Lovely set-up in pretty house over the road from the Olive Branch. Stayed for two nights for a short break after Christmas in the dog-friendly Chocolate and Biscuit rooms. Lots of space, nice touches, like homemade teabags and biscuits, and very comfy beds with top quality duvets and pillows. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Great area to explore. Will definitely be back.

We spent 1 gorgeous night here to celebrate our wedding anniversary & it was fabulous. Comfy bed, roll top bath, luxurious toiletries, fresh milk, cookies…..everything you could ask for. The breakfast was also superb with, again, lots of lovely touches like squeeze your own orange juice & homemade marmalade. A truly wonderful place to stay - highly recommend.

Everything about our stay and our dining experience was refined. The quality of the food, the wine list, the welcome by management, warm and friendly team made our stay truly memorable. Our room was beautiful and the extra touches, cookies, luxury bath products, fabulous crockery made for a comfortable luxurious stay. We will go out of our way to come back and stay.

Delightful quirky rooms associated with the Olive Branch restaurant.|We stayed in ‘Double Cream’, which is tastefully decorated with lovely attention to detail … everything you need right down to cold milk (fridge outside your room) for your leaf tea and fresh coffee. Free Standing roll-top bath and huge shower with lashings of hot water. Ample parking and sunny chill-out areas.

We stayed over for a night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived on a boiling hot summers day in June and we loved that the place was full of rustic English country garden charm! The pub is stunning both inside and out and we loved the relaxed garden filled with gazebos and pretty flowers. The bar man kindly let my husband taste the guest beers before choosing and my homemade Rhubarb gin was lovely. It was a truly perfect setting for a warm afternoon. ||||We stayed in the Chocolate Suite which is in a small annex round the back of Beech house. I loved the pretty patio garden area outside and I think it is one of the cleanest places I have stayed in for a long time! The attention to detail is lovely: Delicious homemade cookies, lovely toiletries, fresh milk and even the welcome booklet was nicely presented. The bathroom is large with a separate bath and wet room style shower. The twin room is very cosy but would probably suit children under the age of 13 depending on their height as the beds are fairly short. Our bedroom was very light and comfortable. The bed suited my very tall husband as often beds are too short for him! There are a few areas that ideally may need sprucing up a touch and the outdoor furniture may need a bit of tlc but none of these things seemed all that important or ruined our stay.||||We had drinks in the lovely garden and then ate inside the pub. The serving staff were friendly and relaxed and the Three course meal we had was delicious and faultless. We had a lovely evening!||||Breakfast was perfect and the tables were laid to perfection with nice details such as homemade marmalade and jam. Not a butter sachet to be seen thankfully! The lady that served us breakfast was so friendly and very efficient. A second pot of tea was brought to us without us even asking!||||I think this is a stunning place and a lovely change from the corporate, overly polished pubs that all look the same and lack any personality. It's not a 5 star hotel and is fairly simple accommodation to a degree but this place exudes charm and is full of personal touches. We would definitely like to come again! What a great find!

We visited this wonderful place last night after getting engaged here 15 years ago. |The night away was a special treat and we were certainly not disappointed, from the chilled champagne on arrival to the amazing 3 course dinner. |The room was beautiful, cosy, warm and spotless, service was professional and friendly without being intrusive and dinner and drinks were amazing.| Thank you for making our stay perfect.

We took advantage of the "Winter Warmer Weekend" to enjoy a very pleasant stay here. We had eaten at the Olive Branch several times and thought it would be good to try the hotel too, and we were not disappointed. We stayed in the cream room, which we both liked very much and enjoyed both breakfasts and both dinners, with friendly service and excellent food.

Lovely place to stay when visiting the olive branch opposite. Parking right outside. We booked the Apple room. The smallest room but it was more than adequate for one night. A delightful room in fact. Very comfy and relaxing. Just a shower which we prefer. Breakfast was included and it was lovely again served across the road in the breakfast room.

I was lucky to get a guided tour of this luxury bed and breakfast before it was finished by the owners of The Olive Branch Pub. There are six individually styled rooms and my favourites were the Aubergine room and the Double Cream room which had a gorgeous roll top bath! I recommended it to my brother-in-law and he whisked his wife off for a romantic weekend which they really enjoyed and my husband's parents have also stayed there. Prices per double room are from £140 to £170 in the high season and around £120 to £150 in the low season including breakfast. Check out the website for further details and any special offers.
