BED Phrasingh - Adults Only

Had the pleasure if staying at BED with my partner. The location (Phra Singh) is excellent and close walking distance to tons of high quality food, bars, and amenities. The staff at BED are the standout feature of this hotel though. They are so friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. JP was a pleasure to talk to and get to know, and has great recommendations on things to do and see in Chiang Mai. Hotel premises are super clean. They have 3 cats (clean and vaccinated) that wander around and you would never know it until you saw them (no odor, no cat hair anywhere, etc). 5 stars!

My mom and I stayed here for 3 nights, and this accommodation became one of our best memories in Chiang Mai. The staff are always smiling and full of energy — especially JP, who is such a warm-hearted person. The breakfast changes every day, just as other guests have mentioned, so you never get tired of it. I also love how they put sugar and other toppings on the side so you can customize your own soup. They even show you how to add the toppings. Free fruits and juices are available 24/7, and the quality is excellent. I especially enjoyed the honeydew melon, watermelon, and pineapple. The location is perfect for exploring Chiang Mai’s Old Town. Many sights are within walking distance (the Sunday Night Market is only 3 minutes away!), or you can just take Grab to places like Jing Jai Market or the Coconut Market in under 20 minutes.

BED is a beautiful accommodation full of greenery and passion. We have a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is so convenient for going to most of the Sightseeing in old town. All staffs are friendly, full of energy and passionate, especially Henry and JP. Henry provided excellent services upon our arrival, we feel warmly welcome, like coming home. JP and his teammates are friendly and helpful, we have great time everyday during breakfast and we were always have a warmly welcome by them, when we were back from sightseeing, appreciated for everything they have provided for us during our stay in BED. BED Facilities are wonderful, freeflow coffeee, tea, bottled water, fruit juice and fresh fruit in the fridge, snacks and cup noodle are provided in the lobby 24/7, you can have it anytime, it is FOC. Breakfast served with Love every morning from 7 to 10am, and it's very delicious. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach amenities for tourists on foot. I walked around the old town, visited One Nimman, Anusarn and Pavilion night market, Kalm Village, Warorot Market by Grab, it was so easy and fare was reasonable. It's only 15 minutes from the airport by Grab. I highly recommend BED if you are coming to Chiang Mai for a Chill and Relax holidays.

My husband and I had an amazing experience during our stay at BED Prasingh. Customer service was excellent, every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with variety of items available every day. Location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of must see and do things including the famous Wat Chedi Luang. Would definitely stay there again.

Best stay ever!!! The staff here is super friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and mini bar snacks provided. We stayed here for 4 nights. Breakfast menu changes everyday. You never get tired of it! They got free bicycle rental for costumers to use. A swimming pool which they clean up everyday. Cozy room that makes you feel like home. 10 out of 10!

My friend and I booked one room for six days. We liked it so much that we grabbed a second room so that we could each enjoy our own space. If you are looking to find an affordable hotel in Old Chaing Mai, this is the spot. Grabs and Guided tours all easily picked us up at the lobby. Staff had recommendations for any thing we were looking for. They had a lovely diverse buffet every morning. Coffee, juice, bottled water whenever you want. Clean modern esthetic. Every room had a patio /balcony. Lovely pool and communal areas. Three sweet cats and the friendliest staff we met in thailand. We would go back.

Our little group of three stayed here for five nights in mid-June and absolutely loved every moment! From the first day to the last, the staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help in any way they could.||I agree with other reviewers—it truly feels less like a hotel and more like staying in someone’s home. The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast was both delicious and memorable. I especially appreciated the Thai dishes, fresh fruit, and the unlimited drinking water.||Our room was spacious, clean, and peaceful. While the bed wasn't particularly soft, it was clean and still very comfortable.||A special touch that really stood out: when we were leaving, two staff members came outside to see us off and even took a selfie with us. I only wish I had asked for one on my own phone too!||If I ever return to Chiang Mai, I would absolutely love to stay here again!

All the staff are wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The tall guy working the night shift on Sep 23 even help to call a restaurant and book a table for me; without his help, I might have gone hungry that night. I can’t name everyone individually, but each staff was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. definitely be coming back!
