Was fine. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. Good venue for groups who can’t make up their mind on what type of food to have, there’s a bit on offer for everyone. We had the Southern Chicken Burger, which was more South Korean than “southern”, but that was obvious from the description, so no issue there. Chicken coating was a bit tough, but overall a flavoursome burger. Chips were not great. Needed more salt and more crisp. We also had the fish tacos. They were great.
Service was a bit lacking. No direction was given on how to get cutlery, serviettes or water. We ordered at the bar, but our table didn’t have a number, so we couldn’t give a table number. They said they’d find us, then when they came out with the food and we told them it was ours, they thought it wasn’t and proceeded to try to bring it to other tables before coming back to us.
I suppose overall it’s what I’d expect from a seaside, tourist town bistro. Half decent food, half decent service but we went home full.
