Just a few steps away from Camp de Fiori this place is so quiet and very secure. We rented a loft type room. It was like a mini-apartment and the place was very clean and very intimate. Although you have to know that they only give you a towel once during your stay -- which is okay since its environmentally friendly practice. The interiors were very interesting and it actually feels like a "cabin". Location is perfect and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely go back to this place the next time i visit Rome.

Our family of 4 (2 sons aged 11 and 19 years) recently stayed 3 nights in the Romantico apartment of this fabulous b&b. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Banzo for numerous reasons.||Firstly the location is hard to beat; we could wander out of our apartment into the cool courtyard, through the glorious heavy wooden door and we were just a few steps away from the boutique lined street that takes you into the bustling daily market at Campo di Fiori. We would go down there every morning for fresh fruit to enjoy with our breakfast. At night this piazza is buzzing again with diners enjoying the numerous restaurants lining the square.||Further afield we walked everywhere from our accommodation at Casa Banzo including Trastevere, the Vatican museum, Piazza Navona, the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps. ||||At the end of each day it was lovely to return to our spacious apartment. On entering the apartment the ground floor comprises the living area with kitchen (no dishwasher or microwave), table and chairs, sofa beds for our sons and a good sized bathroom; whilst upstairs is a large bed, wardrobe and comfortable sofa/sitting area. There is lovely lamp lighting throughout the apartment. Note that the apartment is quite dark without lights on as windows are limited to the front door area into the living room and the sitting area up in the master bedroom. Apart from feeling a little guilty at having lights on during the day this did not bother us.||||Another factor that made our stay at Casa Banzo so enjoyable was Justina, the lovely lady in reception who patiently answered all my emails and greeted us with such a friendly welcome. Justina continued to assist us throughout our stay whenever I had a query, always with a warm smile; she really is an asset to Casa Banzo and I hope she reads this so she can know that her efforts are appreciated.||||I would recommend Casa Banzo for families visiting Rome because the apartment is comfortable, spacious and in a great location. I cannot comment on breakfast as it did not appear to be good value especially with delicious fresh fruit just steps away in the market. Try the large cups of chopped fruit at 2€ topped with a dollop of yoghurt from the store on the corner of the square - yum!

Location is perfect. 2 minutes from Campo de Fiori, 10 min to Piazza Navona. Basically we were walking all the time. Even to Vatican city it took us 30 min walking. When it comes to the apartment it is also good, even though the owner/manager wrote in the email that breakfast is included and when we arrived it turned out that it was not. And after discussing with them, they were very rude. Beside this, everything else was ok. We were first to stay in the newly renovated apartment. Clean, hot water, towels regularly changed. Recommend it!!!

Location is perfect. 2 minutes from Campo de Fiori, 10 min to Piazza Navona, 15 min to Colosseum/Forum. The Bella Vista apartment was well kept and very nice, with interesting details. Great ad reliable Wi-Fi in the apartment. Kitchen has all the basic equipment/utensils/dishes to cook, if so desired. Ideal for the independent traveler: no breakfast, concierge, front desk tourist assistance.

We booked through Airbnb. Adriana was a wonderful host who is extremely knowledgeable about Rome and the area. She took the time to point out places that she personally recommend and has been to. She answered quickly to any request. The place is just as the pictures look, actually its better in person. Felt like we were living in Rome during our 5 day stay. Stop looking and stay here. **Place has a small dorm like kitchen area. (sink, electric kettle and mini fridge) this was great for making some sandwiches or storing some juice for the morning and our sandwich meat. There is a convenient store right under the apartment which was great for buying random things we needed. Building and accommodation were so stunning, clean and historic. Close to everything.

Casa Banzo was perfect for us - we walked to all our sightseeing spots except Ostia Antica and the Appian Way, and felt very much in the swing of Rome. Justina was great - very helpful and friendly, and the building is interesting and atmospheric. The area is full of interest and beauty. Only issue - rather hot at night, but what can you expect in Rome in August?

Very nice hotel and staff was great! Rooms very unique and had a nice charm (better than a normal hotel where every room is the same). Amazing location for getting to any and all of the sights in Rome. Only a 15 minute walk to Vatican or the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Overall it was a great experience and stay.

Whenever I stay in Rome or we have guests at Villa Di Stelle who are spending a night or 2 in Rome en route, I always book them in here. The location is perfect, with nice sized rooms, a wonderful old character filled building with a sweet courtyard. ||It's an easy walk to fantastic restaurants , the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Campo Di Fiori. ||I will always choose to stay here.
