We stayed at Beck Hall for 2 nights over Valentine's weekend. We loved our stay! It was amazing being able to eat and drink everything on the menu. Especially loved the Sunday dinner and the lemon cheesecake! The room was lovely with both a large bath and large shower which was great. You can walk from the hotel to Malham Cove, Janet's Foss and Gordale Scar all within 20 minutes. The stream and little woodland by the hotel are very picturesque too. The service was great and we can't wait to come back and experience Beck Hall in the summer!

Excellent hotel. Staff made the place feel relaxed and homely in a genuine way. Plenty of communal space to meet new people in front of the open fire in super cosy seating. Food was great. Lots of choice. So nice to know you can have anything because it’s all vegan! Afternoon tea was my favourite. Dogs are made to feel at home too. Lots of love from everyone for all dogs.

A beautiful hotel with stunning grounds, kind and endlessly helpful staff, and gorgeous food that is reasonably priced given the quality. Dogs are welcome everywhere. I travelled with my 10-month-old and the staff were very accommodating. All staff were wonderful and particular thanks to Wade who was lovely, warm, helpful and friendly at every point. Davide was also exceptionally kind and accommodating. Would love to return.

Beautiful setting with fantastic walks right from the door. Food was good and as vegans was so nice to be able to order anything from the menu. Food was also enjoyed by the non-vegan in our party. Staff very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of dogs which was fine for us but if you are frightened of or don't like dogs may be a problem.

As two vegans, the delight at finding this plant based restaurant after a trek up Malham Cove was huge!! And the food was so delicious. The staff were fantastic, the service perfect and the food and drinks were wonderful. We will be back!! It was heaven! And a decent price too!

We had an amazing weekend in Beck Hall Malham. The location is very beautiful. Many hikes nearby. Beautiful waterfalls nearby. Our room was great with an amazing view to the river. We were there a night that it snowed a lot and it made the place more beautiful. The staff was great. Very friendly. We will definitely go back in the summer for a waterfall dip.

The most amazing vegan place to be.. lots of dogs, and happy people. The team that work there are an absolute credit to the place, the service is second to non. Martin helped get us back on track when got lost from the Sat Nav taking us on a black ice route. Its the most perfect place, in the most idilyc setting. The food is out of this world. We will 100% be back. Thank you so much. 💓

We visited Beck Hall Hotel in the picturesque village of Malham on the 3rd of January to celebrate our 1st anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience. Originally booked for two nights, we were unexpectedly snowed in on Sunday. The hotel went above and beyond, offering us a complimentary third night stay and not charging for any food during the day – an incredibly thoughtful gesture.||I had requested a room with a bath only a few days before our stay, and the hotel was able to accommodate this with no issue. I also asked for flowers to be placed in the room at short notice, and again, they managed to make it happen, which made the trip even more special.||From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was immaculate, and the little touches like tea and coffee, a flask of oat milk, and delicious chocolate truffles made us feel extra special.||The food was exceptional with plenty of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. We also appreciated the relaxed and friendly atmosphere created by the staff – nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel manager was especially helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.||The communal room with its cosy fireplace was perfect for unwinding in the evenings, and there were also board games available to enjoy. The location is stunning, providing easy access to beautiful walks and nature in Malham.||We cannot recommend Beck Hall enough for its wonderful hospitality and great service. It made our anniversary even more memorable, and we will certainly be back!

Yelp
My daughter and I stayed here for two nights earlier this week, booked through MacsAdventure. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The location is wonderful - in a quiet village, on a large stream with ducks, near walking trails. Our room was nicely sized and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom could have been a larger and a bit cleaner (mold on ceiling above shower). Our room (#5) was directly above the kitchen, and therefore we had extra noise and heat. Even with the chilly temperatures outside and leaving a window open (only 1 of the 2 worked), we got hot at night. The restaurant was very good and we ate several meals there - good breakfast (included with room), good selection, and the passion fruit cheesecake was amazing. The one negative with the restaurant was the curry. The staff was very friendly, probably the friendliest that we've encountered on this trip.

Yelp
Beck Hall is an unusual B&B and tea rooms in picturesque Malham in the Yorkshire Dales. An old whitewashed building next to a stream, it is reached by crossing over on a clapper bridge made of stone - very narrow and quite precarious but magical. On certain nights you can visit here for an evening meal as we did on a recent holiday in Malham. The interior of Beck Hall is really welcoming - very warm and relaxing. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and the meal we had was very good value being tasty and with generous portions. Unfortunately I was quite ill when we were in Malham but I felt a lot better after my visit to Beck Hall - maybe the food was extra nourishing! I'd like to go back there again, maybe to stay in one of the rooms or to have afternoon tea and sit beside the river on a sunny day.
