Exceptional selection and very friendly team. One of the greatest stores in Paris and dare I say one of the best retail experiences I have ever had.

Beautiful selection of high-quality goods, very polite and interested shop attendants and great customer service - I unfortunately had to return an item I ordered for click&collect since the fit was just not optimal for my body-type, however the people there were very understanding and nice about it, received my money very quickly after return! Hope next time I come by I can take something with me!

Amazing space and selection, great customer service in store with advice on product fit and tailoring. Also fantastic service on managing exchange of one item (helpful, timely and easy to work with). Everything delivered with perfect fit! Would highly recommend this store to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Purchased a pair of shoes months ago. They had sent in the wrong size. Returned the pair months ago and still waiting to get my refund despite what says in their T&Cs. Horrible customer care and communication. The thing they are doing is called fraud!

Same experience as Fred G. 3 months without a reply to my emails for goods I never received. Shop at your own risk. Edit: After reading in the comments about the positive turn around in customer care, I contacted Beige Habilleur again. My issue was quickly resolved. Je vous remercie Pierre.

Tres chic shop. Very high quality items and talented and generous staff. We even had one shop clerk walk us 2 blocks away to show us another shop. Will always visit when in Paris.

Wonderful store with quality brands - Ring Jacket, Brady Bags, Paraboot, etc. Smart, simple style.

They need to work quite hard to learn what the meaning of customer service is.
