Great hotel.
Rooms appear to be esthetically designed for function and ambiance! Maintaining the history of the place as a convent/monastery, the modernization seems like a success, with many antique-like wooden sculptures and paintings.
Without a full-blown kitchen on the premises, breakfast was minimal, but good quality, especially the toasted Belgian waffles, as they were light, airy inside but crunchy outside!
Service was cordial and courteous as well.
I would definitely stay here on my next trip!
