Belconnen Arts Centre

Went down here for watercolour workshop. We get a chance to do painting inside the gallery. It was such an amazing experience as we spent through almost 3 hrs in there. The gallery is really nice and clear. Since its just near by the lake, it was a good experience to have a walk around the later after getting off from the gallery.

Had lunch with a friend at Kiln@Belco. Has been a long time since I've enjoyed such a wonderful lunch. Food was delicious, prepared with care and pride. Coffee very enjoyable. Looking forward to next visit there. Beautiful views over the lake. Umbrellas are provided over the spacious bench seats and tables. After lunch we enjoyed a tour of the gallery.

A great display of traditional and contemporary mixed medium arts practices from five First Nations artists from across the county. Exhibiting now at Belco Arts. Entry free, parking along the side of the street.

This arts carries much deeper meaning. Right next to the gallery is a beautiful lake, perfect for a peaceful walk.

Excellent theatre for local artists and community groups. Good seating that is well laid out. Great staff all round who do a great job. Easy and fair ticketing process.

Disappointed with this gallery and management . Had my contract broken half way through by the 'Shop'. If you ever feel the need to be discriminated against without apology from any person or CEO ..... Hang your art works in these halls. Waste of my limited life force (time ) .

Great art space for exhibitions of local artists. Well lit, open area with cafe. No onsite parking.

Great gallery, stunning Vista onto the lake, friendly staff and a huge variety of shows and exhibitions and even theatre productions and live music. I just had a solo show in the main gallery called Mycelium Sky and I found the process to be really smooth and an easy exhibition space to exhibit in. The gallery helped with installing and setting up the show, the opening, posters and fliers and catalogues, promotion, exhibition runs for 7 weeks or so, they also took sales and helped pack up the show and organised any sales. I highly recommend this professionally run gallery with a great community feeling and very friendly vibes. Also the little gallery shop has excellent local art products and handmade things like scarfs, jewelry and small gifts. All in all, great place to visit that always has quality exhibitions for all.
