Very nice house holder, he will help you as much as possible about everything that you need to do in the city. If you just need a room go to a hotel, but if you want to see italian hospitality you should stay here. We stayed on the top floor and view was very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

what a great palce and wonderful host. Leonardos is close t all major attraactions in Venice and yet out of the main crowded tourist trap area. very clean and well appointed. leonardo lives close by and meets you upon arrival and responds to any questions you may have. the place was full stocked for breakfast and snacks. Leonardo's recommendations for restraurents was very good. great coffee in the B&B Leonardo's recommendations for restaurants were very good. great coffee in the B&B we would diffidently stay there again and will recommend it to our traveling friends. Thanks for the great time Leonardo will be back Dave and Tina

My partner and I stayed there for 2 nights during the New Year period. We agreed with the owner beforehand about the time of our arrival. Nevertherless, we had to wait for him around 20 minutes outside. The room was cold, and the bed was not really comfortable due to the gap between two matrasses. When we were checking out, we had to pay in cash and the owner did not have small change.

Very friendly guy, nice place in the quieter side of Venice. Close enough to walk to tourist areas and waterbus stop is near by.

Nice stay in Venice. Good bed, good shower. A bit cramped, but hey, its Venice. Not the best, but not at all bad!

Yelp
Wonderful, down to earth accommodations in the heart of Venice. Our arrival was delayed, and we were without a european cell plan. The proprietor waited all afternoon for us to show up without any word from us. The B&B has lots of charm, something that is getting lost in the gleaming tourist destination that Venice is becoming.

Yelp
Ok, so a couple of things first. If you are looking for the room overlooking the Grand Canal that costs 1000 euros a night, this is not for you. If you are looking for the hangout with the tourists off San Marco's then this is not for you. If, however, you are looking for a quiet, fun, easy location, you will love it. This simple pension is great. I stayed there in a room with two beds that overlooked the garden of the Ca' Rezzonico museum. It is very close to a square that has a cafe and one restaurant, many other restaurants and a short walk to a large square with many restaurants. There is Grom Gelato across the canal from Leonardo. The owner is very friendly and helpful if you need guidance before booking. You need to pay in cash but the room has a safe so you can just drop it there when you arrive. He may be able to help you with Paypal or some other means as well but no Credit Cards. To get here, Use the ACTV boat 1 line. Take the Lido boat from the train/bus station at Tronchetto and the P. Le Roma line from San Marcos or other south. Get off at the Ca' Rezzonico stop and walk up past the museum, turn right across the canal, right again, and second left. You're there. Take the Alilaguna boat Arancia from the airport. Same stop. I recommend you try this if you are looking for quiet lodging in Venice. It's very convenient to San Marcos or wherever by ACTV boat. (you can get tickets for ACTV at the Academia station which is a quick walk from here). Breakfast is simple, self serve, but very good and plentiful. We really enjoyed the stay.
