BED Phrasingh - Adults Only

We loved everything about our stay at BED - it completely exceeded our expectations! I traveled with a group of 9, and we were able to fit comfortably in 4 rooms that were all close to each other. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The location is amazing - right inside the Old City and within walking distance to many temples, restaurants, and shops. BED has a very convenient and affordable laundry service that we utilized on our last day as well. The breakfast was freshly made daily from a rotating menu, so we were able to try all kinds of traditional Thai fixings. They also had bottled water, juice, and fresh fruit available 24/7 at no extra charge. The staff was very personable.||What really set apart this hotel was the amazing staff. They immediately made us feel welcome and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. My group loved getting to talk with JP over breakfast and hear his amazing recommendations and how best to navigate the city. They offered us ice cream while at the pool and before heading out for the day - it was delicious! We also had a friend celebrate a birthday during our stay, and the staff surprised her with a cake and candles to her door - a memory none of us will forget! We were sad to leave and hope to return one day soon!

This hotel truly deserves every one of these five stars! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—friendly, reliable, and always ready to help. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like living in a cozy home with friends who happen to treat you like a VIP. What really set this place apart was the thoughtful service. Towels, beddings, and the entire room were always cleaned and refreshed without us even needing to ask. They constantly replenished everything in the room, from toilet paper and slippers to water bottles and sodas, which were always available and free to grab anytime we needed. They even asked if we wanted coffee and would prepare it fresh, whether hot or iced - such a small gesture, but it made a huge difference. There’s also a fridge stocked with snacks like yogurt, fresh juice, and seasonal fruits, which truly helped us recover after long days out exploring. And the breakfast? Incredible. The buffet menu changed every single day, which kept things exciting and gave us a reason to get up early. We found ourselves genuinely looking forward to it each morning. They also gave us great recommendations for things to do, tailored to what we were interested in. Their suggestions were always spot-on and made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that feels this much like home while still delivering five-star comfort, service, and attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Team BED Phrasingh! ❤️

An amazing five stars for service!! The hotel staff is very much a team, and they are just so kind. The breakfast every morning was delicious - they would offer new and different things every day, and explain your options to you. The food was just amazing - a good selection, and every single item was so so good. Huge props to the chefs. JP gave us some excellent recommendations and the whole team was so gracious with all of our questions. The location is great, and we (three middle aged women) would gladly stay there again. Cannot say enough about the friendliness and kindness of the staff.

If you're planning to visit Chiang Mai, I really recommend staying at BED. The hotel isn’t very big, but it’s clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and welcoming — they treat you like VIPs and are always ready to help. They also give great suggestions on where to go and what to eat. You get great value for your money here. One of our favorite parts was the free breakfast. It was so good and different every day! My best friend and I looked forward to it every morning and didn’t want to miss it. There are also free snacks and drinks available all day, which was a nice touch. The staff made us feel like family, and that made our stay really special. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Chiang Mai!

This hotel was the most exceptional hotel that I have ever stayed in. The staff were all so kind and pleasant, always waiting for the chance to help us and improve our stay in anyway. Our room was very tidy and was cleaned every morning very promptly. The breakfast which was included was amazing and had a large variety of food, drinks and fruits. Throughout the day, filtered water and juice was also available. I couldn’t say enough good things about this hotel. It was an amazing experience. Specifically I would like to give a mention to Henry, who is an incredible employee and went out of his way to make our stay memorable! Hope to be back soon.

Stayed at this cozy hotel for three nights and wish it was longer! The staff are just amazing, so warm, friendly and helpful. Free breakfast, hot and cold drinks all day, comfortable, clean, modern rooms and a great location on a quiet road but just a few minutes walk from restaurants and sights. Would 100% recommend this lovely hotel, it has everything you need but is small enough to make the setvice personal which makes all the difference. Thank you for making our time in Chiang Mai so special!

Adult only was a plus. Rooms were sufficient. If you value privacy, choose a room away from the pool. The staff seem to hover around the dining area all day. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Staff were very polite and helpful for the most part. Note well, this establishment is non smoking through out, some clear and direct signage would eliminate the confusion we dealt with. Breakfast was nice, but I found it was only tepid. Great for a short stay. Stand out was the staff in general were very nice.

Honestly, my stay at BED Phrasingh ranks as one of my best hotel experiences ever. Located in Chiang Mai’s Old City near Wat Phrasingh, the hotel’s decor is modern and simple, and my room was quite comfortable. Staff are amazing and leave no stone unturned to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Even the owner checked in with me personally regarding my visit. Breakfasts, prepared by hotel staff, were absolutely amazing, and the hotel offered free water, soda, fruit, and snacks during my stay. I also received great suggestions for local restaurants and help with tech issues I experienced with my tablet. Proximity to the Sunday Walking Street and Old City sites are a plus. I highly recommend BED Phrasingh and, again, cannot say enough about how wonderful hotel staff members are.
