When I saw the name, I had to try it. It would be 10 stars if I could! Really really good food, and the prices are like precovid! No wonder the parking lot is full. Wish I lived closer.

On your very first visit, having the signature sandwich, the roast beef, is a must. I tried the pastrami with cheese, and it was warm a juicy. I did add mayonnaise, I was worth it. I also got a pickle and a bag of their chips. Sorry for the half eaten salad.

Google
My first time going. I got the Delmonico steak sandwich special which came with fries and a salad. I wasn't overly impressed with the sandwich. I probably should have tried the roast beef. I will be back to try more.

Google
To me, it's the Best Roast Beef sandwich in the State of Rhode Island 🏝. Plus, you have to try the awesome Tenderloin Beef sandwich. Their secret bbq sauce is the BOMB!!! Also, on the site, they have an Ice Cream shop that serves super way better Ice Cream than Wrights Dairy Farm. Please, Please, Please, you Really have to go to this place. It's just right off the highway. Easy on Easy off!!!

Google
First time customers, love everything about it. My dad and I got very tasty steak sandwiches and my mom got the classic roast beef plus the other sides like fries, salad, etc were all so good as well. The coffee shake and grapenut pudding were really nice too!

Google
Food was delicious. We got in, sat down and got our food in less than 10 minutes after ordering. Biggest shocker was the price. Super cheap by today’s standards but high quality, fresh and hot. Super friendly and helpful servers. One of the most well-run restaurants I’ve ever been to. Can’t praise this place enough just give them your money, you won’t be disappointed.

The Guide

Google
We recently stopped by the new, larger location of Beef Barn. The interior has expanded significantly, offering plenty of seating while maintaining the charming, rustic atmosphere and small-town feel. They continue to serve up the best roast beef and pastrami sandwiches, all at very affordable prices. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast.

This place is great! Very clean, nice atmosphere, fantastic prices and good food. Service was great once our waitress saw us at our table. Milkshakes are outstanding, as are the burgers and roast beef sandwiches. Plentiful parking, right off Route 146. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Review of The Beef Barn - A Hidden Gem in Smithfield, RI If you're looking for delicious, no-frills comfort food at unbeatable prices, The Beef Barn in Smithfield, RI, is a must-visit. While they're known for their roast beef, I have to rave about their fish sandwich perfectly crispy, flavorful, and served with a side of pickles that isn't just a few measly slices but a full pickle, thoughtfully cut up so you can add as much (or as little) as you like. It's a small touch, but it speaks volumes about the quality and care they put into their food. Beyond the fish sandwich, every sandwich here is a winner--simple, well-made, and downright delicious. And did I mention the pricing? Unbelievably affordable for the quality you're getting, making it one of the best values around. But the real cherry on top (or should I say peanut butter?) is the peanut butter pie. It's easily one of the best desserts I've had in a very long time--smooth, rich, and the perfect way to finish off a great meal. If you haven't been to The Beef Barn yet, do yourself a favor and go. Great food, great prices, and a laid-back atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more.

Yelp
Missing Something Used to be my favorite place. Very unique place in the area. Always inexpensive. My favorite item is the bacon cheeseburger. The burger was so overdone that I had to slather it in the signature barbecue sauce. I like the old location. This place has lost a bit of its mystique in the new location. Just my opinion. Thanks

Jennie C.

Yelp
My first mistake was ordering a veggie burger at a place called the beef barn. I have never had food poisoning so bad in my life. Might need to go to the ER for fluids. It was the only thing I ate that day. Three of the worst bites of my life. My mom's burger was so gross she had to toss it out too. Prices are cheap because they buy cheaply raised animals.

Megan W.

Yelp
First timer - had to try it before we leave the state. Two drinks, two sandwiches and two fries for under $20! Place was packed but quickly seated and served. Great beef sandwich. I'm not often up that way but would return if I was!

Alfred A.

Yelp
I've been here twice. The food and service are consistent. The atmosphere is a rustic barn. It has a Texas truck stop like feel to it and they seem to play country and western music too. The prices are very reasonable. Where else can you get a cheeseburger for 5.25 a fry for a couple of bucks and a dessert for around 3 dollars. They use paper and plastic cups, plates and utensils to keep the cost down. The place will be packed on a friday night. On my first time it was a little chaotic because I was waiting to be seated only to find out after a little while you seat yourself. Parking is plentiful, but I recommend parking further away because unless you have a tiny car you'll have a hard time getting out because the spaces are too small. They have an ice cream cafe right nearby and a park with a pond in back too. It's definitely worth a look.

Ashlee M.

Yelp
Great service & for the price- you really can't beat this spot! Family friendly. Cute "country home" barn decor. A great affordable spot to grab a quick bite!

Shannon F.

Yelp
I have been coming to the beef barn since I was a kid (original location back then). It has never disappointed. When I walked in this time, I wasn't sure if it was still seat yourself or if we should wait to be seated. I quickly realized we could find a seat ourselves, so we chose to sit at the bar. We were greeted right away and quickly ordered drinks. While we were sitting there, we could see the takeout line and the kitchen. They were busy and it was nice to see how quickly and efficiently fresh food was being made. The environment is just so fun and cozy. The food was great and the prices are still very affordable in my opinion. I don't live super close, but I'm going to have to make a point to come back more frequently. I love it here and definitely recommend anyone in the area try it out!

Jin S.

Yelp
I play field hockey at the indoor facility next door and this is my go to spot for dinner before or after my field hockey games! It makes for a great spot to either dine in or a quick grab and go. I'm a frequent customer and usually go always once a week. Service has always been top notch. The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive. This is the best place to get a bang for your buck! I always order a ton of food and my bill is always so cheap. The chicken tenders have a crispy breading and pairs great with their homemade bbq sauce - sweet and tangyyyyyy! Highly recommend! The hot dog comes with a lightly toasted bun and the French fries are always hot. The restaurant is authentic and country barn/rustic themed. It is literally in the shape of an actual barn and has its own distinct style. There are two locations - one in North Smithfield, RI and the other in Bellingham, MA. I've been to both and they are identical between theme and food. I tend to favor the North Smithfield location because it's in close proximity to the sports field I play at. This location also has an icecream shop footsteps away from the restaurant right across the parking lot. You can do a "sweet" 2 in 1 stop shop! Thanks Beef Barn and see ya tomorrow!

Matt M.

Yelp
Good food, good prices! Much better quality than the chain QSRS. And prices? 2 sodas, 2 roast beef sandwiches, large fries, 1 roast beef special with salad and fries: $24. Granted that portions are small but more than adequate for the price. Service is quick and food is served without sitting u der lights skip the burger joints and treat yourself to better food and value ..

Rj W.

Yelp
Didn't get to try the food. Tables are first come first serve. I don't mind waiting but you have to keep circling the restaurant for open tables. With four other family's in there waiting and looking for tables I didn't think it was worth the hassle.

Arthur S.

Yelp
The Beef Barn is just one of those places that you have to try at least once. It has an old fashioned decor and feel. There are kids that serve you your beverages and a waitress comes around to take the food orders. Everything on the menu comes plain and you have to add whatever you want to your sandwich (from the menu). The steak sandwich was my favorite! I added mushrooms and cheese to mine. The bread is different, as it is soft and toasted perfectly from the toasting machine that they use. I was able to fold the sandwich without breaking the bread. The steak was cooked perfectly with a thin light pink color in the middle of the thin steak. The steak was tender and juicy with no fat to be seen. The pastrami sandwich is also excellent. I ordered it with onions, put mustard on it and added the sliced deli pickle. It was very tender, flavorful, and lean. I bet it would be really good on their burger! I had to also try the Beef Barn staple...the roast beef sandwich. It was tender, juicy and great for anyone who loves a roast beef sandwich. It wasn't my favorite, but it was better than other roast beef sandwiches that I've had. My bill for three sandwiches (all of the extras) and an iced tea was $23. Great deal! This place is great for high school, college kids, seniors, or even a family dinner looking for a cheap night out. Everyone has to try this place.

Yelp
**The Beef Barn: A Beef Lover's Paradise in Smithfield, Rhode Island** If you're an ardent beef enthusiast, prepare to embark on a carnivorous journey to your personal Nirvana at The Beef Barn in Smithfield, Rhode Island. My recent visit to this culinary haven left me awestruck. I had the privilege of savoring their Steak sandwich, and oh my gosh, it was a revelation. The meat was not just tender; it was exquisitely juicy, delivering an explosion of flavor with each bite. It was evident that the chefs take great care in crafting a burger that's more than just a meal; it's an experience. This masterpiece of a burger was thoughtfully accompanied by a generous serving of golden, crispy French fries that begged to be devoured. The salad on the side was a refreshing delight, dressed with their house dressing, which imparted a delightful zing to the greens. The addition of sweet red onions and a crown of button mushrooms elevated this burger into an epicurean masterpiece, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that left me yearning for more. What truly sets The Beef Barn apart is not just the quality of the food but the exceptional value it offers. The portion size is ample, making it one of the most budget-friendly yet delectable options for beef lovers. The affordability doesn't come at the expense of flavor or quality, making The Beef Barn a culinary gem for those who appreciate mouthwatering food without emptying their wallets. Rumors had also reached me about their legendary hotdogs, and the temptation to return and explore the rest of their menu is almost irresistible. The Beef Barn is undoubtedly a place where the love for beef is celebrated and where your taste buds can revel in a truly unforgettable experience.

Trevor P.

Yelp
The beef barn is an absolute homerun! Great menu, great service that's always welcoming, quality sandwiches served at a great price. The Smithfield location has counter top seating along right plenty of dinning room seating and tables outside for enjoying their delicious food on a warm day. They are known for their roast beef sandwiches but my GF and I don't like roast beef so we get hot dogs, grilled chicken sandwiches, fries and tenders. They also have a little creamery right in the same parking lot that offers delicious ice cream and shakes in the summer. 10/10 would always recommend!

Hea K.

Yelp
A no-frills, but cozy place! Definitely has the vibe of going to someone's house and eating delicious food. The roast beef is always soft and moist. The cheeseburger is well made, but nothing about the food here stands out as unique. Sometimes, that is all you are looking for though. Reliable, simple, straight forward, but tasty food. Sides and toppings are an additional cost, but the prices are always reasonable here! Service can be a bit slow at times when the place is packed, but they have always been friendly!

Cheyenne M.

Yelp
I love sitting at the bar! There's a view of employees freshly slicing the meats, and cooking them right there in front of you. The food is cheap here, and the roast beef tastes great! You have to add their house-made BBQ sauce!

Rachel N.

Yelp
Growing up in North Smithfield, The Beef Barn has always been a staple! Think "hometown, upscale fast food." The food is a great price but taste way better than any fast food chain. They are known for their roast beef sandwiches, but don't sleep on their pastrami sandwiches! I cannot stress this enough, but trust me and treat yourself to a shake - they have chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or coffee! If shakes are not your thing, head over to Pound Hill Creamery right next door where they serve Gifford's ice cream! Also, stop by the Creamery for coffee and baked goods in the mornings! The Beef Barn really has it all! The restaurant is decorated like a barn with all these little nooks and crannies filled with seating. When you walk in, go ahead and seat yourself and one of the super pleasant and attentive waitstaff will be over to take your order! Be sure to follow them on social media for events they hold on the premises like summer car shows!

John R.

Yelp
You cannot go wrong with a Roast Beef Sandwich at a Beef Barn, it's a MUST get if going there! Delicious and always consistent the Beef Barn is a MUST TRY!

Christian S.

Yelp
This business gets 5 stars, not because it's fancy haute cuisine but because they do quick, cheap, simple diner food very well. The interior is kitschy and rustic, with turn of the century decor and signage on the walls. I like to sit in the back of the restaurant in the chicken coop-themed room. Service is always incredibly friendly and fast and despite the fact that the parking lot is always full of cars, I always find a seat immediately. And the food is probably the best bang you'll get for your buck in the state. The fried chicken sandwich is my go-to. It always comes out hot and crispy, fresh out of the fryer on a toasted melt-in-your-mouth bun. The fries are also always piping hot and delicious. Nothing every tastes greasy or like it's been sitting out for a while. I'll often wash everything down with an ice cold IPA or a coffee shake and my bill is usually under $15. I almost never leave without taking some more food to go. (It makes for the best midnight snack too). Thanks, Beef Barn!

Kevin S.

Yelp
I know many people come to the Beef Barn for their roast beef sandwiches, but I enjoy their cheese burger special. It comes with a small side salad and French fries. The service is always friendly and plenty of seating. The ambiance is comfortable, nothing fancy, but expected by its name "Beef Barn". Your tables are nestled within the barn. Decor of history of the restaurant hangs on the wall and the dinner tables look like old newspapers. Finally save room for one of their homemade desserts, some of the best chocolate cake you'll have or dare to try the strawberry rhubarb pie. It's very reasonable for two people to have dinner here!

Mike S.

Yelp
Tried Beef Barn again after a 6 month hiatus. My previous review stated my takeout orders weren't exactly perfect so I took an extended break. Well I tried them once again and my order was perfect and they even included the items that were missing in my last order and that was sincerely appreciated. The food was great and the prices are always right. Beef Barn is now one of my go to places.

Christina A.

Yelp
Fast and simple and no frills. Inexpensive. Place was busy with a steady stream of people in and out. Servers are nice and fast. Beer and wine is offered. Food is served in plastic plates with plastic utensils. For $3.50 you can add on a small salad and handful of fries. Burgers are thin but we'll cooked- roast beef was good. If you don't want fast food but want something fast - this is the place to go.

Matt A.

Yelp
Excellent stop and great seating for multi-person parties and individuals. The pricing was also beyond reasonable. I had a roast beef sandwich that was very delicious; especially with cheese added. Their menu is robust, and you'll want to plan longer visits to sit and relax in this truly barn-like structure. You'll find yourself taking pictures indoors and out. I also love the lighting as it added a lot to the rustic atmosphere.

Jim L.

Yelp
First time at the new location of The Beef Barn. I visited the old location many times. The same rustic look. I ordered two roast beef sandwiches and a vanilla shake to go tonight. It came out at a reasonable amount of time. I got in my car, started driving and opened my first roast sandwich and took a bite. It reminded me of how good their sandwiches always tasted . New location but same taste. So why 3 stars, well when I took a bite of my second sandwich, it was pastrami. Not a fan of getting something I didn't order. Too far to turn back. Honestly, the woman that took my order wrote 2RB's on the bag, but for each order she was stuffing in the bag, her focus was more on gabbing it up with the boys making the sandwiches. She simply wasn't focused, thus I get the wrong sandwich, and down goes the experience. It's the help, not the food. Double check your food. Give it a try.

John B.

Yelp
The Beef Barn is a staple in North Smithfield. The new location is located at 200 Industrial Drive on a nice piece of property. The inside of the barn is decorated as such "your classic style barn". There's also a decorative chicken coop seating area. Your food is served on either paper or plastic plates and plastic utensils, keeping the prices down, very basic and old school feeling and that's all it needs to be! There's no waiting for seating nor do they take reservations as it's first come first serve. You walk in find an empty table of your choice. What's better than that! They also have an ice cream shop on the premises, a must try after your meal. Tuesday afternoons are their car and bike cruise night located in their back field. If your in the area, and you're looking for a quick bite to eat, and a scoop of ice cream definitely give it a try!

Dan A.

Yelp
Always a busy place. The fries were great. My roast beef needed to be RARE! I asked the server for very RARE!! Uh

Holly K.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of the Beef Barn! I think it's such a neat old school spot to grab lunch. I do agree with the other's that it is uber confusing the first time you head in. You basically just seat yourself, but there is no sign to specify that. I've ended up sitting at the counter both times, because the place is slammed on weekday lunches. The service is friendly, but slow. The serveers have a lot of tables to try and cover. The good news is, once you order, you're food comes out very quickly. My favorite item is the steak sandwich, I think it's better than the roast beef. I do wish they offered grilled onions though, they just have raw. The prices are super reasonable, for fries, sandwich, small salad, and drink it's around $10pp. My son also loves their pond with koi fish and waterfall. Next to the main barn they have a cafe and ice cream shop as well. They have really made it into a nice little area. I look forward to my next trip in!

Yelp
My husband grew up not far from the original Beef Barn, so coming here is a bit nostalgic for him...every time.....Cheap, good food in a very casual, almost barn like atmosphere. The Beef Barn is known for its roast beef sandwiches, but we've had the burgers, salads, chicken sandwich, etc... The antiques inside - vintage hatboxes from McCarthy's, original signage from Cobble Rock - tell the story of local businesses from around North Smithfield and Woonsocket. The menu is almost identical to the original and though they have added a few poultry items, everything remains under five dollars and everything remains homemade. Their roast beef is cooked low and slow for eight hours, is sliced throughout the day and it's the star of the show.....

Kim I.

Yelp
Brianna was our server and she was amazing! Super friendly, so personable. Other patrons even asked her about her kiddos :-) I ordered the fried chicken sandwich special (comes with small side salad and fries) and Daniel ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon special. He also splurged and got dessert, peanut butter pie. The restaurant itself is a real barn and so clean and well kept. The food is diner- and hands down the prices are the best! We will so be back- hopefully before a movie at the drive in down the road :-)

Avianna A.

Yelp
My fiancé and I stopped by after being in RI for the day. The ambiance has a country, fast food, authentic McDonald's kind of feel. The food is great for its price, I personally loved the fries and my fiancé loved the burger. Our server was very sweet, she checked in on us and made sure everything was great. The only things that were a little confusing as a first timer here was picking our own seats (which was great) and paying for our meals. You can pay at your table or at the register. Definitely would stop by again if in the area!

Matt W.

Yelp
Amazing food for incredibly good prices!!! I would go to war for this restaurant. If anyone tries to shut down this place you will feel my wrath. People say "what would you for a Klondike bar", it should actually be what would you do for a beef barn fried chicken sandwich because I would do anything.

Tina B.

Yelp
What can I say, IFKYK. This place is a Rhode Island staple especially if you live in northern RI. I've never gotten anything but the roast beef and it's always fantastic. I get it with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. The "special" comes with a side salad and fries. Get the French dressing! Not the typical orange stuff that comes out of a bottle. My husband has gotten the burgers and likes them. Desserts here are worth the extra calories! Oh, and don't forget the milkshakes!

Gary G.

Yelp
I'm in the area for the next few weeks. After an extremely disappointing experience at a restaurant in Millis cravings was awful. I was told to check this place out. It was unbelievable super clean. The staff was fantastic. Great portions. Great price absolutely loved it.

Julia B.

Yelp
Right when you walk in, the Beef Barn is bustling with commotion. My friends and I sat ourselves in a cozy corner. We immediately got asked what we wanted to drink & ordered quickly. The food came out super fast and was even more delicious. We ordered cheeseburgers, fried chicken, a pickle, and fries. The bill was very affordable. Would highly recommend!

Susan L.

Yelp
Love, love this place. There RB Sandwiches are the best. When my husband was getting near the end of his life its the only place he was hungry for. Yummm

Joanne I.

Yelp
Holy moly what a great find. Thank you Phantom Gourmet for pointing us in the direction to the Beef Barn. We were a party of 11 and only had to wait 10 minutes during the busy part of the day. Roast beef's all around, a few chicken sandwiches, pastrami's and burgers and fries. The homemade BBQ sauce on top of the roast beef and Swiss was A-FREAKING-MAZING. Love the malt vinegar for the fries. Total bonus they serve Coke products. Service was outstanding - and all staff was so nice. Being that we are large, loud, rowdy group - all orders were spot on and we all left full. Can't wait to come back again. Keep up the fantastic job - whatever you are doing works perfectly

Doug M.

Yelp
We went on a Friday night, place was packed. Food prices are very reasonable. If you want rare roast beef you have to ask for it . We didn't know. The sandwich was still ok. My biggest complaint is the wait time to be served, poor waitress had all the outside tables, which were full. To much for one person. I'll go back on a different night. The new location looks great. The waitress did the best she could, SHE NEEDS HELP FOR SURE

Bill W.

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch for our usual Roast Beef sandwiches, fries and a shake. They never disappoint! Fast service, delicious food, excellent prices!

Riley V.

Yelp
Recently tried beef barn for the first time. Great quality roast beef sandwiches and a cozy ambiance within the restaurant. Whether you're getting take out or eating in, food is consistently good.

Kyle R.

Yelp
This has been my go to roast beef since I was a kid. 10/10 for the sandwiches and 12/10 for the bbq sauce seeing I order a tub of the sauce everytime I go. I can easily throw back 3-4 roast beef's and a large fry everytime I go here. Cheap prices make it worth it. Great atmosphere with all the old school novelties and great service. Beef barn never disappoints

Jason O.

Yelp
Love the new location and food. Quick easy and yummy. Great place to walk around and have ice cream. Wish it was home made but maybe one day.

C M.

Yelp
Food was very good but portions are so small. The RB sandwich I got looked nothing like the big portion you see on the website. Very small and not much RB on the sandwich. Also waited quite a while for a server to come over. The whole experience was underwhelming. Probably won't go back for a while.

John C.

Yelp
6/7/24 My wife and I have been to the beef barn many times looking forward to having a roast beef sandwich. sadly, this time was not the case. I know food prices are going up and quantities and obviously quality is going down, but there is no excuse for the sandwich I received. The roast beef was tasteless and look like crumbled meat. A lot of the reviews mentioned the cheap prices and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I also had a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato that was delicious. I can't understand what is happening to the roast beef sandwiches that used to be delicious. I do have to commend the server. She was very pleasant. I like going to the beef barn, but I guess I will have to order everything but the roast beef sandwiches on the menu because they definitely are not like they used to be. I must say I never use A1 sauce on any meat but I couldn't taste the roast beef and I couldn't tell what it was eating even after adding salt and pepper.

Morgan C.

Yelp
My boyfriend LOVES this place, but I had never been, so on a beautiful Tuesday afternoon, we decided to check out the brand new location. It is situated in an industrial park, but there's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors both onsite and nearby with picnic tables and a gazebo. It definitely fits the casual, farm-meets-diner atmosphere, and as we come out of the pandemic and into a glorious Fall, it's always nice to have some good eats with al fresco seating options! At lunchtime, the Barn was bustling! Even though we visited maybe on day three of their "grand re-opening", loyal fans of their iconic roast beef sandwiches packed this place to the gills. No worries, though! The cheerful and friendly servers kept the line moving, and we were in and out with our brown paper bag of goodness within ten minutes. Plus, it all cost less than twenty bucks for two full meals with drinks AND fries? I'm a fan. That being said, the drinks did leave a little bit to be desired. I am a huge Diet Coke aficionado, and unfortunately, it fell flat.. literally. No bubbles, no nuthin'. Luckily, our server replaced the offending beverage free of charge with their tasty housemade lemonade. Stick to that or their signature grape fruit punch, and you should be good. As for the food, this is a place fit for a cheat meal - so enjoy it! Their roast beef is thinly sliced and super tender.. no fatty bits here! Served the old fashioned way on butter griddled buns, their signature sandwiches satisfy all of your comfort food needs. Make sure you make it a combo with their perfectly salty fries and simple house salad topped with homemade French dressing. So yummy! So yes, an apology to the cows.. but Beef Barn gets my seal of approval!

Ashely G.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to come and eat with the whole family it's great for kids, it's affordable, and delicious. I have come hundreds of times and never had one complaint! Service is great and the inside is adorable!

Elaine R.

Yelp
This has to be the worst place I've eaten at . The fries weren't cooked all the way my hamburger was wasn't well done as I ordered . Thumbs down ! I think they purchased the paper plates cups and utensils at the dollar tree.

Kevin L.

Yelp
A Rhode Island staple. Plain and simple but also delicious. You can dine in or carry out. Good menu options, friendly service, food comes out quickly. Obviously they're known for the roast beef but they also have burgers, chicken tenders, and several other options Prices are very reasonable as well.

Vincent H.

Yelp
I saw this place on the phantom gourmet and have been super excited to try it for a couple months. I finally came in and oh my God was it the biggest disappointment ever. To start, when you walk in there is no guidance on what to do. We stood awkwardly in what we thought was a line of people waiting to be seated but they were actually people waiting to pay. Someone eventually stumbled up from the back and said that we should seat ourselves if we are looking to eat. The inside is a bit confusing as there are multiple rooms walled off so it is a little bit awkward figuring out where to sit especially if you walk into a small area and all the seats are already taken. The sandwiches were absolutely nothing like advertised, the service was confused as we had multiple waitresses come ask us if we were ready to order after we had already ordered. The food quality is abysmal, I would have to order three sandwiches to consider it a meal. They have an option to add salad and fries for an extra three dollars and I would have to estimate you get 1/2 cup of salad and six french fries. The sautéed mushrooms are, from what I can tell, just canned mushrooms that have been heated up slightly. I will give them that their dill pickles were very good... but I certainly won't be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

Kathy C.

Yelp
Everyone in Rhode Island knows the Beef Barn and visiting their new location was ideal on this October Saturday afternoon. Busy all times of day, the very hard working and pleasant staff delivers a great bite of tasty food at a very reasonable price. No wait for a table, cold Sam Adams Oktoberfest and home made roast beef. Highly recommend the fries. No identity crisis here - Beef Barn knows what it is, and you get exactly what you expect.

Patrice P.

Yelp
Terrible terrible. Food not wrapped cold and two sandwiches not available when I went to get the food. Do disappointed as I was taking the food to somebody who really wanted to try this place.
