I took multiple tours with Ben Harim. The bus felt safe and the guides were very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, great experience and great way to see Israel outside of the major cities. But I wish I had known that sometimes they do not drop you off in the city you came from, but instead give you tickets to take public transit back (e.g., from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem). Consider confirming that you will be taken back to the city you started in if you do not feel comfortable navigating public transit on your own. You really shouldn't be discouraged from using the company--just make sure you know the plan in advance.

Benjamin was an excellent tour guide in Jerusalem! He didn’t just repeat facts from Wikipedia but shared many fascinating and little-known stories that brought the city’s history to life. Despite the very rainy and windy weather, he managed to keep everyone interested and comfortable. I learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience — highly recommended!

My mom and I did the Masada and Dead Sea tour through GetYourGuide and we had an amazing time! Beny is a fantastic tour guide and gave us a ton of interesting information both while on the bus and at the sites themselves. He has a great sense of humor too and added a lot to the experience! Definitely would recommend doing this tour if you’re in Israel, coming from any background!

Spent the day with Avi our tour guide on Itzik's bus doing a full day tour from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and Bethlehem. The tour starts early at 715 and departed on time. We had a large group with different levels of fitness but Avi went out of his way to make sure that people who could not walk as well as others didn't miss out on things and also didn't hold up the group. He was extremely knowledgeable and i learnt a lot on this trip. I really didn't know what to expect going on this trip as the media can really make matters worse. Never once did I feel unsafe. I'm not religious at all but going to the manger where Jesus was born was really cool. I thoroughly recommend Avi and Behin Travel services

My wife and I took the Masada and Dead Sea tour, guided by Avi. He patiently explained us every step of the way and kept it fun. The driver Yako was very professional and drove us safely. There were frequent toilet breaks and the lunch place was good food. We would highly recommend anyone considering the Bein Harim tours.

Our guide Avi, was meticulous throughout the whole tour of Jerusalem & Dead sea. He gave us the whole historic outlook of each place in the Old city reminiscing the heritage and enhancing our experience even more. I recommend Avi for all tours & visits of the Walled city and further.

I did the half day Jerusalem tour and It was fantastic. Guide Avi did a great job thoroughly explaining the history of the old city. We toured all the quarters and went inside the holy Sepulchre church which was amazing. Highly recommended and if I come back to Jerusalem I will do it again.

Today I had the Old Jerusalem and Betlehem tour with Avi. Thank you very much! I learned a lot about the holy places and the transfer was fast and unproblematic. Avi has got a lot of knowledge and our group had a great time this day! Thank you again, and see soon again! Five stars!
