Yelp
Very affordable rates for public/private hot spring baths. You have the option of all day access to their public hot springs with locker and sauna, 90 min of a private hot spring bath, or 90 mins of a private room with hot spring bath in addition to the usual hotel room amenities like TV and bed. We opted to do the 90 min private hot spring bath, which was total about NTD 1300 for two people. (I believe the public access was about NTD 600 for one person. I don't remember the price for the other option.)
After you pay at the reception, you will go up to your room which you will find a cold and hot bath, There is also a mirror vanity table that has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair caps, hair dryer, and two bottles of water. The room also has a cushioned lounge chair and a basket of towels. The baths are facing huge windows that overlook the hotel garden(?). The view is not bad but not great either. Plug the baths and turn on the faucets to your preferred water temperature. The hot spring bath has two faucets, a hot and cold, so you can mix waters to get your preferred temp. My mom was very skeptical if it is actual hot spring water due to the lack of sulfur smell but I would like to believe it's legit.
For those doing the 90 min hot spring bath, you will be placed on a floor with only private hot spring bath rooms, and there is a one bathroom for the floor. Everything is very clean and I'd def recommend for a quick half a day trip while in Taipei. After you are done bathing, take your ticket to the lobby cafe for 2 free drinks (coffee or tea) and some afternoon pastries.
