We only stayed for one night but would certainly return. The room appointment was exceptional. Bed and linens were great, completely dark with thoughtful touches (like a magnet to cover up digital lights!) We slept so well. Shower was lovely. Amazing how everything was fit in without feeling crowded. Easy transit to the center directly outside. Also easy access to the Dublin Express stop to and from the airport. Helpful staff. Great lobby with excellent coffee!

Location was perfect for a concert. Staff were great, we lost our key and they sorted it extremely fast. We had drinks in the bar, the staff there were amazing. Really friendly. Room was perfect, everything you'd need for a night away!

We stayed for 11 days in Beckett Locke and overall it was a wonderful experience. Modern aesthetics inside and beautifully furnished. The home we stayed at was clean and the service was very decent with an average waiting time of 30 minutes from talking to the front desk to responding. Kitchen, diswasher, washing mashine/dryer etc. were all fully equipped, well-functioning and clean. Our stay was through the holiday seasons, so it's good to see that the standards were still held up during that time. The location was decent, and transportation to city centre and other places was convinient. There was a minor mishap with the key and the water boiler/temperature setup in the room, but it was quickly fixed and caused little disturbance to the overall experience. Dinner can be slightly on the expensive side but not unacceptable.

Awful customer service! As mentioned in by previous commenters - this place has terrible communication and a rigid, inflexible approach towards customers. I had a basic browser issue when booking - it crashed and when reloaded defaulted to different dates while paying. When I spotted the error I contacted them in the hope that, despite it being a non-refundable rate, they would be able to help me move the date. I offered to pay an amendment fee and any difference remaining in the rate and the same room was available on the date I originally intended which felt reasonable to me. Unfortunately after a painfully slow 3 days of messages they decided not to allow me to change the date. Their response: "Unfortunately, our hands are tied by the terms and conditions of the reservation you selected. As this rate is non-amendable, we’re unable to make any changes to the booking." In other words - "computer says no!" So beware! Of course I understand it was a non-refundable rate - but in future I'll be sticking to other hotels in Dublin (like Wren, Clayton for example) who have been more than accommodating and empathetic when last minute changes occur or life simply gets in the way. And with prompt communication resolved with a single phone call - unlike this company. Even ryanair refunded a fare to me after an issue booking through their app!

Stayed here for 2 nights in a city view apartment. |The apartment was really close to a good few shops and restaurants, cinema and next door to the 3Arena so it would be ideal if you were going to a concert there.|The Luas stop is right outside so it's really handy to get into the centre of Dublin.|I can't quite put my finger on why, but I felt this apartment/hotel wasn't quite for us.|It was handy having a kitchen in our room etc but we found a few issues.|The light in the kitchen/dining room was very dim and constantly flickered so it was hard to spend any time in there, even to eat our meals.|I found the water in the shower just never got warm at all! I gave it chance and stood for a while with the knob turned right up to hot and it never got warm enough, bare in mind, it's December so I didn't really fancy a cold shower!|The tap in the kitchen was loose.|I'm not sure if it was just part of the decor or not but the ceiling in the kitchen just looked totally unfinished, but then again it also looked like that where the lift was so maybe it was just the style? Even so, it isn't very nice on the eye.|Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again, the best part was the location but there are many other hotels in the area if you want that location.

We have stayed at the locke hotels 3 times before our recent stay on 28th November. We were greeted at the check in with a poor attitude from one of the workers and no enthusiasm. At our previous visits we would get a welcome pack for our dog who joined the visit, that would include a dog bed, treats, a ball etc. This time, nothing. The light did not work and could not reply to our whatsapp message with a precise time/timeframe when it could be checked out, but it did eventually get fixed by a nice maintenance staff. Youtube on the Tv did not work, screen share from phone to Tv worked once and when i disconnected, it did not work again and was not going to text the staff because of the poor service. Room was nice and clean.

I totally recommend this place to sleep. Is a bit far away from city center but has luas behind thr building. It is also nice to walk next to the river to get to the center. Also the airport bus stop is near. Stuff of the hotel were really really nice. The room is modern and has everything.

Apartment room was ok. A small kitchenette was available with essentials. Room cleaning was scheduled weekly and it has to be booked in advance, otherwise it can be missed. Room temperature was too warm for my liking. Location is good. It's close to a grocery shop and a few fast food restaurants.
