Bedhot Resto has now moved to a new location, but the core experience that made this place memorable remains consistent. Even after relocating, it still carries that hidden-spot charm, offering a cozy and intimate dining atmosphere away from the main crowds. The change of place doesn’t take away its identity, and the overall vibe is still comfortable for a relaxed meal. From my previous visit and experience, the service has always been one of Bedhot Resto’s strongest points. The staff are genuinely polite, attentive, and make you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. That kind of hospitality adds real value and makes the dining experience feel personal rather than rushed or transactional. As for the food, Bedhot Resto continues to deliver solid flavors with well-prepared dishes that show care in execution. Nothing feels rushed, and the taste reflects consistency and quality. Combined with reasonable pricing, it’s still a place worth visiting if you’re looking for good food, friendly service, and a calm atmosphere—even after the move.

Very generous toppings on the pizza (Napolitan). Food and atmosphere is nice. Rendang is also good. Also quite affordable.

A cute little restaurant close to the train station. I popped in for some lunch before I got a train to Malang and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the rendang padang and it was delicious. Great price and great food. Definitely worth checking out!

Visited late Thursday August 28. Cute atmosphere and very friendly server. Ordered 2 ice cold beers dinner and a salad. The salad was good, mostly cabbage with a citrus type dressing. I ordered the Balinese spiced chicken and my husband ordered the beef satay with peanut sauce. Both items were very overcooked. Chicken was dry and chewy, beef was well done smothered in peanut sauce. Both protines seemed like they had probably been pre cooked then heated up. Also I got my dish 5-7 minutes before my husbands, which has happened often in our 5 days in Indonesia. Guess it’s a thing here. The restaurant was not busy as there were only 2 other tables occupied.

Place is popular with europoors. Wifi is stable which is nice. The curry was a bit thin, more of a soup. At least they have several plausible vegetarian options if you're tired of gado gado always. On a quiet alley. A mouse or rat kept running around the floor.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem online and decided to give it a try for dinner during our three-night stay in Yogyakarta. They offer a variety of Indonesian dishes. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to return the following day, and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious, and the prices are reasonable, especially for North American standards. They also offer cold beer and free WiFi. If we ever find ourselves in Yogyakarta again, we would definitely return.

We ordered a nasi goreng bedhot and a sate. The sate was sour and the nasi goreng was bland. We don't recommend the food we ordered. The service was fine.

A really cool out-of-the-way restaurant & homestay! I only ate there, so I cannot speak to rooms. However, the food was delicious and decor was beautiful. They have amazing artwork on all the walls & ceilings. The staff was friendly & courteous. It's a little of the beaten track, but a short walk (5 minutes) from the train station.
