Lovely cosy B&B in a beautiful residence situated in a quiet neighborhood. I booked a room situated on the third and highest floor. I had a very heavy suitcase, so I was glad the owner of K2ava offered to carry my suitcase up the many steps of the wooden staircase. ||||I stayed in the Charles & Ray Eames on the third floor. Be warned tough, if you want to book this room: the toilet and the shower are integrated in the room. So if you like some privacy when doing your business, you better book a different room. Since I stayed here alone, I of course didn't mind. The room was beautiful with wooden floors and the shower was excellent. Everything was very clean and comfortable.||||I equally enjoyed the lovely breakfast on the top floor. The view was nice, but the care the host put in preparing my meal, was even nicer. I always enjoy a good breakfast and the little sunny side up egg was perfect. I did got woken up a bit too early to my taste, because the other guests in the B&B took their breakfast very early and my room was closest to the breakfast area. Something to take into account when you book your room.

This B&B was one of the accomodation options for Tomorrowland packages and we happened to choose this place out of all of them as it sounded most appealing. When we arrived we were greeted by the family who own the B&B and a Tomorrowland host...little did we know they had prepared us a massive BBQ feast of a dinner which was amazing! They provided us with literally everything we needed we were so happy and amazed. We felt right at home instantly it was very comforting. We were cooked breakfast every morning and it was amazing. The rooms were spacious, modern and absolutely incredible. The beds were comfortable. 100/10 would recommend and would definitely come back. We were sad to leave!!!

We stayed with Vinny and Krista for a week this past June and we loved the entire experience. The B&B is located in a classic four story Antwerp structure built in 1910 but upgraded in a modern style. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable, and ideally located for accessing the city via road or public transport while enjoying a neighborhood setting with multiple restaurants and some of the best parks in the city. Vinny's breakfast service was stellar (would you like eggs this morning to go with your fresh pastries and fresh orange juice?) and it was a wonderful opportunity meet a modern Belgian family. It's clear that B&B Kava has earned the trust of business travelers because most of the other guests that we met were repeat customers from Belgium, the Netherlands, or France. ||One thing it's important to note is that Vinny and Krista have three wonderful children. They're exceptionally well behaved but they are kids and this is their home. If you need a place to stay that's perfectly quiet all the time then this might not be the best place for you. However, if you want to experience a living environment and step outside of the traditional tourist box B&B Kava could be fantastic stop for you.

We stayed in room Arne Jacobsen, a large 3rd floor room (no lift). Interesting decor but no real door on the toilet (the 1 minus about the room). But really, a lovely room, a lovely house, run by lovely people. Given that this is a little out of town, it's well worth trying if you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of Meir (Antwerp's main shopping drag). Continental breakfast was very satisfying and plentiful. This B&B is good value. ||||As a bonus, the 'Pompidou' restaurant at the end of the road do a mean belgian meal and beer so not far to go to get some good quality refreshment.

We visited Antwerp in May this year and stayed at Kava for 3 nights. There are only 3 guest rooms in the hotel and we occupied two, as there were no other guests we virtually had the place to ourselves. To note, the B&B is also the owners family home with the B&B section on the upper floors, there are a few flights of stairs to climb before you reach your room, there is no lift. To compensate the B& B is situated in a beautiful residential area of Antwerp, just a bus ride from the centre. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished, each guest room themed around a famous architect. The breakfast area/kitchen is on the top floor with extensive views of Antwerp from the windows. Vinny, the owner prepares a very full breakfast. Being an architect himself Vinny is also very knowledgeable about his city, so don't hesitate to ask. I would certainly recommend this B&B and would stay there again.

Myself and 5 other friends booked a tomorrowland package which had accommodated us at kava B&B, the family was very welcoming and friendly on arrival we were welcomed with a BBQ dinner - which was delicious. We had breakfast cooked for us every morning. The family made us feel right at home and we were all blown away with the service. On top of everything the rooms were amazing with a massive comfortable bed to come home to every night. 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice B&B close to bus and tram towards Antwerpen centre. A very warm welcome by the host including coffee. The yellow room is very spacious and has a seating area. The bathroom is open with a direct view from the room, which makes it awkward doing your business. Quite some noise by children who haven't learned to shut up in the morning as well, but overall good value.

Lovely place in a quiet area of Antwerp with easy access to transit and bikes. Owners are very warm, generous, and helpful; thanks for having us!
