Bed Bath & Beyond

We recently visited the Dulles Bed Bath and Beyond to look for a pillow and of course the aisle are full of summer items like fans, heat wraps for necks and a host of other items. So of course, we left with more than we planned. Bit short of staff like everywhere else but got out in a reasonable amount of time.

My wife and I had to replace a part on a vanity and our local BBB didn’t have it. We contacted the Sterling VA location on the phone and Jacob was able to find the part and put it on hold for us. When we arrived at the store, the manager, Mandy, was awesome too. We saw another item on sale but couldn’t carry it in the vehicle we had. She called another BBB and had them put that item on hold for us. Overall, the store was clean, the staff was awesome and the products were on point.

Save your coupons, they do NOT expire. You can save more than 20% sometimes, sign up in store at checkout or online. We saved an additional $70 on DYSON (yes, Dyson!) with an online coupon and got the heater/fan that was on promotion sale in June and used a coupon. Make sure it gets scanned in correct order during checkout and check the receipt. Hold onto receipt for warranty as well. The Manager was nice and we exchanged it about 2weeks later because we got a floor demo and they got a new one in stock. Great device. Still pricey, but we like it.

Nice and huge store. I found there what I was looking for, and I couldn't in another stores. That was a relief! Tons of merchandise, well organized and somewhat affordable. Everything for your kitchen & bath, utensils, organizers, linens, towels and more. It is plenty to look at and to take home. Good quality of goods. Unfortunately the attendants were no so pro customer service, but somehow they helped me.

I love this store!!! Today they were busy with Christmas shoppers but one of their Associates provided me help and even took the time to order an item I wanted that was not available in the store. Great customer service and experience. Very courteous person. This store is now my "go to" store since the one closest to me closed down months ago.

Fabulous experience! Went to buy new vacuum. Monique was a godsend. She was knowledgeable about the products. Excellent info on cleaning shag rugs. What products to use to clean the carpet that are pet friendly. Offered to order products that were not in store. Dennis rang me up and offered a tip to staple the receipt to the warranty. That way I would have it when I needed it. They took very good care of me.

First, I want to say that the staff at Bed Bath & Beyond is usually nice and the stores always look nice. But recently, after checking online, I went to this store to buy an item they had on sale but I discovered the item didn't have the sale price at the store. I talked to different associates and even showed them on my phone the store had the item on sale online, but they wouldn't give me the sale price. I had an old coupon (which you can't use online) that I had intended to use to buy the item and I was very disappointed and shocked to see that the store would not sell me the item at the sale price advertised online. I had to leave the store empty-handed. I guess you can call it false advertising because the store was not selling the item for the sale price it was advertising online. Walmart is across the street from this store and they have lower prices for decent stuff. I thought I'd save money by going to this Bed Bath & Beyond, but I only wasted a lot of time explaining things to the sales associates and waiting for them to get back to me after they'd go talk to someone else. Bed Bath & Beyond is a nice store, but their prices are very high! I've shopped there only when specific items are not found elsewhere and I always use their coupons. Walmart is across the street from this store and it's not bad at all.
