The location perfect, rooms are spotlessly clean, staff are so friendly - truly a home away from home. Little noisy in early mornings with road traffic but not the accommodations fault! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the use of fresh local presence truly elevates the experience.

Beit Toureef is a charming place with beautiful Lebanese architecture. The terrace is small but full of character.
The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
I tried :
- Walnut Potato Kibbeh
- Stuffed Vines Leaves
- Muhammara
- Homestyles Fries
- Tabbouleh
- Kibbeh And Shish Barak in Yoghurt
- 7up Diet
Every bite was full of flavor, and you could really taste the freshness in each ingredient.

Perfect escape within the city, the founder was kind enough to introduce himself and explain the mission behind this guesthouse: supporting local farmers and producers by selling their products at the guest house. Rooms are beautiful too! Location is super central, was able to spend my whole stay walking around gemmayze and beirut by foot.
Highly recommend!

The building is really beautiful (love the vibes) and the staff are really and if maybe not the professional. The only down side was my room. Many little stuff were not working well or broken. If others guest speak or make noises in the common area you hear everything so it relies on respect for and from everyone.Excellent location The breakfast wasn’t amazing like some reviews described it but still good

Highly Recommended Authentic Experience
Beit Toureef is a truly special place! The location is amazing, the rooms are authentic and beautifully done, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The owner is very involved and supportive, which made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and authentic experience in Lebanon.
One thing to note: most of the staff are not local Lebanese, which doesn’t fully match the authentic story and concept of the hotel.

We tried the breakfast at Beit Toureef and it was absolutely delicious!
We had the halloumi, kishk, shakshouka, eggplant fatteh, and spicy potatoes — everything was full of flavor.
We also loved the warm welcome and the fact that the place is family-run, which made the experience even more special. 🌿✨

Lovely idea and unusual but so werid and uncomfortable to have a toilet 3 feet from the end of your bed. A light curtain was the only privacy - apparently all the rooms have the same set up.|If you wanted a 'private w.c' one not at the end of your bed you had to go down two external floors in the middle of the night to find it was very dirty.

This was an absolutely incredible stay. The staff makes you feel at home, the rooms are quaint, and it is in the best area of Beirut. The hotel focuses on sourcing ingredients from the rural areas of Lebanon and it shows in the quality of food. Highly recommend staying here when visiting.
