Beer Castle

I ordered delivery and Natalie was great and delivered it promptly and even waited when she was unable to reach me. Her customer service was amazing despite my phone not working and her having to wait for me when she could’ve returned the order. I will definitely order from here again!

Although their website clearly states they "deliver to Manhattan," they suddenly decided they would carve out my neighborhood (Washington Heights), and no longer deliver to me- but still make the broad delivery statement. False advertising. But, turns out I was misinformed about why they wouldn't deliver to me- turns out it was a computer error.

A good place to buy what you need ,and if you are a regular customer they will take good care of you. Highly recommend to go shop there for your next drink. Totally adequate. Reasonable prices.

Great company! Last week they delivered beers and sodas to my party at Manhattan! Great service and friendly staff! Looking forward to work with them for Christmas party. Thumbs up!

Went to this store for the first time and was a huge fan of their vast assortment of beers; reasonably priced as well. Will buy from again soon!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I looked online before going to the store and they clearly state that they accept returns and exchanges. I went to the store on Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn, NY and bought some beer, everyone was so nice. The next day, I found out another family member already bought beer so I called the establishment to return the beer. The first lady asked if I bought online in which case I would have to send an email to JULIA for approval. I told her I bought it in store and nothing is opened as it has been less than 24 hours. Then, she placed me on hold and transferred me to a JAMAICAN lady with the NASTIEST attitude who yelled at me saying there is no returns or exchanges. If it is one company, it should be ONE return and exchange policy but yelling and belittling me after taking my money! I would NEVER buy from this place again. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO WALMART OR BJS where you can return if need be. Beer Castle does not care about customer service.

The Beer Castle! I came here solely because of the commercial aired during the the Gold Cup, which features a man dressed as a knight pretending to hold up thousands of pounds of stacked pallets of beers. Lo and behold, the actor who played the knight was there, in store, when I got there. Apparently he is a stock boy and, surly at first, grew excited when I asked him if he was indeed the knight from the commercial. This place is alright I guess, the staff are nice and are apt to engage in beer banter. The selection is not incredible but is adequate. We're not in Williamsburg you know, and if you want something unique they probably won't have it. They have a nice selection of Carribean beers and all the King Cobra a boy might want. In East Flatbush where the liquor stores reign supreme, the Beer Castle is a welcome sight. Prices are good for the city, much cheaper than the supermarket.

Honestly I found this place to be pretty sick. saw this place on tv while watching mnf. Place had a lot of diff beers especially ones you can't find Ina regular store or deli. The girls that work there are pretty hot lol overall dope spot would recommend to get your beer from here for a party or whatever

hi everybody. i have visited The Beer Castle and i really liked that big store, because they have different types of beer, soda, juices and water. Also, i liked service....guyz helped me to choose what i need and brought that to my car. Actually they deliver at home if you need...i was surprised.So...i suggest to everybody shop there especially for parties :) plus prices are decent.
