BEEFBAR ST MORITZ

We celebrated with a group of 11 people at Beefbar at the Grace Hotel in St. Moritz, it was an absolutely amazing dinner. This place never fails us, every visit is outstanding, with great food and impressive service. As I have allergies and the gentleman who took care of our table (the tall waiter in the photo I posted, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly attentive and professional. He was fully aware of my dietary restrictions, guided me carefully through the menu safe choices. And of course, Benjamin, the legendary sommelier of St. Moritz remains our number one. His wine selections always elevate the entire experience. Our friends ordered tomahawk, it was the best tomahawk ever. I had Salmon, it was so amazing! The starter we always take boa bun every visit, the best as always. The dessert just so delicious! Everything was just perfect! A big thank you to the whole team for making our celebration so memorable yet again. We will definitely be back.

Beefbar is always a great idea! The service is exceptional, the staff is really attentive and amazing. Benjamin is the best sommelier we have ever met. Nils is such a professional with full of knowledge and his hospitality in the hotel industry is on high level. The food is always amazing. We enjoyed everything!

While we loved the vibrant atmosphere, the service sometimes felt a bit rushed. We personally would appreciate a bit more relaxed timing. But overall we were super happy and will be back for sure!

Had the pleasure of dining at The Beefbar in St. Moritz last night, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The location is perfectly central, making it convenient to find, but what truly sets this place apart is its sophisticated and glamorous atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff, including the lovely hostess and our amazing waitress Silvia, delivered impeccable service. Everyone was professional, kind, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish was cooked to perfection, showcasing high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. The cocktails were equally impressive—creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious. This is more than just a meal; it’s an experience. I highly recommend The Beefbar to anyone visiting St. Moritz. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice restaurant. Great steak. We had the New York Strip and cheese burger sliders. It was pure quality. Fancy and pricey but everywhere is in St Moritz but great steak.

Good food but not great as well as service - Pleasent time and meal - nothing wow, but decent.

I cannot believe how terrible the beef was at the Beef Bar. The steak was an absolute disaster: overpriced, chewy, cold, and frankly one of the worst I’ve ever had. How does a steakhouse mess up the one thing they’re supposed to do well? Even Outback Steakhouse serves a better steak than this place, which is truly embarrassing. To make matters worse, the steak was dry—how is that even possible in a country known for its butter? And they served it on a cold plate, so by the time you take your second bite, it’s already cold. Compare this to a place like Peter Luger, where the steak is served sizzling hot, tender, juicy and perfectly cooked every time. At the Beef Bar, I paid 265 francs for a small ribeye that was borderline inedible. That price for this level of quality is outrageous and insulting. The only reason this place isn’t getting 1 star is because the appetizers—quesadillas and dumplings—were fantastic. But let’s be real: I didn’t come to a steakhouse for appetizers. I came for steak, and what I got was a pathetic joke.
