Bed and Terrace Guesthouse Chiang Mai

Perfect location, wonderful quirky cute room (we stayed in the Sweet Suite). Very highly recommended. By the end of our trip, the orange cat had really warmed up to us :)

Great views. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped with a refrigerator. I loved the live plants in the room. In a quiet location, still well connected. The wifi is really fast. Also, it looks like they are listening to the reviews, as the bathroom's shower is now separate from the toilet. So the bathroom remains dry. Will visit again!

The perfect location for visiting Chiang Mai. Everything is walking distance as you are situated just outside the old town. There are also 7/11s, laundry services and bike rentals within 5mins of the accommodation which made life super easy. We stayed for nearly a week and loved the place. Friendly staff who helped out with any questions we had about the local area. Room was cleaned everyday and in fantastic condition. I loved the style of the room, all the plants and decor are so tasteful. The owner even went above and beyond posting us something we had forgotten. Honestly, the best experience we’ve had in Thailand was staying here.

Great little cozy gem! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Love the lobby area! Bags can be left at desk before check in and if needed after. They also have a toilet/shower room in lobby area to use after check out before your flight! We stayed an extra night in another room. Both rooms we stayed in are good.

Best place we stayed in Thailand hands down! The location is perfectly situated within walking distance of the old town but isn't noisy at all. The rooms are large and they provide bottles water each day. The staff are wonderful as I accidentally left something behind and they sent it to me by post. Will absolutely stay again if visiting Chiang Mai!

Location was great, close to the old town and staff quite friendly. I expected a more modern/larger room - pictures in booking.com didn't completely reflect that, shower was very close to the toilet there was not space between toilet and shower. Courtains wouldn't close the windows completely so light would come in and windows not well insulated.

Pros:- The cost is budget-friendly.- The room is clean and spacious enough for comfort.- Staff are friendly.- Location is great.- wi-fi connection speed is good and stable.- The guest room, adorned with decorations and plants, feels just like home.Cons:- No toothbrush and slippers are provided in the rooms. - There isn’t an elevator in the hotel.- The room is quiet but noisy in mornings.

The accommodation is very clean and the rooms are very comfortably furnished. You feel right at home. The location is also perfect for exploring Chiang Mai. I would especially like to emphasize the helpful staff and the owner. They were very caring while I was sick for 3 days and I felt very safe at all times. Thank you soooo much!
