Belgrade Art Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

This was my grandmother’s second time at this hotel and my first and it was perfect! The service was amazing: the reception staff were always there for us- arranging taxis, helping with our luggage, and answering any questions with patience and a smile. The restaurant staff were wonderful too- they made our coffee just the way we liked it and really made us feel taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was great and the shower was roomy and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent, served in a lovely boutique-style atmosphere that made the start of our day really enjoyable. On our last day, when our flight was delayed, we asked to stay in the room until 4 PM and they happily agreed at no extra cost- such a kind gesture.🙏 The hotel is centrally located, close to all the shops and near a beautiful park- the location is amazing!! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the room stayed clean throughout our stay, and we felt well looked after. We had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back!❤️

This is a lovely boutique style hotel in a superb location, right on the main shopping and restaurant drag of Old Belgrad. Room is very comfortable, air conditioning works perfectly, beds are great, house keeping very efficient, breakfast is good, with decent offerings. |What I would most like to comment on is the superb front desk staff at this hotel. |We are presently on day four of a lost luggage situation. Meaning that United Airlines botched our baggage handling and we have no idea when we will receive our belongs. SO stressful Throughout this entire ordeal the staff here, who I want to mention by name, Ana, Nikola, Milica and Milos have been absolutely brilliant, helpful, kind, professional and reassuring. They have helped us locate all we need to get by as we wait for our belongings. They have interfaced personally with airport lost and found for us. They have made us feel very much at home during a stressful situation. They are all consummate professionals. I would like to thank every one of them. Radisson is VERY, VERY lucky to have these four consummate professionals under their employ.

We were one night in Belgrade with a family of four, and we have decided to take a suite with a terrace - totally worth it! Great, spacious and well equipped room with comfy beds and one bathroom and additional toilet. Nice, quiet, great view in the morning :)||The breakfast is very very good, selection was more than enough with plenty of choice for those with a sweet tooth.||Take the parking, it is just 3 minutes of walking but you get a safely parked car and great location to sightsee.||The best of the hotel however is the staff. Big shoutout to Milos who was taking care of us, from guiding on the parking and helping with the luggage to the complimentary late checkout and tons of tips & tricks where to go and how to navigate. Amazing, professional service.

Our stay at Belgrade Art Hotel was a pleasant experience, thanks to its unbeatable location, thoughtful gestures, and mostly attentive service - though there are some areas where improvements would enhance the overall stay. |Situated right on the main pedestrian street in Belgrade, the hotel couldn’t be more central. We arrived by car and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist at the garage entrance, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Parking was smooth and convenient, with hotel’s reserved spaces on a premium level and on-site security personnel nearby. Upon check-in, we were immediately upgraded to the highest room category for all the rooms we had booked. The rooms were spacious, bright, and offered a great view of the lively street below. A welcome piece of cake brought to the room as we settled in added a nice personal touch, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, offering a mix of local and international dishes. The hot buffet, including freshly prepared fried and scrambled eggs, was a plus, though we would have loved to see more traditional local items like fresh burek. Some items, such as the waffles, were dry and likely prepared the day before. There’s only one coffee machine, so a long wait can be expected during peak hours. The highlight of breakfast, however, was the incredibly friendly server who not only made the experience more welcoming but also gave us fantastic local tips on hidden gems to explore in Belgrade. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was convenient and fairly priced. A nice detail was the daily carafe of filtered water, though it would have been appreciated to receive bottled water each day rather than just once at arrival. |The main area needing improvement was housekeeping - room cleaning was superficial, with the bed not properly made (just the duvet tossed over), and we found a used pair of underwear on a high shelf in the closet, likely overlooked from a previous stay. |Overall, while there are some service gaps to address, especially in housekeeping, the hotel’s location, staff, and thoughtful upgrades made for an enjoyable stay.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Belgrade - with good access to the entire old town. The rooms are nicely large and modern, staff are helpful and speak excellent English. Overall, staying at the Belgrade Art Hotel was a very enjoyable experience and it can be highly recommend.

The service and location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. You’re right in the heart of the hustle and bustle and it was lovely to walk out and be among the live music, shops and cafes. The rooms were a little small (not that we spent much time in them) and the a/c was a bit temperamental but again this didn’t detract from our overall experience. The housekeeping could have been a bit better as we were short of toilet roll on one occasion and the room could have been a bit cleaner but that’s if I’m being really picky. The service from the staff at the front desk was incredible, we got stuck at a restaurant where we couldn’t order taxis and they sent one within 5 mins to pick us up. Due to the road works and the street being pedestrianised anytime we ordered other taxis the staff would lead us to where they were picking us up which was wonderful so we didn’t get lost. They made some fabulous suggestions of things to do and places to eat.

Beautiful hotel, amazing loction directly in the shopping street, good rooms and air condition, unfortunately the hotel smells like cigarettes, very nice breakfast. What was disturbing is the the breakfast staff was sitting and making their own break in the corridor from the restaurant to the kitchen. They were laughing loud and chatting. As a guest you had the feeling you were not important - their private chat was priority. coffee was not good.

Had a short stay during my long layover in belgrade. Check in was easy and staffs are lovely and helpful. Room is okay, not too big not too small. Comfy beds, clean room. I dont recall they provide a lot of amenities, maybe if you ask they would have it. Breakfast was nice, heartwarming, delicious meal, nothing much, nothing really extravagant really. Good location, located in a pedestrian zone. Very near with a lot of attraction, can also be very crowded. So many store, restautants/cafe nearby. Gym is quite small but not bad.
