Room and breakfast was very good.
Only thing you should know is
It is very hard to find, since there is no big sign on the main road,
entrance to the parking lot is really narrow and hard to turn, you should stay far from the entrance enough to make long arch turn. Look for 'Cinema' sign, there is a small arch to enter the parking lot.
We had to make several rounds around the same block to figure out where to turn (One way, long detour)
Tram/Bus stop is a few meters away, easy to get to the center.
