Google
great spot for pizza and beer in sleepy hollow! we tried out this underrated restaurant and honestly it was a great! the atmosphere was amazing and wasn’t hard to get tables. the pizza was lowkey one of the best i’ve had for such a good price. the have draft beer which paired well with pizza. great for groups and couples for lunch/dinner.

Google
The atmosphere was actually really nice — cozy and welcoming, and the staff were kind and attentive. However, our pizza came out completely cold. The servers offered to take it back or remake it, but that would’ve taken another 30 minutes, which was disappointing. So while I appreciated the people and the vibe, the food itself was honestly cold, crusty, and not enjoyable at all.

Google
Who’da thought a tavern would have terrific pizza and lots of great toppings and pizza options! We were pleasantly surprised after hiking to find this gem. Not to mention meeting a like minded couple at the bar and becoming friends!!! The salads, the prices and the portions along with back yard space, this is our new hotspot!

Google
If you love tiramisu as much as I do, you'll definitely appreciate this one! I've tried tiramisu in many places, but this is the best tiramisu I've had so far!!!

Google
Do yourself a favor, and make it a priority to stop in here when in town! Best pizza around with a classic thin crust style and the best Caesar salad you can get anywhere.

Google
I have tried 9.0+ onebite rated pizzas and surprised to see this place at 7.3. it's much better than 7.3 (easy 9.0+) Pizza was good, good crust, good sauce. The draft beers were very good and they go very well with the vibe of the place. Easy to recommend to anyone.

Google
Good music, friendly staff, and overall a cool spot. The pizza was great - 2 pizzas for 2 people was the right amount. Took a little while but worth it!

Google
The food was delicious. Went in to grab a quick lunch. So happy I got their garlic knots, it's the way I like mine with loads of garlic! The wings were cooked well and had a good flavor. The pizza was really delicious and if you like a very thin, crispy crust then you'll love this one. Got the Hot Honey Pizza, white pizza with Fresno peppers, Franks Red Hot, chicken cutlet and Mike's Hot Honey which brought this to another level. It was super busy during lunch and the wait time for food was a little long. The food was good though and our servers were busy but still stopped by often to give us updates. Nice quaint, cozy spot. On street parking if you can find a spot. Very busy for a Monday.

Yelp
We discovered this little whale house and loved it so much. We had to come back twice.! First of all, they had one of my favorite wines from Paso , Daou and of course the ales and the IPAs are delicious Let me tell you how yummy there meatballs with marinara sauce, moist and delicious on the outside and had a delicious crispy crunch ! I can't believe I'm saying this, but I had them two days in a row Great place to gather with friends to watch a game celebrate just relax and enjoy the season whatever season that may be great service. The pizzas are delicious. It does get crowded. Go early. Sit at the bar. Enjoy yourself.

Yelp
Who doesn't like pizza and beer? (People with celiac disease ?) Nobody, that's who! (And they have gluten free on the menu anyway :)

Yelp
THE GARLIC KNOTTS ARE SOOOO GOOD soo buttery omg so worth it my friend (from ny) said the pizza was a 6 but I (from california) said it was a 7.9 great service!! their ipa was bomb

Yelp
Solid American food! Not the cleanest place, but the vibes inside were good. My favorite was definitely the Bianca (slight preference for white pizza) and the wings. We got the Caesar salad to balance everything out.
google avatar

Shaasia L.

Yelp
Hot honey chicken pizza was so good! It's not spicy though it's just right. The garlic knots are too garlicy. They are moist , I feel like less garlic I would've loved them. I liked that they were open late. The food didn't take too long to come out. It's small inside but I sat at the bar . I also loved that all the pizzas were personal. I ate half and was content great snack for the next day lol

Yelp
I love it here! I've been here a few times and always have a great experience. I was looking for places in the area that have unique pizza and decided to try this place. If you go during the week from 3:00-5:00 PM, they have a $5 draft list. They also have a rotating menu of pizzas, including a weekly special. This place is usually pretty crowded, but they have bar seating, high tops and tables available. This would be a great spot to try if you're looking for delicious pizza and a relaxed atmosphere. I can't wait to stop back in and try more of their food options. I'm glad this place is in the area!

Yelp
This spot is AWESOME! We went on a Wednesday during the day during the week of the Fourth due to time off and Beekman still had a solid crowd sitting at tables and the bar. We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately, getting food and drink menus, including the weekday happy hour menu, which features chilled mugs and a list of $5 beers. I was STARVING when we got there, so we immediately put in an order of fried mozz ($10), which was an absolutely incredible fried mozz square with a ton of marinara and cheese. It was SO good and an amazing start to a great time at Beekman. We also ordered 2 pizzas, which were enough for 3-4 people (who were hungry). We opted for a plain cheese pie and the cross stitch (vodka sauce, marinara sauce with a pesto drizzle on top), and they were the thinnest crust, most delicious pizzas I've had in a while - absolutely my new favorite bar pie (and I consider myself quite a connoisseur). The service was also awesome - we tried quite a few of the beers off the list while there including the OTG Limitless Lager (Roscoe Beer Co.), the Green State Lager (Zero Gravity Brewing), a sour, and an IPA from Grimm before moving on to glasses of wine (large pours, Oyster Bay Sauv Blanc) and Tito's sodas. The service was awesome - our bartender was absolutely amazing and so personable and sweet. She did a great job managing the bar and making everyone feel welcome. It was exactly why you sit at the bar, to meet and chat with other people, and we appreciated the conversations we had with regulars and people stopping in. I genuinely cannot wait to come back here - they made us feel like regulars despite it being our first time there. A win all around - great drinks, amazing food, excellent ambiance, and WONDERFUL service.

Yelp
So I had family in from Kansas and they wanted to see the historic Sleepy Hollow NY. I haven't been in Sleepy for years, I forgot what a special little town this is ( especially in October ) so we stumble upon a cute little bar with a line out the door..I know to trust the locals when it comes to food and drink, so we get on line and are immediately offered a spot at the bar ( by who I learned later was one of the two Brother Owners ) This place is so awesome! Funny and spooky decor, Police and Fire patches adorned the bar ( Always a good sign ) The Bartender (who I learned was the other Brother Owner) was super nice. Their craft beer list is extensive and unique..Now, let's get to the thing that blew my mind...THE PIZZA!! OMG! As a self appointment Foodie and Pizza lover, im embarrassed that I had no idea there was pizza of this caliber hiding right in plain sight..I told the owner is gives Colony Grill Pizza a run for its money..he said he grew up in CT. And on Colony Grill bar pies and based his ( award winning )pies on that New Haven style..and he NAILED IT! This place is absolutely in my rotation of Fantastic Westchester bars and Eateries. Beyond the pizza ( as if you need another reason to come here ), the vibe in the place is so amazing..I definitely found someplace very special and can't wait to return. Lots of great little spots in Sleepy and TarryTown, but this place is on another level..forget Sally's, Frank Pepe's, and that drive to Connecticut..Definitely stop in for a cold beer, signature cocktail, or glass of wine, while enjoying one of the best Bar Pizzas in the tri state area, served be two amazing Brothers. Enjoy!!

Yelp
If you're looking for good beer, good pizza, and a chill spot to sit and hang, you have found it. Stopped in with my husband and nephew for lunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and apps, and appreciated the friendly server who took care of us. Good beer selection. I inadvertently left behind a personal item, and after contacting them (perhaps a few times), I received call from the owner several days later stating that they had found my belonging under the bench. He offered to ship it to me, as I live several states away, which I appreciated thoroughly. In the end, I had a family member scoop it and send it to me - where I found every single thing still in place! Look forward to returning to Beekman Ale House.

Yelp
Loved the food and service!!! Garlic Knots were delicious! Wings were simple, light and perfectly executed, which isn't easy to do. Even though simple, these were some of the best wings I have had in westchester Cheese Pizza was delicious and loved the cook / thinness of it Hot Honey Pizza delicious and loved everything about it as well. A lot of places overdo it with hot honey but this had the perfect amount Apparently Dave Portnoy has been here and gave it a 7.4 which I think is good for him Only knock, Ambiance would have been great if we were a part of 2 instead of 4. It can get tight in there. Maybe it's a place you can make a reservation for and then you won't run into a small table issue

Yelp
I had always heard about Beekman Ale House since my brothers would periodically visit, however I had never been there myself. That all changed a couple of weeks back when my brothers and I were making plans to link up. They suggested Beekman, and since my curiosity was already piqued I thought this was the perfect opportunity to check them out - so off we went. BAH is located in the main commercial hub of Sleepy Hollow. The interior is pretty modest and looks like a typical bar; there are a few touches of decor on the walls, a large bar with stools, and some tables on the opposite wall. I *think* there is a back room with more tables but I didn't go in that far - we were seated at one of the high tops near the front. There are no reservations and seating is first-come-first-serve, we got lucky and were able to snag a table immediately upon arrival. There's a full bar, so I opted for one of their cocktails which was quite good. Pizza is the main star of the food menu, so we decided to get two pies: The Beekman Ave Pie and their rotating Pie of the Week. They also have some salads as well as starters, so we opted for their meatballs. Both pies were good - the Beekman Ave was a red sauce pie topped with cherry peppers. bacon, and shaved parm, and the pie of the week was topped with chicken, Brussels sprouts, and Caesar dressing. It's hard for me to describe the type of pizza it was - not really NY style but also not thick like a pan pizza. Whatever it was, I enjoyed them both. I wasn't a fan of the meatballs - they had this crispy coating on the outside which didn't land well for me. Service was good - they were kinda busy when while we were there but did a good job to make sure we were taken care of. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Beekman Ale House - the vibes were on, they served good drinks and the food was solid. I wouldn't hesitate to return next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
Love little day trips away from the city and enjoy coming to Beekman Ale House. Family owned and operated! Love the look and history of the town and appreciate how much of a gem Beekman Ale House is in the neighborhood. Covid forced them to shutter their doors in Manhattan and open up in Westchester. Visit in the autumn during the hoopla that surrounds "The Headless Horseman" and expect to wait - Rightfully so as this place is great. The staff are so friendly and bar/food service is excellent. Best bar pie I've ever had outside of NYC. Nice selection of beer on tap, too! Get the French Onion pie. Absolutely delicious. A white pie with gruyere cheese, caramelized onions and herbs. Warming to the soul. Definitely visit! So good!

Yelp
Gotta love a trip up to Sleepy Hollow in October where you'll find plenty of spooks, plenty of Fall feels, and also plenty of people. Crowds can create long lines outside of most eating establishments (or at least the good ones), but I promise you the wait is worth it at Beekman Ale House. My wife and I had dinner here last weekend and it was superb. What makes this little beer home so great? Honestly, it just understands the assignment of what people want/like without trying too hard. They have a pretty legit yet not vast menu of great beer (and seasonal cocktail) options, the decor inside and outside hits the mark perfectly for Halloween (the VHS horror movies are so cool), and the staff knows how to be friendly, helpful, and yet leave you to eat (on your basic paper plates) without feeling like you're looking for a waiter. And what did we eat? Well Beekman doesn't have a big menu of grub either, but that might be part of what it does so well. BAH specializes in pizza, but basically of the bar pie variety. That's a thin crispy crust with plenty of flavor from the sauce, cheese, and any toppings you choose. But before diving any further into that pizza land, I'll backtrack for a sec to mention the fantastical salad my wife and I shared. The Rockefeller was an outstandingly tasty bowl of veggies including romaine, cucumber, tomato, red onion, banana peppers, and it also had quinoa, feta, chick peas, all mixed together with creamy balsamic and then topped with a sliced breaded chicken cutlet. Wow is all I can say as this salad just had so many great tastes and flavors flying out of it. A fantastic start to the meal. The pizza we shared continued this as this crispy circle was a plain cheese pie that we then chose to top with meatball and banana peppers. The meatballs had a great seasoned flavor while the peppers gave off a nice little spicy tang to balance everything out. Needless to say we polished off the meal with no leftovers. Overall, Beekman Ale House is a choice spot for dinner (or even lunch) when visiting Sleepy Hollow. They even had a drink truck parked outside during the day to grab some suds on the go! I would 100% wait in line again in the future whenever I get back up to Sleepy Hollow. Lines do stink, but when you know you're gonna get a five star experience, then it's worth the wait. Beekman Ale House gives you just that.

Yelp
Great service, food, and cozy atmosphere. My husband and I would love to go back someday. We ordered and shared the French Onion pizza, fried mozzarella, and a salad. Everything was delicious and were served pretty quickly. The waiter was super friendly and came by to check on us every once in a while. He diligently took the empty dishes away. We arrived about 2.5 hours before closing on a Friday night. A younger crowd was meeting up with friends or enjoying a date night after work. It was a little loud and lively with conversation but not too bad. The tvs were set to sporting events. I loved their pizza options because some were unique, like the one I ordered. Highly recommended and will likely return soon.

Yelp
My friend and I came in for happy hour for the $5 drink cold mug specials. My friend had to ask for the special menu since it wasn't offered to her when she came in. We each got a beer and it was brought quickly. We asked about the special pizzas which we found out change on a weekly basis. We each ended up ordering a different pie and since it was busy took a little while for them to come out. The place is small but a nice place to grab a beer and pizza. I enjoyed my pesto and vodka sauce pie but the pesto flavor dominated. The crust is thin and crispy which I liked. I would like to come back and try one of the special pies. Our waitress was attentive and each pie is big enough for one person.

Yelp
I found this bar while doing door dash and I absolutely love it! The pizza is so delicious, crisp and tasty ! The Rockefeller salad and chicken cutlet is mouth watering. I love the dressing ! I really love going here to eat when I'm in the area. The service is always 5 stars and very welcoming ! The ambiance is tavern bar style with chill vibes ! I want to come back and try the whole menu !

Yelp
Sleepy Hollow is the epitome of all year halloween town vibes i had to visit this establishment since barstools dave portnoy recommended it. we got the hot honey pizza that comes with chicken parm the wait was taking real long over 40mins but that's probably because it was packed with people and a line. service is top tier. pizza was ridiculously good and flavorful. i'd go here again.

Yelp
Great evening with my bestie. Low key, solid pub. Not a huge menu but everything is good. Be sure to check out their POTD (pie of the day). You can customize it too. Amazing Rocket salad (nice hint of lemon), meatballs are great and the marinara packs a punch. Wings are solid too. I had a cider, very refreshing.

Yelp
The Vibe: Love it. Super low key and chill. Think beanies and nineties music at all times. Except for football Sundays when they actually play the sound, which is rare in this area and much appreciated. The Food: The menu here is extremely limited. I don't know why but it's annoying. Mostly everyone goes for the bar pies, but they also have wings, meatballs, a couple salads, and mozzarella sticks. That's literally it though. No burgers, fries, kid's menu. I really wish they had a few more options and I would come here more if they did. The wings are pretty standard but decent. Not super big or juicy but not dry either and there are several sauces to choose from. You will neither be floored nor disappointed. The meatballs are surprisingly good, especially for an area where the Italian food is so sub-par. The Caesar is interesting. It's a good size but essentially just a bowl of romaine with a ridiculous amount of shaved Parmesan over it and no dressing. Somehow this kind of works and is a good app to split with a pie. Now for the pies. They have several different pies on their menu, including the regular, veggie, hot oil, French Onion, and their Beekman. You can also add a variety of toppings to any of them. There is also a rotating weekly pie that is always super extra - like you are intrigued but also afraid extra (Thanksgiving Dinner Pie? Kimchi Pie? Jalepeno Pie?). It's a choose your own adventure menu and I'm here for it. Toppings are a bit expensive but allow you to create your personalized masterpiece. The Beekman with pepperoni and hot peppers is hands down fav. As to taste, I've been here a bunch of times with varying results. The main issue is that the pies can be dried out and a bit burnt like they were in the oven a couple minutes too long. I wonder if you can request your pie "medium" but haven't had the audacity to ask (Is this done?? This seems both smart and too much...) so it really is a craps shoot. But when it comes out perfect, it's spectacular, promise. Tip: ask for a side of sauce with your pie to dip in case you get a burnt babe. 3.5 if I could due to the limitness of the menu and the burnt issue but will round up here.
google avatar

Frank G.

Yelp
Cozy vibe with great music and nice crowd. The staff can't be nicer. The beer list is serving varied not mill of the road choices. The Caesar salad is crisp and dressed perfectly. The onion soup pizza was delicious. The Tarimisu is light as a feather and a perfect end to a meal. We will definitely return.

Yelp
We found this place through Google reviews when visiting from NYC and the pizza looked bomb! Happy to say it lived up to our expectations. We ordered: Fried Mozzarella: Their take on mozzarella sticks. Came with two in a bowl of fresh spicy marinara sauce. Big cheese pulls! 10/10 BYO Pizza: White pizza with bacon + pepperoni. My boyfriend loved this. It was thin crust and perfectly crunchy. 10/10 Hot Oil Pizza: Classic cheese with some spicy oil drizzled on top. AMAZING! Same thin crust as the last one that was perfectly crunchy. 10/10 Ceaser Salad: Lettuce, house dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Loves this as well. 8/10 Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting! They seemed to be pretty busy with all the to-go orders as well. Our waitress was very sweet. The pizza reminded me of Emmets in the West Village in NYC except not overpriced.

Yelp
Came back to my husbands home town to celebrate my husbands birthday and meet up with his 8 of his HS friends. We sat at the tables on the side of the bar. Within 5 minutes We were told we couldn't stand, and we all had to sit, Everyone was just saying hello, as some hadn't seen each other in years. I tried to back up to make more room for others to sit and The waitress pushed the bar stool right into my knees. I couldn't move any further back as there is a small shelf on the wall that was already pushing into my back. I placed an order for mozzarella sticks and was waiting to see what else we would order. But, because they were less than friendly, we decided to have the mozzarella squares and leave. When the waitress came over to see if we wanted anything else, I asked if she put the order in for the mozzarella squares. She said no. At that point we asked for the check. We left and went to JP Doyle's and more friends joined us there. If they don't want our business, that's fine. It was very hot inside, service was not what I expected and staff was less than friendly. We love to go out for drinks and a bites to eat with friends. But we will never come back here again.

Yelp
Though I have never been to Sleepy Hollow, I have long heard of the legends and stories that come out of Sleepy Hollow. Upon arrival to the famed village, my mother and I were looking for places to eat, and so I pulled up Yelp. To my surprise, the Beekman Ale House came to my sights, said beckoning me to choose this place. So choose it I did. We came in as the place was just opening up, and I will later on explain why this was a good thing. As we made it in, we were seated right away, menus on the table to help us decide what we wanted. It didn't stop there. As we decided what to order, we were started off with water pretty much right away. Now the glass bottles this water came in looked like it would have looked right at home hundreds of years ago. We were served our drinks very shortly after. My drink was the Silhouette Apple Cider Donut and mom had the Maine IPA. She noted a taste of coffee in her drink, and my drink definitely fit hard cider in like a glove. I also thought these glasses were pretty cool. That haunted pizza slice was an awesome spooky little Easter Egg that makes this a nice little autumn experience. So far, this was really good! Out in the back, you can definitely see some Halloween decorations that help sell this as a perfect Halloween pizza bar. You can see decorations of witches and Jack Skellington alike! Come this time of year and you will definitely be treated to this kind of thing all throughout the village and all throughout October. The pizzas when you order is on a rack designed so that when you order more than one pizza, you have one on the bottom and another one on the top. Mom had the white pie that went on the top and then mine on the bottom was their Hot Honey Pizza. I went with this because I was genuinely curious what a hot honey pizza would turn out. Let me tell you, that hot honey pizza was something else! You get a nice sweet heat with each bite, peppers lending to that heat. It was definitely something different, and seriously worth trying! They even had a Best of Westchester Award for 2023, and after having it, it was easy to taste why. It was even mentioned when I ask the waiter about the plaque that this place made it into the Top 100 Pizzas of the country. I haven't traveled the country enough to confirm or deny this, but of the pizzas I have had, I could definitely see this being on such a list. A little tidbit to note here, we came on when this opened at noon, there was a person at the table next to us that mentioned this place gets quite crowded, and the same waiter who mentioned this made the list of Top 100 Pizzas in the country also pointed out that Sleepy Hollow would be hosting festivals throughout the entire month of October. Makes sense here too. Like I said, Sleepy Hollow is a legendary town even since the story of Sleepy Hollow was born. Of all the places I could have had for lunch, I am glad we went here. Any true lover of Halloween would have a ball coming here!
google avatar

Lisa N.

Yelp
Met up with some friends here as a half point for us traveling. The beer selection is on point! Although $10 for Maine Lunch is Highway robbery. We had the plain pizza with garlic and loved it! The meatballs and fried mozz (which was one big cube and not your average sticks) both lost their flavor because all you can taste is the spice from their spicy marinara. Did I go here for the food? No but I do think maybe they can do slightly better w/ the non pizza options. The vibe here is it and would 100% go back for beer and a pizza. Bartender was nice and attentive without being annoying - love that

Yelp
So this place was awesome -- really awesome. If there was a 4.5 rating, I'd give that. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pizza wasn't AS GOOD as it was hyped to be. To be clear -- it was definitely very good. But maybe one step short of great? The place itself is a cozy pub / ale house vibe. Nice selection of beers. We started with the garlic knots which were soft, doughy, chewy, and perfectly garlicky. Prob the best I've ever had. Very delicious red sauce on the side. We also had the Rockefeller salad. Rare I'd highlight a salad but this was one of the best salads I've had. Their chicken cutlet that comes on it was bananas. Perfect chicken cutlet in my opinion. Amazing salad. For pizza we got a regular cheese and the spicy one (chicken cutlet, Fresno peppers, hot honey). The regular was very good. Kind of a cross between thin crust and pan pizza, really delicious. The spicy one was very good too but honestly too spicy. I really like spice but the fresnos were crazy spicy, so unless you have a really high tolerance for heat, stay away from this one. Overall, great meal and would return in a heartbeat!

Yelp
Went here based on Yelp reviews and recommendations from Reddit. It looked packed when we first went in, but we managed to get a table. Really unique draft list and delicious maple old fashioned. The pizza was a nice surprise- thin and addictive, esp the hot oil pie- just the right amount of heat. For a bar/tavern, service was really on point, too. I see why it's popular!

David G.

Yelp
Really great pizza. Hard to imagine a place that looks like a dive bar would make such awesome pizza.

JL J.

Yelp
ate here for the first time this evening coming over from New Hampshire. Although a limited menu, everything was really good. We had garlic knots, chicken wings, and a Caesar salad salad and cannot complain or find anything wrong with the three. Weight staff was excellent.
google avatar

Shriya S.

Yelp
This is probably the best pies and bar food I've had outside of NYC. They are packed in the fall time, which is when we visited, and it was SO good and such a vibe with the scary "heads" on the walls and all the Halloween decor. We also were really excited to see Downeast Ciders and we had a glass of those. Staff was super friendly and they seemed genuinely happy to be there working. I would highly recommend a visit here if you're in the area!

Jeff G.

Yelp
Place is awesome. Solid Beer list. Had 2 different Other Half Beers. Pizza is unique. Thin!!!! Crispy and delicious!!! Might be a wait, but it's worth it.

Mikenzie G.

Yelp
Staff were rude, and food took a while to come out. Once the food did come out the pizza was burnt to the point of black im surprised they even served it to us.
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
Popped in here at 7 on a Friday night and only had to wait about 15 min for a seat at the bar. Drinks were yummy and the pizza rocked - I killed my whole pie! The hot oil is a nice touch. My cousin like her cheese pie as well. Highly recommend for a super thin crust pizza
google avatar

Chalita P.

Yelp
I think Dave Portnoys score of 7.4 for this is spot on. I ordered their hot oil pizza with hot honey on the side. It wasn't piping hot when it came out. It was very thin, crispy but not overly crispy, not a lot of crust, not too saucy but flavorful. Overall it was a good pizza pie. Just I personally think it's nothing to write home about as some reviews make it out to be. The hot oil made it a tad special but without it, it's something I could say I had at other places. I personally would give it a solid 8/10.

Meriel M.

Yelp
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you for making our dining experience in Sleepy Hollow unforgettable! The wait time is a little crazy depending on when you get there, but it's so good. We had the cheese pizza, garlic knots, and Caesar salad.... WOW incredible. It was so good and the service made the whole experience a 10/10. Highly suggest this place. Also the Apple cider mimosa is pretty good as well

Yelp
I had a medical appointment nearby and was looking for a place to have a late lunch/early supper. I checked Yelp and saw some mixed reviews, but thought I'd give it a chance. STREET PARKING. Keep in mind that there is street parking only. Because it was after the lunch rush, I did find a parking space nearby. The restaurant/bar was basically empty with a few stragglers - one at the bar and one at the high top. The greeting was pleasant, although I initiated it. I wish restaurants would take on more initiative when a patron enters. I digress. I was told I could sit anywhere and asked if I'd like a drink. I ordered a non-alcoholic beverage made with a ginger beer and pineapple base. It was refreshing but not worth $8.00 that's OK. It did quench my thirst The waitress was very pleasant and friendly. I explained that I had allergies and she made a recommendation of the vegetable pizza which sounded great. I also ordered the mozzarella appetizer and asked to make sure there was no onion or garlic. She said she would serve it plain. She told me she would communicate my allergies to the kitchen and I believed her. DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE . I was the only customer yet the appetizer was brought out on a bed of spicy garlic marinara sauce. That had to be returned to the kitchen, so the restaurant lost money and I could have been made ill. She apologized and had them make it over. I'm sure the chef or cook was not pleased. THEY WERE NOT OFF TO A GOOD START. Surely that would be the last time an allergy mistake was made, right? Wrong. My to go order - Rockefeller salad at 17 bucks was full of onions. The only way I found out was taking it out to take a photograph for yelp. Only then did the waitress rush over to check the contents. Through much of my youth, I waited tables and was a server for catering events, banquets, etc. It is the responsibility of the server to verify that everything is perfect before it leaves the kitchen. Communication is the most important job of any server. Unfortunately, as pleasant and friendly as she was, This was a major fail of service. She went from five stars down to three stars only because she was so pleasant. I was given the check offered my credit card and was about to leave when I realized I did not have my takeout order. Another fail. Would I return to this restaurant? I'm afraid not the pizza was interesting but the prices were quite high and the food was too risky for me. Recap: location on Main Street Tarrytown is very pleasant. This is really more of a bar than a restaurant so set your expectations. The menu is quite small. Quality of ingredients was very good. Friendliness was very good. Execution of allergy requirements was a complete fail.

Yelp
First time here!! Love we were seated fast. Rockefeller salad was great but was missing the chickpeas. Service could be better. They forgot everything we asked for. Even had to ask for silverware and napkins. Waitress was sweet.

Yelp
Best bar pie I've had since Lee's Tavern in Staten Island. Hot honey was amazing. Parking was annoying but completely worth it.

Yelp
One of our favorite local spots! The servers are always very nice and attentive. And the food is to die for - the garlic knots are our favorite. Restaurant is cozy and inviting. The vibes are superb.

Yelp
A cozy, yet clean bar on the cute strip of Sleepy Hollow. The bar further toward the water had an hour wait so we ended up stopping here and it was a great choice. We came on the 30th of October so as you can expect, it was pretty packed! My boyfriend and I were lucky to grab two seats at the bar at around 12pm before the lunch rush. We quickly ordered two beers. The bartender was extremely friendly and busy, yet attentive. We ordered the Hot Honey pizza since we love a little spice. They replaced the Fresno peppers with jalepenos. The pizza came out fresh but lacked a bit of toppings. It was great but wanted a bit more on top. Great environment and atmosphere, the tap list is great! And the beers were nice and cold coming in some pretty neat glasses.

Yelp
Small family owned business that is loved by the Sleepy Hollow locals. The food and atmosphere are great to just hang out with some friends and catch a game. It's quick bar food, but always consistently delicious. The bar pizza is where it's at! They have a few on the menu and a rotating special they feature. It's always hot and crispy! The wings are also delicious. I recommend the garlic parm. Crispy and flavorful! The staff is awesome. They are quick to take your order and fill up empty drinks. Always appreciate it! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good friendly spot to take in a game or have a drink at the bar. Be prepared that game nights can be a little crowded so you may have to wait a bit for a table.

Yelp
Very nice little ale house. It's family run and it has a small, homey feel to it. You can tell that everyone who comes in here is a regular and it has a nice ambience. It's very clean and presentable. We ordered the meatballs with non-spicy marinara and it was very good. My only complaint is that we had to wait a long time for the food to be made. Other than that, it's a cool neighborhood spot.

Yelp
Ok it is deceiving looks like a tiny establishment as you walk in but it has a spacious back room! Be aware it's street parking. Smaller menus but if you enjoy a good thin crust this is it with an amazing hot oil or hot honey delicious!

Yelp
I daydream about the pizza here at least once a week. My friends and I came here multiple times despite having access to great pizza in nyc. This place has the best hot honey pizza topped with chicken cutlet bites, fresno peppers, and Mike's hot honey which is a divine creation. We order this each time we come to this spot with a side of fried mozzarella. If there's a wait here, it'll be worth it. Make sure you get an espresso martini to top it off. The vibes inside are cozy and the outdoor patio is great when it's warm.

Yelp
The pizza and beer selection can't be beat! We got the pizza of the week which was French onion-OH EM GEEEE flavor explosion! It had Gruyère cheese and caramelized onions. So simple but so delish. Sad it was only the POTW. We also ordered the garlic parm wings and white pizza with Baby Kale, Garlic, Broccoli, Italian Sausage, Cremini Mushrooms. The service was pretty good for a bar, and the ambiance was def busy. There was a constant flow of people coming in and out. Def come check out their pizzas!

Yelp
Popped in last week for a last minute dinner & was seated in the dining room (with a lovely view (albeit in the rain & fog) of the bridge) behind the bar... Gracious & welcoming server(s) with detailed knowledge & recommendations for the menu. Dinner was served quickly and piping hot- with check-ins to determine how long we would like between courses and confirmation of preparation and taste, followed by recommendations for dessert. The best fish & chips I've had in a very long time! We'll be regulars now that we know about this hidden gem!

Yelp
Spent Labor Day wandering around upstate NY & Westchester Co. and came across the Beekman Ale House in Sleepy Hollow. Cozy place nestled in a lovely town. Staff was extremely helpful helping us decide on cocktails and also offering recommendations for lunch. We decided upon one of their delicious, super thin crusted pizzas and a salad with a crispy chicken cutlet, feta, quinoa, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Finally, I get to go to the Beekman Ale House, old The Huddle, I used to come back here when I used to live at 10591, Sleepy Hollow. I arrived here with my uncle to have a few beers and taste the famous pizza that people have been talking about for a while. The staff was fine, the place was a bit busy, and with was understandable why it took a while to serve us. We order and ate the pepperoni pizza, a pizza that comes with Pepperoni Cup and Char Ronni, Sauce, and Cheese. The pizza size is enough to share with someone else, the amounts of pepperonis were a lot, to be honest, but the taste is not as impressive as mentioned before, it is just another local bar that makes homemade pizza. The selection of menu and beers are good enough to go with a group of friends, watch a game while drinking good beers, having a few appetizers.

Yelp
This place lives up to the hype! The pizzas were amazing and the beers hit the spot. The garlic knots are the main thing to order. Tons of garlic. Pedro helped navigate us through the world of crazy name beers. He was so friendly and awesome to our family. This place is cozy and the perfect place for a rainy or any day on Sleepy Hollow.
