Bee's Knees at The Garage

Located closest to the Cluny Park Gate, Bee's Knees is the perfect spot for a relaxed meal amidst the greenery at the Botanic Gardens. The dishes were consistently solid and satisfying across appetisers, mains and desserts. It’s the kind of place where you simply settle in and enjoy the flavours!

Cosy cafe that is right by the Cluny gate entrance. Laksa pasta has the right amount of spice to give it a kick, wanted to lick up all the sauce. Bacon benny is hearty and the poached eggs are jiggly and jumbo!

Great place for breakfast on the weekend! Highly recommended to come if you have pets as well since they're allowed inside at the outdoor sitting! The food here is on the pricier side, but its all breakfast food that could be a snack thats light, filling, healthy and delicious all at once. I came to try the berry bowls for my first time, but I highly recommend the big breakfast, avocado toast, salmon bagels and the waffles. The avocado was smooth and delicious, the yogurt and muesli that came with the warm easily was toasty and sweet, and the bagels were a delight. Would definitely come here again.

Nice quiet place at Botanical Gardens for dinner. Dog friendly at the al fresco area though so cooling with a few large fans. Food options are not very extensive but the taste is good.

Big breakfast was delicious! As we don’t take the beef bratwurst that was part of the big breakfast, they kindly changed it other components for us. The laksa prawn pasta was really good too, very heavy on laksa flavour and spicier than it looks. High recommended!

This restaurant is located right next to the Botanic Gardens parking area, with indoor air-conditioned space & outdoor space. To sit in the indoor space you need to make a reservation, the outdoor space is quite hot at noon. Delicious food, reasonable prices. Friendly staff

We ordered the bacon bagel ($20), salmon croissant ($15), kurobuta pork ham croissant ($15) and a couple of drinks. The bacon bagel looked promising but tasted pretty average. The salmon croissant wasn’t served warm and it felt stale, which was disappointing. Iced latte tasted diluted too & didn’t rly meet our standards for the price point. Will rec only if you’re looking for an accessible and pet-friendly cafe. 🐶

Great food and also perfect for families with pets. Came here on a Saturday morning for brunch and it was reasonably packed! However, the prices are also quite fitting of the location. At $25 for a pasta, I found it a little hard to justify the cost of most of the items on the menu.. Nevertheless, great food if you don't mind the price.
