Great looking hotel with everything you need in a great location of the town. |The manager Lilli was very inviting and informative on our arrival and the room was excellent. We had a small issue with the sofa bed my 16 year old son was sleeping on so after a quick phone call with Lilli, he arrived at the room soon after and offered us a solution of a free room next door for my son. An excellent solution that was very happily accepted. I felt this was excellent decision making and shows the hotel in a very unique light. In fact, all the staff were very nice & helpful. |A great place to stay.

Planned a couple days in Cesenatico, we chose Casa Dodici because of the price and location. The location is great, so close to all the shops and restaurants and it is right along the canal. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated and the breakfast was awesome. Our host was so accommodating, we were able to borrow his bikes and spend an afternoon riding along the beach area and explore the town. The maritime museum next door was really interesting. Staying here made our trip to Cesenatico a very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend the hotel.

So pleased with our choice to stay here in the delightful town of Cesenatico. This is a beautiful little restaurant with rooms by the canal and overlooking the pretty boats of the maritime museum. So good we rebooked it for the end of our holiday. Our room was Birkin, very quiet and cool and quite big enough, with an excellent shower room. Breakfast was served upstairs with fresh fruit and juice, pastries and savoury rolls to enjoy by the wonderful wooden table. Dinners in the downstairs restaurant were based on the local fish catch, but fine dining. The bread was freshly baked, pasta homemade, desserts very nice indeed. Thank you Maurizio!

We visited Casa Dodici in September and it was absolutely fabulous! A wonderful hotel, beautifully designed and decorated with love. The location was perfect, we could use the bicycles and explore the sweet little town. One day, we booked the breakfast in our hotel and the hotel manager prepared delicious food by himself, great selection of bread, eggs, cheese, fruits and sweets. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

We stayed for 6 nights back in Aug 13 (sorry about the v.v. late review !!!!)||||Maurizio is a class above. He's a hard working, attention to details man with some real charm and zest, that ensures perfection of stay for his guests. He is also a great restauranteur who owns a couple of restaurants that are simply superb. We ate in both and it was lovely and delicious - the owner is fastidious about using absolutely the best ingredients, with elegant or sazzy service depending on the restaurant (the Dodici or the Pizzeria respectively). ||||The breakfasts were delightful and served with a panache and splendor that only Maurizio can do. ||||The decor and artworks throughout the bedrooms and common areas will appeal to all the aesthetic seekers. The place is quite stunning, tasteful and artistic - a real pleasure on the heart and soul - your spirit is in a good place at Dodici, ||||& not to forget the lovely music that plays in the background at breakfast time. ||||Understated elegance really quite eclectic - a significant palace for the soul. We stayed here for 2 nights in May. Wonderful decor. Absolutely spotless. Beautiful rooms and gorgeous location. The only trouble we had was parking. Because it was a Sunday it was really busy so we had to drive round a bit to find a space as you can't park at the property. Most of the parking is free. The train station is 5 minutes away. The owner also has a restaurant below the accommodation and we enjoyed a wonderful meal by the canal. Excellent food and wine.
