to sit in a private room. The space was very spacious and the fire in the grill was very strong and could be adjusted freely. The dishes were served very quickly and the quality of the meat was excellent. I will definitely come back to this restaurant next time!

This is my second time coming here; walked in around 6:30PM and needed to book a reservation. Man at counter had me booked right then and there for 8:00PM. He gave me some candies as a thank you and I walked around Shibuya. Came back and the entire floor was crowded. Despite that, staff moved quickly and efficiently to get everyone accommodated and seated. I chose the Premium Meal Package/set with no all you can drink beer. You have 90 minutes to eat, and the Last Call for ordering meats/food is at 70 minutes. You are presented a QR code once you choose a package and you are then free to order off your phone. Soft drinks, water, rice, and egg drop soup is self service. Ordering meats and sides was a delight. Orders came within 3-4 minutes and operating the grill/flame was very easy. When leaving, the waitress gave me cream puffs as a complimentary package item and the man at the counter had given me more candies after paying. The waitresses and host are very positive and can speak English easily. I’m always satisfied with this place, even when it is busy. Will definitely come back!

I came across this restaurant by chance since I was looking for yakiniku. We had the premium set with wagyu and the meat was excellent. The manager was so kind and offered us some candies and a vanilla choux à la crème. The staff also was very reactive and the girl was so cute 🥹 I would recommend 100%

The food was so great, I think I'm gonna drool over it for the rest of my life 🤤 the atmosphere was good and grilling yourself the meat was definitely fun, a must-do among friends in Tokyo! The guys were very helpful and kind, while the service was quick. Until next time then!

The service was fast, all the dishes came within a couple of minutes. Fufu was very quick to serve us. The dishes were plentiful and of high quality. The buffet lasted 90 mins and we rushed to finish our meal in 90 mins. Phew… we made it.

We visited BeBu-Ya twice during our trip to Tokyo — simply because it was that good. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the service was impressively quick. The food was excellent — especially the wagyu, which was top-quality and absolutely delicious. The all-you-can-eat format works smoothly: you’re seated efficiently (though it’s wise to have a reservation), and you get 90 minutes to enjoy the meal, which felt just right. Oh, the value was unbeatable for AYCE wagyu (and an option for all-you-can-drink). You order through an iPad so no need struggling to communicate through any language barriers. Overall, a superb experience — friendly staff, fast service, standout wagyu — definitely worth visit. It can be a little tough finding this spot, but once you get to the building that Google Maps has taken you to, look for the side entrance (right side if facing the building) to the elevator and take it to 5F.

It was a great and fun experience. Everyone helped anytime we asked them and made us feel welcome. The servece was really fast with everything. AMD of course the meat was AMAZING! Thanks to everyone for this amazing experience.
