Bed & Breakfast CasAlice

Our stay in CasAlice B&B was everything we hoped for when visiting Napoli. Pepe was an amazing host who gave us a super detailed rundown on what to visit in the city and also shared with us his recommendations to eat excellent pizza. The hotel's location was great too as we were able to walk everywhere. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was top notch with Pepe serving us and being the outstanding host that he is. Grazie mille!!!

Pepe was very helpful and friendly. Everything you could expect from a B&B and even more. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good location. Check-in was easy and even if it's located in a back alley, it wasn't too hard to find, and CasAlice was available on WhatsApp all the way. Would recommend!

Very nice and large, air conditioned rooms, and staff (Peppe) was very nice and super helpful. The breakfast is Italian-style and very light. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, quite close by the bus stop.

Very good location, close to vibrant old streets of the Chiaia district, full of cafeterias and restaurants. Right next to a beautiful seaside boulevard. Not far from the Via Toledo, which leads you to the old town. The bus stop in front of the building provides easy connection to city centre, the port and the railway station (line 151 and 154).||||The apartment is exactly as described, no surprises here: a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, mini kitchenette with a small fridge. Every day cleaning is standard. The window opens into an inner court, which is much quieter than the street. Just what a couple needs after a long day of sightseeing around this noisy, but beautiful, city and its historical places.||||Not much privacy. The walls and ceilings are thin in this building and not well insulated. One can hear the other inhabitants' activities. As I have pointed out to Alice, the host, the neighbours who live on the floor above the apartment, have a habit of making stomping noises and shuffling the furniture in the mornings (even at 7am on Sunday!). So, if you intend to have a sleep-in you may be disappointed.||||Also, the basic kitchenette equipment did not include a bread-cutting knife, so bring one with you if you plan to eat your own breakfast. The advertised "free toiletries" included a one-off set of shower gel mini bottles for two, which were not replenished during our 10-day stay, so bring your own. Also, we had to ask for a toilet paper on arrival, which was brought right away, but never topped up afterwards either.

My husband and I stayed here a couple of nights in February. The owner met us at a prearranged time when we arrived for check in. The room was clean and will kept. The floor was very up-to-date. ||||The location was perfect. A few blocks away from the water and from local shopping. Great place work around at night if you're just looking to browse.

Well situated in Naples but quite a challenge to locate in a hidden courtyard. The rooms are clean and beds comfy and price reasonable ... sorry to say that the rest is downhill ... very restricted breakfast in a closed and stuffy room smelling of cigarette . The man in charge wasn't the best of host. Asked Alice to help us to print tickets for ferry boat to Capri, we were told to find our way to the nearest printing shop... how difficult was it to offer to print it for us ( we would have paid for the paper and ink ! ).|

Room was creepy and is not easy to find. |No staff or management on site. A gentleman showed up to check us in and disappeared. The lady running the hotel is responsive to emails, and helpful. She booked up airport taxi, which was very helpful.

This B&B is pretty well located.||The rooms are new and clean but very cold and impersonal, so is the whole B&B.||The breakfast is really really basic to say the least.||Overall a good B&B but not great.
