Best donuts I've ever had in my life and my family says the same. Fresh always, light yet fulfilling dough with truly mouthwatering icings and fillings and whipcream. Every flavor is sooo accurately executed and they obviously use very good quality ingredients and put a lot of thought into the flavors. Their weekly specials and monthly specials keep me coming back for more and they're creative and fun. The cronuts are a must as they are so heavenly. What I appreciate most is their accessible prices.. $3-$3.50 for a huge, gourmet donut. Genuinely great value for the price. As vegans we really appreciate that they are 100% vegan. Thank you for making the world a better place with your beautiful cruelty-free donuts made with love. 🙏

Omg so good. The buttercream on the donuts is just the right amount of sweetness. The cronuts are a mix of crispy and chewy goodness! I tried the sprinkle, boston cream, oreo, banana fritter, and all three cronut donuts -- loved each one. Will definitely be back when I'm in the St. Catherines area. I also love that there are two lines for pick-up and walk-ins, the experience was fast and efficient. I can't speak to the atmosphere, only that when I walked in at 11:35am there was already a line. This place is busy and I get why, the donuts are so delicious!

Absolutely delicious specialty donuts that you won't find anywhere else. They have the convenience of ordering online the day before and you just walk in and pick them up with no wait. It's so convenient for people who may be in a rush plus you can see what donuts are available as they change some from week to week. Very kind staff and the donuts are always delicious. Definitely check them out you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Amazing vegan donuts! I get them every time I come into the city. I could easily eat four in a row without realizing. They are light, airy, and not too sweet!

We desperately wish this place was closer to us! We were blown away by the quality and taste of these vegan doughnuts. We're not vegan but these were some of the best doughnuts we've ever had. The ordering system to place the order the day before for pickup the next day made it super easy and quick to pick them up at a time that was convenient for us. We loved them so much that we picked up a few boxes for friends (and of course ourselves!) on the way back home from our trip. We will be back!

Great selection of donuts and flavours. Doughnuts were nice and airy and flavours were not too sweet which I really enjoyed. The cookies and cream and french toast were our favourites! Would definitely recommended if you’re visiting Niagara!

By far THE best donuts I've ever had bar none. Not even just for vegan food. Out of any baked good or donut I've ever had. My room mate is vegan so I had them try it for the first time and they genuinely didn't believe it was vegan. I would travel hours for these donuts. The best bakery in Niagara easily. Probably also the GTA. I've tried every single flavor throughout the years and not one single donut have I disliked. The cronuts are otherworldly good. Truly a gem to have so close I consider it a blessing. Any event or special occasion should be spruced up with these as the centerpiece. Keep it up! The quality has never once wavered.

The vegan donuts were absolutely amazing! French Toast, Cookies N Cream, & Sprinkles were devoured in no time. Can't wait to return and get a Full Dozen.

A nice treat one in a while. To say they're vegan doesn't make them healthy!! Only have white based doughnuts. I like chocolate variations.

They have great selection of filled and original donuts snd if you buy 6+, you don't pay taxes. We came here right before their closing time on a Saturday and they had only few options left, so we bought "Coconut Cream", "Birthday Cake" and "Boston Cream". They were fresh and delicious. I can't wait to come back here and try more of their donuts. They also offer hot and cold coffee and ice cream.

Fantastic doughnuts! I went with a group of friends as were visiting the area and we all were super impressed. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference between these and a non-vegan donut besides the fact that these were just really high quality. There was a bit of a wait, but the line moved fairly quick and they were still stocked with all the flavors we were looking for. I got a chocolate cronut and chocolate dip (yeast) and both were amazing.

This is one of my favorite donut spots. It rivals my favorite place in NY, Dough Doughnuts. The donuts here are fantastic! One of my personal favorites is the birthday cake. When we visited, the May feature was the Black Forest cronut and Lemon Lavender. Everything was very good... so good that we ordered 6 more before heading home. If you order 6 or more, it's tax free. I would highly recommend trying this place out! There is only street parking and it can be hard to find a spot depending on the time you visit. Also, the street parking is paid. I would recommend sending someone out to pick it up; service is very quick so it should be a problem. Also, if you would like to pre-order, you will need to do it a day in advance.

Beechwood is one of those places that non-vegan people describe as "Wow! You'd never know these donuts are vegan!" Weird thing to say but we've all heard it. What matters is that these are the best donuts you'll EVER have. I've tried dozens (no pun intended!) and these are worth the hour drive from Toronto! 1. Fluffy not oily. 2. Flavourful not bland. 3. Generous not stingy in size or amount of filling and frosting. 4. Innovative not run of the mill flavour combos. 5. Fresh not stale. I've never had a stale or hard donut here. Expect to pay $3.75 or so for one donut. We got 4 for about $14 with tax, which was the same quantity of food as a half dozen anywhere else. **Generous** Tip 1: Sign up for their email list to get advance notice of new monthly flavours and discounts on pre-orders. Tip 2: Order online 1 day in advance to skip the line when you pick up. There's often a line! Tip 3: Order in person on a weekday afternoon. Still a good selection and no line. Tip 4: I prefer the filled or frosted donuts to the fritters which seem to pack less of a flavour punch. However you like your donuts, Beechwood has a fresh one in the case you'll love!

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon about 4 minutes before closing. After waving book marked it for a long time, I was so disappointed that I reached late and that they had just two flavours left. I picked them any ways. Sprinkle - just a regular doughnut, thankfully made vegan. One bite and it bought memories of the last time I had this. Just as I remembered. Bang on. Coconut Cream - now this was a doughnut that just blew me away. One bite and I was blown. Family had a similar reaction. The coconut cream was so soft and fluffy and just sweet enough. The coconut flakes outside provided a crunch texture and the doughnut was just perfect. This location is about a 100kms away from home and I feel like driving all the way for just for this!

Holy moly! So yummy. Tried a large variety and all were delicious! A nice vegan treat even for non vegans among us!

Fresh made donuts are super. The staffs are very friendly and the raspberry donuts she recommended is tasty. Personally strongly recommend.

My go-to types are the filled doughnuts, especially the birthday cake. Their fritters are also very delicious! On my most recent visit, the flavours that I enjoyed the most were the Creme egg, birthday cake, and lemon blackberry fritter. The cookies and creme, and coconut were ok. My least favourite was the fluffernutter seasonal item; the peanut butter filling was quite heavy, while the marshmallow topping had a gritty texture to it. I recommend pre-ordering the day before as they have long lines for drop-ins and tend to sell out early.

This is my favourite donut spot! Whenever I go out to Niagara I have to stop by to pick up donuts on the way back. They are always fresh, so many varieties and vegan too! My all time favourite is the coconut cream, so much cream inside and it taste bomb! Fritters are good and everything else as well. I hope they open one up in Toronto!!

Ate donuts from here yesterday and tempted to already go back today. Omg these are so delicious!!! There are so many flavors to choose from such as boring ones like glazed and exciting ones like birthday cake. I definitely recommend ordering the day before so you can skip the line and guarantee that they have your flavor. These donuts are all vegan and they do not look or taste like it. They are perfect for vegans and non vegans alike. Everyone try Beechwood doughnuts!

These donuts are like heaven in your mouth. They are so light yet dense, so full of flavour. Beechwood does so many impeccable flavours and combinations. I am a personal favourite of the cookie dough donut. I dont care if you live an hour away these donuts are well worth the trip! 10/10 would eat again.

Whenever I'm down in the Niagara Region, I must stop by Beechwood Doughnuts! Beechwood is arguably one of the most popular donut shops in the Niagara Region! They are most known for their vegan donuts and they are so delicious you won't believe they aren't made from dairy. All of the donuts are made fresh daily in their in house facility. Their donut flavours change seasonally, and I managed to still able to get a whole lot of the Chocolate Cronut flavour!

I didn't go in person to the site, but I can speak on their delivery. You can only order a day prior to delivery on their available dates according to your postal code. It's super accurate and fair for the price. Donuts are actually mind blowing. I am vegan, so i can tell that finding this place was like finding a treasure. Flavourful, well made, they're not dry nor too overpowering. And the most important thing to me was the fact that these weren't grainy which is something that happens a lot when you have vegan sweets. 10/10 recommend!

Beechwood offers a variety of unique flavours and boy do the donuts look pretty! I'm not normally one for filled donuts but i make an exception for theirs. The Birthday Cake, Cookies and Cream donuts are my go-to's. I also love their Chai Latte donut. Donuts are yummy to eat day of, but by the second day they aren't so good. However, I do find their donuts to be on the drier side, which are okay. Parking is tricky! Since they're on a busy, right street in St.Catherines, you will have to drive around and pay for parking somewhere, chances are you may need to walk a bit too!

I was introduced to this place a few years ago by my brother and his partner. Im grateful to have tried and continue to make the drive from Toronto to enjoy these donuts. Hands down the best around!! Keep up the great creations :))

Vegan doughnuts... the cake part is strong, mimicking an authentic, naughty doughnut, chewy and soft, simultaneously. The fillings and topping are not as strong, I felt, as they defined the doughnut type yet also seemed texturally similar. I'm being kinda picky here, to point out that this critique does not ruin or negatively influence each bite. Simply I suggest that "cream" fillings like in a Boston cream or an eclair would come across differently than their birthday cake or Oreo doughnut if a gooier pudding texture replaced their setting-wet cement feel - which seems like granular sugar in an interestingly presented icing essence. That said, The flavor directions of their creative creations are usually achieved. Our blueberry jelly doughnut was exceptional, and proves how high this place can fly. It's such a good product, I guess my ego thinks my taste buds can help them improve. But my left-handed compliments should get your face in the place, not deter you...it's well worth the trip. I'd bet many non-vegan palettes are fooled, if no one alerts them to the lack of animal product in the doughnuts. The place we got vegan doughnuts from in Quebec City wasn't nearly as good for the cake part, and their flavors weren't as composite for the bites to feel like they've achieved 'doughnut' status, let alone being called the flavored doughnuts they claim to be. Beechwood seems to be a dynamic, foodie destination. Hit that!

Omg so in love with this doughnut shop. Visited on a Saturday around 2pm and the line was long and wrapped around the shop but it moved quickly! 5-10 min. I got half a dozen; chocolate chip cookie dough, chai tea, carrot, pistachio, Maple, and Apple Is he donut texture is so soft and fluffy it's unbelievable all the donuts were great my favorite was the chocolate chip cookie dough the chai could have used a little bit more flavor When I came home and looked them up I realized this is a vegan shop had no idea these Donuts didn't taste any less than a regular donut

Excellent donuts. Pick up during covid so easy. Order and pay online. Go wait out front of the establishment. They come right outside ask for your order number and go back in to grab your donuts. Some of the donuts are heavy sitting after you finish them. Well worth the price. You won't be able to finish an entire box in one sitting though.

Delicious vegan donuts located right over the border in St. Catherine's, Ontario. I only knew about this place after it was recommended by border patrol when I was visiting with my friend. There is only street parking so it may be difficult to find a spot especially during the weekends but it's so worth it! There is no seating and the lines get long pretty fast. During my last trip, I ordered a box of 4 for about $11 CAD. A little pricey but definitely worth it. They're also huge so I can never have more than one. I ordered glazed, sprinkles, blueberry maple, and French toast. They were all so good! You wouldn't even be able to tell that they were vegan. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area.

I cannot believe these are VEGANs! No animals had been exploited in making these treats at Beechwood Doughnuts. The donuts here are just heavenly and delish! So soft, so fluffy, so light. Just like biting into a pillow... The sweetness just perfect and I can down a few of them myself in one seating. The best doughnuts I ever have. And seriously these are vegans???!!! How do they do that?!?! I am glad we dropped by on a weekday afternoon with no lines.

Over rated, over priced, they are always sold out when I go so I'm stuck with gross flavours. Small shop, not that appealing to come into.

I don't eat doughnuts regularly. Actually, I usually avoid them. When I do have one, I then ask myself why did I eat that doughnut? It inevitably results in doughnut stupor. In other words, I have regrets and I should know better. Well, I have no regrets eating Beechwood Doughnuts. There's really no point mentioning that these are vegan because they taste as good or better than typical doughnuts. The coconut creme is fantastic and, next time I buy a box, I plan to eat three in a row. That's how doughnuts were meant to be consumed.

I don't get to enjoy donuts often, which is both a blessing and a curse. But when I saw a vegan donut shop near Niagara Falls, I was overjoyed. Beechwood did not disappoint. We rolled in on a Friday afternoon. The line was 6 or 7 deep yet moved very quickly - kudos to the friendly staff! Prices were a little high but worth it for the experience and so many vegan options. They offer drinks and sometimes soft serve, but we did not indulge in either. The shop was small and clean with a case that clearly identified the choices. My breakdown is as follows: Pistachio (7/10) French toast (8/10) Cookie dough (8.5/10) Cronut (9/10) Coconut cream (10/10) Raspberry cream chz (7/10) Nothing was prepared incorrectly, I just prefer some over others. I'd eat any or all of these every chance I got. For me, the winner is coconut cream - a donut that takes me back to childhood eating cream filled donuts with my family. Love this place. It's a must for us from here on out.

I have tried a few flavours from beachwood. They are great but very cakey type of donut which are not my fave. I enjoy more airy types. Overall give it a shot if you want a good donut that is more of a cakey type.

So I was looking for something sweet after leaving the Casino buffet in Niagara Falls and this place came up for donuts. They had super high reviews on Yelp so why not. It took us about 25 minutes to get there but boy was it worth it. We find street parking and noticed a lot of people carrying Beechwood donut boxes. We start walking in that direction and there is a line out the door. I was like I think we found our place. We stand in line for maybe about 15 minutes until we get to the front. I picked my four donuts and had one 10 minutes later after getting some Tim Hortons. All the four donuts we got were very flavorful and delicious. Whats wild about the whole thing is that I did not even know they were Vegan. I thought vegan food tasted like card board but this was far from it. Very flavorful and worth the drive we made for them. This place honestly has changed my view on vegan donuts. I will try others in other places to see how they compare. One thing I forgot to mention is that the pricing might be kinda pricey but the donuts are hella huge! When I'm in the area, I will for sure stop by and pickup some.

I'm a fan of diabe...eechwood doughnuts. We came here at the end of the day and there were only a few to choose from. They were good and those were the leftovers! Will have to show up earlier in the day to get some of the more popular ones.

Beyond AMAZING DONUTS. It's only after I introduce them to people and they finish the donut that I tell them "oh by the way it's vegan." For whatever reason saying that throws a lot of people into a "oh no I don't want to try that" mindset You can easily have 1 or 2 and have them, they do not sit overly heavy like cake or dairy filled donuts so you finish your craving session satisfied but not feeling like a complete glutton 15/10 would recommend to all :)

AMAZING. Heard so much good things about this place, and it definitely lived up to the hype. When I went here, there was a long line (as expected), but the line moved pretty fast. My friends and I ordered the coconut, hazelnut, oreo, blood orange, and apple fritter flavours. SO GOOD - and also ALL VEGAN - something we did not know. My favourite flavour of the ones I tried is the coconut - the donut has coconut flakes on top but is also layered with a light coconut cream in the middle.. I'm definitely getting this flavour again. This place really prides itself on their donuts and not having to advertise that they are all vegan, because they don't have to - the donuts and flavours speak for themselves. I'm a huge fan and I'll for sure be back when I'm in the area again!

Awesome donuts. The coconut cream donut is to die for. We love the Dutchie as well Great taste. 6 donuts and 2 medium coffee 20.00 So be prepared. But worth every single bite.

I stopped by on a whim for a treat to bring some family and it was one of the only vegan friendly places in the area. I don't even generally like or eat donuts but honestly these were the most amazing impressive ones I've ever had. The fresh fruit flavors were delicious and it kind of felt like a combination between cake and pie in some of them. I shared them with my non vegan family and everyone was blown away and they ate a few more than they planned on and said they couldn't tell these were egg or dairy free in any way. Everyone was pleased. I'll have to stop by again for an occasional treat in future. My favorites were the peach crumble, blackberry fritter and apple fritter. The only thing I'd ask is that they fix the website so that you can actually read the menu of donuts from your phone. It only shows a few and it's impossible to see the whole list by month and doesn't scroll or shrink and please open a shop in Toronto or Mississauga!

Hands down the best doughnuts that I've ever had!! This says a lot because I love doughnuts!! Came by over the weekend, because I was in the area. I fell in love as soon as I walked in! They had many flavours to choose from. I got to try a few flavours, and my personal favourites are the Maple Dip doughnut, the Sprinkle doughnut, and the Cookies N Creme doughnut. I didn't get a chance to try the others, but when I'm back in the area I will definitely drop by to get/try the other flavours. The staff here were pretty nice and friendly as well. I raved about this place so much to my family and friends! I definitely recommend this doughnut shop.

YUMMY! So happy I made this a stop on our journey through Canada. This gem is located in a cool small town with shops and restaurants to explore. The doughnuts we got were all delicious.. and super thick and filling too! They also have a cool deal where if you bring a reuseable container, you get a discount. 100 percent recommend

The doughnuts are okay, but very sweat. Extremely decedent, you easily can have your sugar craving satisfied with any option. I often feel glutinous after eating 1/2 of their sweater options. Not being vegan that aspect doesn't really matter to me at all, I just like sweats of any kind.

While standing in the shop, I googled *again* to confirm that Beechwood Doughnuts is 100% vegan. I just couldn't believe it! They are so nonchalant about their veganism (which, for the record, I love) that I kept second-guessing it. My mom and I originally only planned on getting one doughnut a piece but ended up purchasing a half dozen (LOL). I live an hour east of Buffalo so I'm not in Canada super often... we had to try as much as possible while we were there! So how did they compare? 10/10 best doughnuts I've ever had ever (non-vegan doughnuts included). That's coming from a girl that loves sweets. My non-vegan mother also agreed they were the best. Can't wait to go back again! just a tip- it is a small shop... like as in you get your doughnuts and leave. Maybe not the best atmosphere to just sit down and chill; however, don't let that stop you from trying Beechwood!

I wouldn't have guessed these were vegan. Went mid afternoon on a Thursday and there was still lots of selection. Tried the Maple dip and the French Toast. Both were good. A little in the dry side but that could be me waiting a few hours to eat it, but might also just be the recipe.

These are the best doughnuts I have ever had. Not the best vegan doughnuts; the best doughnuts. All the donuts are yeast donuts, which I find far superior to cake donuts. They're also much more rare in vegan form than cake donuts are. I went for the grand opening and though they sold out of several flavors (Maple Blueberry Crumble, Coconut Creme, Nanaimo, Apple Fritter), I was still able to get seven different flavors. My absolute favorite is the salted butter toffee donut. It has crunchy bits on top and the icing was so heavenly; it never got hard or crusty. Some of the donuts were too much for me...like the one with a chocolate chip cookie crumbled on top. Hubs loved it but I thought it took too much away from the donut. Great shop, great flavors. I hope to see more from them in the future (like a creme brûlée donut a la Cinnamon Snail). The donuts have different prices but are all under $3.

Really great doughnuts. Very creative flavours. These are not the doughnuts you mindlessly shove in your mouth as you guzzle coffee in the break room. Get a nice Americano or cappuccino - not too sweet - and an assortment and sit somewhere nice and quiet and savour each sweet bite with your slightly bitter coffee. Pure heaven.

The only one I'm actually addicted to is the cronut. This place is amazing and has relocated and revamped since the last time I visited. The donuts are super fresh and delicious. Will be back for more cronuts.

Food: * The doughnuts were amazing. I could not believe that they were 100% vegan. It was moist, rich and extremely flavorful. You would expect a tub of butter to be in it but quite the contrary. * As I mentioned, the French Toast doughnut was my favorite. It was extremely flavorful but not too sweet. Just a perfect doughnut. It had a great crunch and bite to it as well. * The cronut was my second favorite. It was also unique to the taste and the texture was typical to a cronut. Also not too sweet but subtle in taste. * Whenever I go to any dessert shop or bakery and if there is anything London Fog on the menu, that is what I will order. The London Fog flavor was delicious! It was sweet but also full of earl grey flavors. This flavor along with the Birthday cake one is something you need to enjoy sparingly with a huge glass of milk as it can get quite overwhelming with its sweetness. * The birthday cake flavor reminded me of the crumb cake from Momofoku Milk Bar as it did have crumbs with sprinkles as toppings. It was very sweet as the doughnut had a filling of whipped cream or a type of frosting. I shared half with my mom as I could not have the whole thing. * 5/5 Atmosphere: * Great bright and airy store with a great atmosphere. * Open brick concept with art on the walls really make the place very beautiful. I also particularly love the moss and plant frames that hang on the walls as well. * There aren't any tables or chairs for you to dine in as this is mainly a take out bakery. However there is plenty of space by the window if you would like to stand and enjoy the doughnuts. * The bakery also gives you a view of the industrial baking area where all the yummy doughnuts are made. When beechwood doughnuts first opened in St. Catharines, my friend said we had to try it out. At first, i did not see what all the hype was... they're just doughnuts. But when i tried the cookies n creme doughnut - i was amazed. All products are vegan and the kitchen is transparent. The staff is friendly as well. The only downfall about this establishment is that it is closed on Sundays. Most families go out on Sundays and this would be a great venue for people to visit and enjoy a delicious doughnut.

Best donuts ever - vegan or not. No question. My husband and I live in Toronto and anytime we are within 30 min of St. Catharines we need to make a trip to Beechwood. Seasonal flavours are always great (right now their Berry Pie is unfairly good) but their classics are honestly where it's at for me: apple fritter (you will not find a better one anywhere, vegan or otherwise) and cinnamon sugar are hot fire. I'd recommend their fritters or filled donuts over the yeasted ones with fun toppings if only to really see how these donut geniuses really flex their skills. Everything is top-notch though, you can't go wrong. Also, you're going to want more than one and if you bring your own container you get 10% off. I such a fan. Stop reading and go!
