Beautiful, former church with a fresh menu. We were there on a Wednesday, and they had live music and a little market outside. They were serving food and drinks outside as well. One of the specials was a berry salad with greens and cheese crumbles. Very good, and I will be making it at home. The roasted cauliflower was enough for more than 2 people. Hint, add bacon. It's worth it, and it is more like rendered. salty pork belly cubes, than just bacon crumbles. If you sit upstairs, you will notice the organ pipes from when it used to be a church. An awesome place if you are in the area.

They charge a credit card service fee. Terrible! It’s already $40+ for a small piece of chicken and risotto. Very basic and over priced food. The chicken was extremely moist but salty. Almost as if they soak it for days in a salt brine. The portions were also on the smaller side for the price. Top notch balsamic glaze. The decor and atmosphere also does not warrant a $50+ a person meal. For instance, the tables were sticky and the waitress was wearing shorts.

We love this place. We sat in the upper level this time. I had the hamburger best I've ever had. The soup was very good and the london fog excellent. We highly recommend this our new favorite mom and daughter get away

Stopped at the recommendation of a family member and this place did not disappoint! The atmosphere and interior are beautiful and upscale yet cozy. They have a great food and drink menu which makes a perfect outing with girls or for date night! It is on the pricier side but the food is worth it. Our server was also fantastic, very friendly and accommodating! One thing to note is you do need to make a reservation and their menu that is served rotates based on time of day and day of the week so plan ahead when you want to visit. Highly recommend!

We came in on a Friday to try a number of dishes. By far the small plates were the winner. The whipped feta was amazing. I could have eaten at least two more portions of that alone. My main course was good but not as good as the small plates. The potatoes that are served with the walleye special was the star of the main course. Others at my table tried a few of the cocktails and loved them all. Overall a great experience. Next time I visit I want to try their desserts and brunch menu.

What a wonderful find this was. We stopped in to Belfre Kitchen on Sunday morning and, luckily, they were able to fit us in without a reservation. The restaurant itself is decorated very creatively and unique. I especially liked the nod to the many benefits of bees when you walk in the door. The food was even more wonderful. We started with a side of Garam Masala Sugar Drop Donuts. These were delicious and an unique use of this Indian spice blend... simply divine. Then, I had a traditional Eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The English muffin was fresh. And, the potatoes were crispy. Overall, it was a great meal. My wife ordered a very flavorful Shakshuka with fresh Naan toast.

Google
Incredible experience! Food was excellent and so was the service. The whipped feta app is *chef’s kiss*! We both ordered specials for our meals and they were both 10/10. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Can’t wait to come back!

Google
Showed up this morning for breakfast and they were able to fit me and my wife in without a reservation. It was our first visit here so didn't know what to expect. The place has a very cozy feel and a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. The food was amazing and we will definitely be planning many trips back in the future.

Yelp
Discovered Belfrē Kitchen this morning on our way home from a local park and I have it say it was amazing. We arrived right at 11 and were able to be seated on their large outdoor patio. The space was welcoming with plenty of outdoor seating and large umbrellas if the sun was too warm. The server was attentive, never waiting an exorbitant amount of time for coffee refills. Even better was the fact they served Valentine coffee, one of my local favorites. She checked with us repeatedly to make sure we were enjoying our experience. I selected the peach burrata salad and added chicken. The salad was well balanced. I especially enjoyed the interplay of arugula, burrata and peaches. The chicken was well seasoned and expertly grilled fresh. It was a perfect brunch salad on a warmer summer morning. We will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
This place is wonderful!! Great food, good ambiance, friendly staff and a really interesting wine list! Nothing commercial on it!!

Yelp
We had a delicious brunch! The food was perfectly prepared. The service was excellent. They are so kind and thoughtful! We sat outside and it was very quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Highly recommend this place for dinner! The decor, the vibe, the food, everything was amazing! We sat outside on the patio. The patio was one of the best outdoor seating areas I've been to. They have quality umbrellas, comfortable chairs, beautiful tables, string lights, flower boxes, etc. Located right in downtown Delafield (super cute area). The staff was so friendly and attentive. We were there having a girls dinner, celebrating our friend that is getting married in a few weeks. The staff knew we were celebrating and brought out some homemade mini donuts as a treat. Very nice and delicious! We started off our meal drinks and two small plates of garden hummus and truffle fries. Both were so good. The presentation was beautiful and everything was delicious. I had a glass of white wine and everyone else had cocktails. Everyone said the cocktails were great. For dinner, I had the Japanese Rice Bowl and loved it. So many fresh ingredients, tons of flavor with a kick of spice. It was also the perfect portion size (not too big, not too small). Overall an awesome experience and meal. The quality and the details did not go unnoticed. We will be back!

Yelp
Love Belfre every time we stop in! This is the first time I've tried their brunch and it was delicious. For drinks, we ordered a mimosa flight (pineapple, prickly pear & French 75). French 75 was my favorite. Then, we ordered drop donuts for the table. The masala sugar was amazing and they were a favorite. I ordered the burger with added bacon and avocado. The sauce that comes with it was amazing and a perfect topping for the burger and breakfast potatoes. My sister got the eggs Benedict and also loved. Our friend ordered the breakfast burrito (not pictured) but everyone loved their meals. We got to sit outside on their patio so we could bring a dog and it was perfect! Love all the outdoor and indoor seating options. Next food is also a drink cart if you want to stop by before / after your reservation. Looking forward to coming here again!

Yelp
This place is adorable! The service was great. Our entrees came out quickly and were delicious. This was the most savory hollandaise I've ever had! Breakfast potatoes were fine and exactly as you'd expect them. The latte was delicious! My only complaint is that it was a little chilly. We will be back!

Yelp
Got together with my 3 girlfriends for a birthday brunch celebration - all first timers at Belfre and were excited to give it a try. I started with a mimosa flight, and so did another one of my friends - we loved all the options and were not disappointed! My other friend got a bloody mary with infused vodka and said it was super tasty. The food was also a hit - I went with the everything bagel sandwich and I wish that I could make that at home, the perfect breakfast deliciousness. We all really enjoyed our meals. Our server Ben was nice, but not exactly speeding. Now the young man who was filling up the water glasses (Ethan) was the best worker in the house. When I made the reso I wrote "celebrating a birthday" and even told the hostess when I walked up, however nothing was done or said to acknowledge this reason for gathering and enjoying our brunch together. A tad disappointed in this but I understand they were quite busy.

Yelp
We were exploring the great little downtown area in Delafield and found this great place and had a delicious afternoon snack. Many options for a snack to chose from but Belfre Kitchen not only had the best Yelp review score but it also had the most people seated. Much like us everyone was sitting outside enjoying a cool day. They do have inside seating but it looks like a small area almost like a wine bar atmosphere inside. They serve a brunch until 2 and then start dinner service at 4pm. Between 2 and 4 they serve a limited snack menu. As it was about 3pm when we arrived we picked the whipped feta plate and a burger for our snacks along with a beer and a margarita. Beer and Wine menus was a bit limited but had a selection from each important category. The whipped feta plate came with a generous portion of warm baked naan bread (ate half of it before I took the picture) and the whipped feta was covered with fig jam, chili honey, pomegranate seeds, pistachio, and basil. The amazing thing is that you are able to taste each one of those flavors when you take a bite of it spread on the bread. It was delicious and we saw people ordering a second serving. The Belfre Angus burger was served with tomato and lettuce along with seasoned fry's that came with an aioli dipping sauce. No ketchup needed on the burger as it was seasoned well and flush with flavor on its own not to mention that it was cooked perfectly as ordered. The seasoned fry's were also full of flavor and delicious. Top notch service as well as Elizabeth was fantastic. Great atmosphere here, I look forward to coming back to try the brunch.

Yelp
Sooooo good on so many levels. The ambiance, fresh flowers, fresh food, unique and distinct menu items. Greek vibes. IYKYK Worth every star.

Yelp
Wow...went for Brunch and they exceeded all expectations! My husband ordered the french toast and it was phenomenal! They said that the whipped cream was even made from scratch in house! I had "The Usual" breakfast with fruit and the eggs were done to perfection and the fruit bowl was beyond fresh and filled the bowl! Brianna was an awesome server with a very welcoming personality. She checked in with us so as to make sure that we were completely satisfied and never had an empty cup of coffee. The atmosphere was upscale/casual with a very warm and welcoming ambiance. We never felt rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our leisurely and delicious Sunday brunch! Our new favorite restaurant and we can't wait to go back!

Yelp
My goodness--what's not to love? Located in an historic church (built in 1868), the building itself is one of the oldest on its original foundation in Delafield. Additionally, Delafield is an adorable small town--so, the charm level here is off the charts. Their menu is as locally sourced as possible and thus can change seasonally. They have a robust cocktail menu so on a recent trip here, my dining companion and I opted to start things off with some sips. I opted for the bourbon cognac old fashioned and my dining companion got the black manhattan. Both were stellar (I stole a sip). I had been unsure of the combination of bourbon and cognac--but that was entirely unwarranted. Their tenders know what they're doing and their mixology is on point. For my lunch, I opted for the chicken avocado salad. This salad was fresh and a lovely balance of greens, chicken, chevre, avocado, figs, and what appeared to be house made croutons--all drizzled with a champagne vinaigrette. It was stunning. The service was lovely. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and had a 45 minute wait (not entirely unexpected). The good news? They take reservations, which I'd recommend to avoid the wait. Get to it!

Yelp
Great food & warm ambiance. Been there twice for brunch & will definitely plan the next brunch over there. Service was good as well

Yelp
We had a dinner reservation at 530 PM and were seated immediately. We were seated upstairs. We ordered Prosecco and Pinot noir. To eat we had salmon with Brussels sprouts and my friend had the pasta special of the day which was amazing. Did not wait long for our food at all. We did not have dessert.

Yelp
We have stopped by before for drinks with friends but never had the pleasure of dining here. This will be in our rotation of favorites now! The drop donuts were delectable. They were flavorful, fluffy and overall fantastic. Delicious start to a meal. Their drink menu is great and we couldn't decide so we shared a mimosa flight which was fun! The eggs Benedict was really good! The eggs were perfectly pouched and runny. The breakfast potatoes had the best crunch and flavor. We can't wait to come back! The restaurant over all has a great hip yet cozy vibe.

Yelp
Belfre Kitchen is the whole package - a gorgeous space with kind service and great food. Dinner prices are special occasion-level, but the high quality ingredients and creativity of the menu make it a worthy destination. We had an early weeknight dinner on the first floor. Almost everyone else who came in headed to the upper level, which made it nice and quiet below. The space is beautiful, modern yet warm, and comfortable. Both the host who greeted us and our server were friendly and nicely attentive. More on this later. We started with a few drinks and were delighted to see a short but very nice non-alcoholic cocktail menu. Two of us had the Mule, which was excellent. We ordered the whipped feta as an appetizer, and I'm kicking myself for not taking a picture because it was so pretty. It was also absolutely delicious, with the combination of feta, fig jam, spicy honey, and pistachios being perfect. It was the hit of the evening. For mains we had the burger, salmon, crab cakes (appetizer for dinner), and short rib pasta. Everyone was pretty happy with their dishes. One picky star off for the short rib pasta: while the short rib was braised beautifully and the pasta was fresh, I was bummed not to find many of the oyster mushrooms on the ingredient list in the menu. Finally, dessert! We chose the key lime pie (served in a jar) and crème brûlée. As we were waiting for them to arrive, our server brought over the special apple crisp with a sparkler - she had overheard us mention we were there for my Dad's birthday, an awesome gesture that made our evening. All in all, Belfre Kitchen is a great place to treat yourself to a classy (but not stuffy) and delicious evening out. They are definitely on our short list from now on!

Yelp
Always have a great experience here. Food is good, drinks are great, and family friendly. Nice fresh menu. Id recommend!

Yelp
I had a fantastic meal at Belfre! Belfre is a charming restaurant with great service and amazing food! I had the pear elderberry martini which was sweet and delicious. We ordered the whipped feta as an app and I practically licked the bowl clean it was so good, the naan was warm and the feta was so flavorful with the pomegranates. For my entree I ordered one the specials, the pork chop. It was exceptionally seasoned and juicy! My fiancé ordered the salmon which was also excellent! Lastly we ordered the cocoa brownie which was so tasty! All our dishes were presented so pretty with edible flowers and greens. Belfre has made my list of top restaurants and I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The two times I've been to Belfre Kitchen it has been terrible. This time was the last time I will ever be back. The service at this place is always terrible. This time, we basically had to flag down a hostess to check in for our reservation. Before that, they would look at us and then just go on their way. Finally checked in for our reservation, and they told us we had to still wait. I stood to the side only for a busboy to walk in with a tray full of too many old drinks. The busboy drops all of the drinks on my shoes, soaking my shoes and pants and breaking glass at my feet. I didn't get sorry or here's a towel or anything. I had to ask for a towel from the hostess to clean and try to dry off my shoes. The waitress was largely inattentive and seemed like she had hearing issues. The fish was way overcooked, and the red meat was way undercooked. In the end, the waitress rang up one of the wrong dishes, which she charged us an extra $12 for. The waitress never bothered to ask why I had towels at the table and was trying to dry off my pants. The house didn't do anything to try to make the situation right. There is no redeeming quality about this place. It's terrible service and food. Go somewhere else.

Yelp
Bat you can't find a more charming, luxurious place to dine in Delafield. Belfre joke, sorry. But for real, this 1800s church has been transformed into a super chic dining experience. Service was friendly and expert, the food was seriously amazing, and they have a nice selection of wine and cocktails. I had the BLT with an egg, and it was the perfect early lunch. Wife had the über foncy grilled cheese and it was also very memorable.
google avatar

Yelp
Other than the pleasant & personable waitress, this would not be a place noted for its food or ambiance. It was unpleasantly noisy throughout our entire meal. The inside acoustics contributed to a cacophony as if we were in a rambunctious Chucky Cheeses 5 year old birthday party. We had requested to sit outside but the hostess said it was going to rain but a few minutes after we arrived, the wait staff were putting condiments, napkins, etc on the outside tables. Seemed like a disorganized opening process....and it did not rain....As far as the food, the menu items had tomatoes on way too many items. Even though the bread was good for the avocado toast, the thin avocado smear on the bread lacked any cumin, fresh herbs, fresh red onion, salt, red pepper flakes, jalapeño or other flavors which enhance the flavor of the avocado. The best avocado toast is to slice an avocado instead of the cheap way of using just a smear. Also the dressing with the salad bowl accompanying the toast was so bitter, it was inedible. Save the egg for the Benedict dishes. Didn't have the egg since I'd rather have the more pure avocado flavor but they were too stingy to put enough avocado on the bread.

Yelp
Hands down one of my FAVORITE restaurants! I've been here twice now, and Belfrē does not disappoint. The restaurant itself is an old church remodeled to a restaurant, and has charming character. They have a cute little bar, with a good amount of seating downstairs, plus additional seating upstairs - which I have to comment, what a unique throwback to the old church vibe using the large organ pipes as wall decor :) My cousin & I came here for dinner and ordered a bunch of things to share. I was looking for a cocktail with lavender (I'm obsessed lately lol) and our server recommended their lavender-lemonade and adding a spirit of choice...it was VERY good with vodka, had bubbles & wasn't overly sweet. We ordered the Whipped Feta with grilled naan - OMGGGG to die for! I want this all the time now haha...I never knew this was even a thing but now I'm hooked! All of the flavors in the dish were amazing together The Parmesan fries with truffle aioli were good as well - I really liked the light & fluffy grated Parmesan, and the garlic/rosemary oil was a nice touch. We both also tried the French Onion Soup - I have to say I'm very picky when it comes to French onion soup but Belfrē's was exceptional! Not overly salty & just the right amount of melted cheese. We also tried the Short Rib Pasta, which was recommended by a nearby local shop owner. The flavor - omggg was amazing! I was very impressed with the homemade tagliatelle pasta - it was perfect What a wonderful dish, so flavorful! Outstanding service with friendly servers, charming ambiance and excellent-excellent food! Highly recommend, and can't wait to go back

Yelp
Had brunch Sunday of Labor Day weekend at Belfre kitchen in Delafield, Wisconsin. The French toast, eggs, bacon were all prepared perfectly. The bloody Mary was exceptional especially the cucumber bloody Mary. Amy, the owner was so kind to stop by our table to introduce herself. This is an incredibly charming spot with exceptional ambience, and food, a must try.
google avatar

Nikki L.

Yelp
Went to Sunday brunch with girlfriends, it was very cute inside! The wasabi Bloody Mary was fresh and not too spicy. I easily finished my entire omelette, it was that good. They even allowed me to sub the tomato for mushrooms which I thought was nice. I ordered a burger to-go for my husband that he said was a little burnt so I guess that would be my only complaint but I was still pleased with my overall experience and I would definitely go back. I like how they had specials as well. The local farm fresh ingredients is also a major selling point in my eyes.

Yelp
We stopped in after a walk at Lapham Peak Park. We had an early dinner. It's our 42nd wedding anniversary today. We were seated right away and had a delicious meal. I had the chicken salad on a brioche bun with fries. Hubby had the BLT with fries. Everything was excellent! We were looked in on without being obtrusive. Everybody was so very nice. From the nice woman who seated us to the guy who poured the water. Our server... Shannon met us with a smile, as did everyone. Explained the menu and brought our drinks and food quite quickly. We shared a piece of Tiramisu. It was amazing as well! Everyone works together here. So happy we finally stopped in.
google avatar

Yelp
Stopped by for brunch and was not disappointed. 3 brunch items, burrito, avocado toast and a BLT . We all thought our choices were the best we had ever had for breakfast/brunch. Winner and will definitely return. Great and friendly wait staff.

Yelp
I am back for more at Belfre Kitchen! I discovered this place some 6 months ago when I was invited for brunch & then stood up. He chose the restaurant and it was a win for me! I'm treated like a queen and the food and beverages are top notch! Today I'm trying the Bellini flight and their chicken avocado salad along with a signature Bourbon pudding for dessert! Best belated birthday celebration ever!

Zen Z.

Yelp
Excellent restaurant. There's no other way to say it. The food, the staff, and the surroundings are all excellent. One suggestion for the chef: Cheese does not belong on fish. Not even a thin, pour-over layer of cheese. Not even in Wisconsin. It diminishes the taste of the fish. An important suggestion for diners: Make a reservation. Even if it's a mid-week lunch, you will likely need reservations.

A R.

Yelp
The coziest, comfortable but elevated place in the area. I've been dozens of times and have never had a meal that wasn't excellent. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
This is a really cool restaurant. My daugher and I were in the area looking for a good breakfast -- I checked Yelp and this one looked great. The building looks like an old church. Inside, there are two floors. We were seated upstairs. It was very busy on a Saturday morning so it was pretty loud but not bad. I had pretty basic, eggs, bacon, toast. It was good. My daughter had the french toast and she LOVED it. It looked really really good. Very large portion size. We had great service and the food came out fast and hot. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Malarie B.

Yelp
We went to dinner at Belfrē Friday night. We were greeted by Amy who was so friendly! We decided to eat at the bar, the bartenders were amazing and attentive and answered any questions we had. For our app we had the house focaccia and dinner we had the beef tenderloin and the chicken special which had a creamy Parmesan risotto, bruschetta, and balsamic glaze. everything was DELICIOUS. We will be back
google avatar

Peter H.

Yelp
While everything on the menu is good, don't sleep on the specials. I just tried the Muffuletta sandwich on special today and it blew my mind. Delicious deli meats and cheese stacked on towering, pillowy bread made for a sandwich with height and bite. The smear of olive tapenade on the bottom slice was rich and salty. Playing opposite was a tangy giardiniera. The muffuletta-style focaccia was baked in-house and was like a soft, fragrant carb cloud. The staff was incredibly sweet and attentive as always. With patio weather behind us, the cozy insides of this old church provided comfortable sanctuary from the cool misty October day. The Belfre continues to be my go-to spot in Delafield for every season.
google avatar

Kari B.

Yelp
We love Belfre's patio. Service has always been outstanding too and I like that the servers make recommendations of their favorite items on the menu. Their fish fry is amazing! They were out of the walleye so we got the blue gill. It's a little pricey, but they give you a lot of blue gill. The roasted cauliflower was a great side dish for all of us to share. We have had brunch there too a couple of times and I would say their dinner items are better. I like that their menu changes with the seasons and can't wait to see what they make for fall.
google avatar

Mara W.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and menu! The outside dining area is very cozy and the inside space looked intimate. Can't wait to go back!

Kushal D.

Yelp
We've been to Belfre now for both dinner and for brunch. They are a bit pricey. However, their food is solid. Their pork chop for dinner and their tomato soup are amazing, but they will charge you for a side of bread or crostini! The avocado salad is a solid choice as well. We also enjoyed the brunch frittata, the French toast, and avo toast. All were delightful! This place has a beautiful aesthetic and a great menu.
google avatar

Elizabeth H.

Yelp
Excellent food and service! I do not eat meat nor drink alcohol and this lovely place offered me vegetarian options and non-alcoholic options. Absolutely perfect! I loved it and will be back for sure!

Yelp
We stopped here for their afternoon snacks menu and had the most delightful time. The building was once a church and after a few cycles of retail, was turned into a restaurant and bar. It's absolutely lovely. Food: we had the Thai peanut sweet potato fries and the braised ribs flatbread and were blown away by both. I would never put peanut sauce on sweet potato fries, but I am forever changed. I also generally dislike flatbread as a concept, but our server recommended it and we trusted him -- it was outstanding. The thickness was perfect, the meat was delicious and we were impressed! Because we were celebrating our anniversary, our server brought us donuts with whipped cream and a sparkler! It was delicious and fun. I would also recommend the peach iced tea. Service: We had an excellent server, Trenton, who really wowed us with his recommendations, even just for their snack menu. He did not lead us astray and he also made us feel pretty special with the sparkler-lit donuts. We always had water in our glasses and felt perfectly attended to. Thanks, Trenton! The locals recommend this place and it's easy to see why. We would return here in a minute.

Yelp
This place has been on my list for a LONG time, and I finally went. I am obsessed with Belfre Kitchen. The atmosphere was so chic and cute, and the food and drinks were outstanding. We ordered a bunch of food, but my favorites were definitely the goat cheese croquettes, bacon wrapped figs, and the sweet potato mash. I wanted to try literally everything on the menu and will definitely keep coming back to do so! The service was also fantastic. Unfortunately I can't remember our waitress' name, but she was the best! She checked in on us and was very conversational and fun. We loved her and had a great experience.

Hannah S.

Yelp
Loved this spot as a visitor from SoCal. Had too much fried food and needed a quality, nutritious kale salad that wasn't the typical WI menu iceberg cobb or caesar. Belfre did not disappoint!! Delicious drinks as well.

Ed H.

Yelp
Love this place. Belfre is a real gem in downtown Delafield and all of Lake Country. We've been here several times, and its always been a pleasure. Most recently we came for dinner and sat outside on the lovely patio. Really love the vibe on the patio anytime its decent weather outside, such a chill place to sit and eat and drink... I had the Salmon which was delicious. The deserts were tasty. The Wisco Old Fashioned was on point as well. The service was pleasant and helpful. There was a glitch however in that our app orders were bungled, in that they never came out. While I wasn't happy with this, the way the staff responded was exceptional. The hostess immediately acknowledged the mistake, took responsibility, apologized and offered to make it right - and she did. This is how it should be done in service establishments, but you rarely see this, usually there is some halfassed apology and that's it. I was very impressed with her tact and charm in righting a wrong. Will definitely continue to come back. If I would offer one bit of constructive advice to this establishment, the menu is a bit limited and given the focus on new American, you need to be in that mood. They do have burgers, but a few (and only a few) additional comfort food type entrees would sometimes help picking what to eat and make the menu a bit more accessible.
google avatar

Sandy N.

Yelp
This is my first time back at Belfre this winter season. I made reservations anticipating their winter menu. I was looking forward to their pot pie! It's a cold day in WI and I made the walk to Belfre expecting to be warmed and comforted by this pie. It's a Tuesday and by 12:20pm they ran out of pot pie. !!!!! I mentioned this in my previous review that Belfre always runs out of food. It's very disappointing. At this point it is a trend and expectation. Today I tried the bacon wrapped figs, shishito peppers, truffle fries, and the pan roasted cauliflower. Bacon Wrapped Figs $12: You can never go wrong with 8 pieces of bacon wrapped figs. The maple syrup dipping sauce was just okay, I much prefer a drizzle of maple syrup with arugula or goat cheese to really top this dish off. Shishito Peppers $7: Packed of ginger and lemon grass flavor. It really hit the spot and the peppers were blistered to perfection. Truffle Fries $8: Where are the belfries? Belfries were a Belfre staple and these truffle fries are not a replacement. These truffle flavors are less truffle and more umami. Pan Roasted Cauliflower $8: The herbed parmesan really made this dish come together. I wish I knew how to make these at home! I always enjoy coming to Belfre but am tired of not being able to try what I want to try. I'll be back when the Spring menu comes out. Stay tuned!

My wife was dying to try out Belfre so we made it a point to come out on a nice summer evening to sit outside. The atmosphere was great, the food was great, and the service was so-so. The waitstaff seemed to be younger and more inexperienced, so they didnt keep up as well as some other places, but overall we had a wonderful time and the food was good. Dining outside was really cute. Not sure I would go to dine instead though - I'll stick to the patio. Food **** Atmosphere **** Service ***

Yelp
I love everything about this restaurant! We were happy we could find a last minute table for four on a Saturday night. They have an extensive list of seasonal cocktails and it hard for me to only choose one. Can't drink alcohol? No worries- they serve both Seedlip (distilled non-alcoholic spirit) and mocktails. Our friends that ordered the Seedlip cocktails really enjoyed theirs. I ordered the Pomegranate Paloma. I was a fan that it was tart and spirit-forward. My friend and I split the Fall Harvest Bruschetta and Roasted Cauliflower. Both were delicious and we both felt satisfied after eating those for our meal. Our server was very kind and attentive throughout the night. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone and everyone!

Yelp
Depending on time of day and what day... food comes out when you get it. However so worth the wait. Looks amazing tastes delicious. Put this place in your pocket for a special occasion.

Yelp
All of our food was delicious however, the chefs pasta dish with salmon was impressive! The flavors were absolutely spot on!

Yelp
Amazing! Both of our meals were delicious, can't wait to come back. Service was a little slow (waiting a long time for coffees, check) but the atmosphere was so nice that we didn't mind being there longer.

Yelp
I'm giving this four stars because the hostess gave me the feeling she wanted me to walk away instead of adding me to the wait list and then she sat others as they walked up (she knew them). Also, the waitress, super sweet but obviously very busy, was nowhere to be found and it took over 30 minutes to get my order/see her again. With that said the coffee cart employees were delightful and my doughnuts and fizzie espresso and cream amazing. The outdoor seating is just my thing and there is plenty of it. The renovations are gorgeous. The food was perfect. The young man that offered me more water was professional, hospitable, welcoming, and made up for the lack in the other employees with which I had contact.

Yelp
We had a tremendous meal there tonight. The walleye and the salmon were perfectly done. All of the side were great too. The service was very attentive and the decadent brownie was so rich. Way above my expectations. The only issue was on a cold night, it is a little chilly by the door.

Yelp
Strange flavor combinations. Yuck. We used to love their food. But not since 2016 or so when they had a better chef.

Yelp
Cute spot and great food right in the middle of Delafield! Walk around to all the shops afterward
