"The Red Sea is prime snorkeling and scuba diving territory, and Aqaba has plenty of outfitters ready to get you beneath the waves. Bedouin Garden Village, on the highway just south of the city, is one of the most experienced operators. The hotel and dive center enjoys a prime location near South Beach, allowing novice divers to wade out from the sand with their instructor and practice over the shallow reefs near the shore. More experienced divers will want to take their boat farther afield, however, to the many world-class dive sites along the coast. The team at Bedouin Garden Village will gladly bring you to spots like Cedar Pride, where a ship was deliberately scuttled more than 30 years ago and is now encrusted with coral and surrounded by a rich variety of marine life, as well as the celebrated Rainbow Reef and Japanese Garden, both of which boast spectacular coral. The latter also has great accessibility if all you want to do is snorkel."

I booked this last minute and was very happy I chose this hotel. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming. There is also a dive centre attached. I didn't dive this time but I will if I go back, I rented snorkelling gear instead. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming but other than that it's a lovely place for a great price.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bedouin Garden Village. It is across the road from the beach where I went on jogs in the morning, dives in the day and watched sunset at night. The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating (shout out Ali and team) and helped us to organise our dive! The hostel itself has a pool, kitchen and heaps of great chill out areas where you can relax and recharge! We will be staying here again when we return! Thank you!!

We choose it becuse of ok reviews and good price. Owners are very friendly but this js end of good points. |Hotel is old and dirty but this was acceptable for this price. In our we had 2 antymosquito lamp even if it smells we went sleap with our kids. During night mlre and more mosquitos was flying in under door probably. It bite ud sl much that 3am we escape from hotel and we will never come back what I advise to all who consider staying there. Single mosquito nets could help but I have no idea why they can’t invest so small amount like 5JD to buy it

Great place to stay for holidays, either just lazy time or perfect for divers, as the diving centre is amazing. Great rooms, swimming pool, various places to rest, made with interesting taste - you can find a lot of cozy corners to rest, chill and just have the greatest time. Staff is extremely friendly and nice, ready to chat and answer any questions. They made a lot of nice gestures so we felt like home. Absolutely recommend!

Air con working well. Reception staff surly. Lack of boundaries, ok if you like a casual hippy vibe. Dirty fridge, which receptionist resolved by squirting chemicals into the fridge, which caused my food to taste like air freshener. Dirty communal kitchen with cigarette ends in the sink

Beautiful place quite and with amaizing local arhitecture next to the public beach (but very clean and with the best coral reef a swiming distance). Clean huge rooms. Pool was big and clean. They offer a breakfast buffet very generous for only 3 jod. The resting areas are so beautiful and diverse. Evening restaurants they cook the best grilled fish I ever had and very good music in the reception area. Very friendly. Rooms with air conditioning. The hotel has a diving team and equipment. I recommend the place.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and a cute swimming pool. It has a kind of Hawaiian/Cuban vibe. Food is very basic but not expensive. It is advised to go diving with the diving school (€25/dive/person) in the Red Sea. Location is somewhat outside of Aqaba, but with a car not a problem at all.

If you like diving this is the place to go, our Instructor Nebrass was really great and was able to cater for all levels of experience. ||The location is perfect, right next to all the local dive sites. If you’re coming to Jordan to dive don’t be fooled into staying Aqaba, it’s better to stay here on south beach and have a 5 minute ride to the sites, rather than having to pay twice as much to get a boat.||Plenty of reefs and wrecks to explore, in a week we only touched the surface (no pun intended)||As Arnold once said.. “I’ll be back”
