I love this product so much. The Byron Bay honey reminds me of my childhood; and cooked, in a cup of tea, on toast, or raw on a teaspoon, it tastes so beautiful.
(I ran out recently and had to use some “emergency honey” - major store availability, common brand but “100% pure raw Australian honey” none-the-less - and it completely changed the flavour of the dish I was using it in...not in a good way either).
One question: do you recycle your packaging? The jars are a great size for pickling, but I have enough for now and would love to get them back to you for reuse!
Keep it up apiarists! I’m a big fan :)
