Visited this place with friends to celebrate a birthday, and honestly—it’s the complete package of food and vibes. We began with chicken starters (Leg piece & Bhatti Murgh), and both were exceptionally delicious, fresh, and packed with authentic Indian flavors. Perfectly cooked and bursting with taste. For drinks, I had the Golden Sour, while my friends enjoyed Rum Rhapsody, Boozed Valentino, and a few other cocktails. Every drink was expertly balanced and crafted to perfection—you can truly tell the bartenders know their craft. 🍸 The music and overall vibe deserve special mention. The DJ curated a groovy Bollywood and House music that kept the energy alive all night. The atmosphere was solid and absolutely lived up to the hype. The bill was a bit on the higher side, but considering the quality of food, drinks, service, and overall experience, it was totally worth it. The manager was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cool, which made the evening even better—kudos for that. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for birthdays, celebrations, or just a night of great food and vibes! 🔥

We had a wonderful experience at Befikre for our anniversary dinner. We visited on a weekday between 5–6 pm, and it wasn’t crowded, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish we tried was excellent. The service was outstanding as well. The manager, Uchit (hope I’m spelling his name correctly), was very kind and polite. He even gave us an anniversary card, which was such a thoughtful gesture. When we ordered dessert, they added a sparkling candle that truly lifted our mood and made the celebration extra special.

We celebrated a special birthday dinner at Befikre, and it truly made the evening memorable! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was lovely and welcoming — perfect for a celebration. Every dish we ordered was bursting with authentic flavor and beautifully presented. The Paneer Tikka Trio, Tawa Soya Tikka, and Palak Kofta were all absolutely delicious and made our celebration even more special. A special shoutout to Uchit for the amazing service! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Also, the server handling the bar was equally fantastic — very polite, quick, and added great energy to the overall experience.

Great food! The appetizers were amazing. The paneer was pretty soft, and great tasting. The highlight was the malai chicken tikka. But the lamb chops were a bit gamey. Shoutout to our awesome server Om.

Food was delicious and ambience was such a vibe. We have ordered allo tikki chaat, tandoori momos and spring rolls which has quite a good taste. Their sigri paneer is worth the taste its really soft and tasty. For the mains their karahi paneer and garlic naan are must try items. Service was great. They have live singer over there you can enjoy with your food or drink. Its really a positive experience over there. We will definitely come again.

This is my most favorite place to have a premium dining experience. There may be more premium restaurants in GTA, but this one feels like the modern lounges in a Delhi/Chandigarh and instantly transports you to home. The food is finger licking great and it service is very professional and personal. On the weekends, they have a variety of entertainment going on to make your visit special. The Roasted Pineapple Curry is inspired by Chef Vikas Khanna's Bungalow and is a must try. I haven't had the original, but if the inspired dish is so good, it saves me a trip to New York 😀. Pair it with Jira Rice for a divine culinary experience.

Good: Great ambience with live music during weekend, appetizers and main course are good. Food servers went above and beyond by helping us when there was a spill Average : desserts are average, they are fine as it is but don't elevate. Rasmalai and chocolate chikki are good but not outstanding Bad : this place is always 'reserved'. Wait staff seems non empathetic and would not sear you even when there are visibly several tables free. On this day all but one booth table was free but still we were seated right next to door with a huge draft. By the time we left there were still two booth tables free.

Another just average Indian restaurant but with a party vibes and pretty good service. So the food is overall 3/5. Nothing that is out of the world or exceptional. We tried happy hour - vegetarian momos, tikka chat as our appetizers both were average. Tikki chat was good considering other options in GTA but tikki was more like a cutlet, the portion however was huge. The presentation of the food was very good. For our drink hubby had a beer and I had mingotini mock-tail i loved my drink and the quality was exceptionally good. 5/5 there! For our mains he opted for Karahi chicken, it was spicy but fine and would rate 3/5. I opted for veg biryani which was a fancy pulaav not a biryani but it tasted good so 3/5. Again quantity was pretty huge so 5/5 there. What I loved about the restaurant was there vibes, and good service. In my experience it is generally bad service in Indian restaurants where you are served by students server with no training. This wasn't the case here. The servers and manager both were very hospitable and were keep a good check on you and your needs. So you can consider this place for a group party.

What fun!! One crazy night! Good food and the vibe was crazy as always. DJ Hammer was fab!

We went on a Friday evening. Food is good but highly over priced. We asked for "fresh lime and soda" the waitress said yes, they had it. Since we were sitting on the patio, we were actually watching in horror as the bar tender mixed this drink from various bottles of mix, then some lemon from a plastic bottle that I have in my fridge and that I use instead of fresh lemon juice. This was topped off with what should have been soda, but honestly it was so flat, no bubbles. Imagine my horror when I got the bill, we were charged $24 for "Lemonade". We ordered 2, so that would be $12 each. Wow. If I wanted Lemonade, I would have ordered a $2 or 3 Sprite or 7Up. We paid over $175 for 3 persons, with no alcoholic beverages. Totally a rip off.

Befikre is an Indian nightclub with nice modern decor and a really good DJ playing a wide range of Hindi/Punjabi music with a few English songs mixed in. As you would expect with a nightclub, the music was loud but not so loud that you couldn't carry on a conversation. The place was very busy but thinned out a little as the night went on but remained quite full. The offer a good variety of Indian food and drink options including some very creative takes on common dishes. Our group tried a wide range of appetizers. I should mention that almost all of the food we ordered was a little spicier than most upscale Indian places in the GTA. We tried pani puri which came with test tubes of different flavours of waters ranging from spicy, mango and sweet, tandoori paneer which had a nice flavourful marinade and a layer of chutney in the middle, maggi masala momos which were veg momos boiled in the maggi noodle sauce, jalapeño poppers, paneer naanza which was basically a paneer pizza with a white sauce drizzled on top, and the sweet and spicy cauliflower bites. Everyone loved the paneer and momos most. Cauliflower was good but similar to what I've had at a few other places. The jalapeño poppers were good but again fairly typical of what a lot of places serve. For the pizza, most people thought it was just okay. There was a lot of white sauce drizzled on top which drowned out most of the flavour of the other toppings. Some people in our party also ordered tandoori fish and tandoori chicken which they enjoyed. I had one criticism. There was no soap in the main floor washroom for handwashing. If I had noticed this before eating, I would have thought twice about eating there. I would have given them 5 stars. Giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time oversight, I would give them a 4.

Underwhelming Indian food. We tried this place out hearing some reviews from friends. The decor and ambiance was a bit cheesy. The food was underwhelming and the service dished out by some half trained students.

We came here on Sunday evening since they have live music. Overall ambiance is upscale and classy, very rare for an Indian Restaurant. We ordered multiple items, I would recommend trying Malai Paneer and Soya Chaap. Cocktails are expensive, but unique. There are lots of 'instagram' opportunities! The service is good, highly suggest making a reservation before coming.

We really enjoy the food and music here. Elevated modern indian cuisine with live music makes the all difference. We highly recommend this spot. Ask for the hot sauce it has really good flavour not so spicy tho. All the dishes had very rich and delicious gravy. We didn't get to try meat dish this time but will come back again and try it Service by sam was good attentive, and good recommendation.. We got Truffle malai Panner Tikka with cheese fondue Panner steak with Pistachio Gravy Magic Jhol Momos

We had a very poor experience at this restaurant. We ordered appetizers (3 apps) which arrived relatively quickly - apps were okay - nothing special (gol kappa, paneer tikka and chicken tikka). We put in an order for 4 main dishes along with breads. We ordered water - and they never gave it to us despite asking multiple times. When they gave us our water, it was slammed on the table and then they walked away. We waited and waited for our meal. Nobody came to check on us. We inquired a couple of times as to when the food would be arriving and the response was "It's coming." After waiting an unusually long time of 1.25 hours, we asked again because people who came after us at adjoining tables got their food. Waitress dismissively said "Oh, we forgot to put in your order with the kitchen." WHAT???? Mistakes happen, but the staff's response was surprisingly rude and dismissive when we inquired about the delay. Only after we complained did the food surprisingly and suddenly came out -- with no apology or effort to make up for the inconvenience. We told them that they could keep their food because we were done and we will pay for our appetizers and leave. Manager did not apologize or comp our food. Unfortunately, the overall service, rudeness and pettiness of the staff left a bad taste, and we won't be returning.

Amazing friendly service, we were here to try the food only, it was all good, a bit of a fusion take on Indian dishes, the quality was very good.

Befikre is not the place if you are vegetarian, if all of your party members dont drink and most of all if you are not liked by waiter/server name Kabir. They will only give you good services if you tell them that I will pay you good tip and write good reviews about them. We were party of 12 vegetarians who had 2 drinkers but rest all 10 had ordered non alcholic drinks. So we were set with drinks, now we had birthday celebration so we ordered special birthday celebration theme. All was smooth till now. Now for appetizers, 4 of our friends dont eat onion n garlic. Surprised restaurant dont make even french fries without onion n garlic as their cooking oil is same for vegetarian n non vegetarian meal. Server Kabir messed up appetizers for rest of the party and didnt bring for 40 mins. Meantime Simran the hostess comes and hounds the party of 12 people that if we dont order main course we will be asked to leave. Kabir never brought appetizers despite releated reminders, how can we order main course. Out of sheer lack of empathy n attitude towards our guests, we walked of after paying bill n vowed to never come back. P.S. Not sure if name given by server/hostess is real as they were reluctant to give their names

Kabir we thought was good since we visited this place before but as you know only money talk and shit walks thats exactly happened to us on Saturday 28th Dec for our 12 person reservatation on 8:30pm They didn't come to our table to take our drink orders or appetizers for more than 15-20 minutes Drinks came eventually after multiple reminders as they didn't care as only 2 of us drank alcohol rest drank non alcoholic drinks Simran around 9:54 pm has a nerve to call me when on side and asking me that we haven't given any orders so I told we did and it never arrived and they allow max of 2 hours stay which was another 36 minutes pending so we will rush to eat when the appetizers arrive and then rush to order main course. We ate the appetizers and left without ordering main course , left the place, will never return back, we had 2 kids along with us who it was hard to tell them what was the situation who were still hungry and found much better place where we ate our dinner. It was about the memorable day for a Birthday Girl which was ruined all thanks to the entire unprofessional team effort at Befikre.

Very nice ambience with good service. Sure its expensive but the food was amazing. Must visit with family and parents for a special occasion and try to go on a Sunday evening when they have bollywood live music.

Went with my girlfriend for dinner and drinks. We had a bunch of tapas and a main. Food was excellent, service was phenomenal. They were actively clearing our plates and bringing what we needed. Nikita was serving us and she was great. They had a live band and the ambience was good. Would definitely go back.

this is a Indian- fusion restaurant, as it bills itself. the good: The chef strives mightily to make the food appetizing and decent, the presentation is well done and the food, for a Caucasian older couple was quite good, not oily or greasy but well done. Kudos to the Kitchen. However, do not expect any lassi's or masala tea for a "indian" suffix or prefix restaurant that is a bit odd Service: simply put atrocious. There was only one server a guy with an earing in his left ear who was quite good and attentive to our needs, even though it was not his table. Our server as were almost all, young, dressed in nightclub clothing. This would be okay, if they understood and could describe the menu, remembered that they were our waitress and were reasonably interested in the job. Whatever efforts made by the kitchen were squandered by incompetent and dissociated staff (except for the aforementioned one guy) Ambience: it has a nightclub vibe, however if you are older and with knee problems do not take the rooftop offer the stairs can be tetchy. Parking is near impossible and the direction given by reception is useless. If you are late by 10 minutes your reservation is automatically cancelled, we were 13 minutes late and had to wait; I understand the policy but in the midst of snow storm a grace period of greater than 10 minutes is required. My rating is brought down by the service and the reception. If it were food only I would easily give it 3.5 stars.

Food was excellent! Our server, Tanya, was very helpful as she told us what appetizers and entrees to order. Definitely recommend the Drunken Elephant and Lamp Chops. Will come back when we are in the area.

Restaurant was pretty nice overall how it looked, but the service was awful, and the food was definitely not fresh it was cold like it was already pre made.The manager who was supposed to be serving us(as he introduced himself to us and told us he would be serving us) took forever to take our orders we watched him sitting with certain customers and having long conversations while we told the other hostess and waiters multiple times if we could order drinks, apps and food and it kept happening throughout the night and the manager was too busy hanging out with customers sitting at their tables when he did take our orders he kept talking over me and whenever i wanted a certain dish he would cut me off and try to recommend something else and we were also informed that we had a 2 hour seating limit so we were also trying to rush they took forever too bring the bill out we waited more than 20 minutes the manager was too focused on laughing and chatting and taking pictures for customers and our first experience definitely did not feel satisfying the restaurant at all, it may look nice and pretty on social media but in reality it was a terrible experience and extremely bad customer service.
