Our stay at Belgrade Art Hotel was a pleasant experience, thanks to its unbeatable location, thoughtful gestures, and mostly attentive service - though there are some areas where improvements would enhance the overall stay. |Situated right on the main pedestrian street in Belgrade, the hotel couldn’t be more central. We arrived by car and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist at the garage entrance, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Parking was smooth and convenient, with hotel’s reserved spaces on a premium level and on-site security personnel nearby. Upon check-in, we were immediately upgraded to the highest room category for all the rooms we had booked. The rooms were spacious, bright, and offered a great view of the lively street below. A welcome piece of cake brought to the room as we settled in added a nice personal touch, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, offering a mix of local and international dishes. The hot buffet, including freshly prepared fried and scrambled eggs, was a plus, though we would have loved to see more traditional local items like fresh burek. Some items, such as the waffles, were dry and likely prepared the day before. There’s only one coffee machine, so a long wait can be expected during peak hours. The highlight of breakfast, however, was the incredibly friendly server who not only made the experience more welcoming but also gave us fantastic local tips on hidden gems to explore in Belgrade. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was convenient and fairly priced. A nice detail was the daily carafe of filtered water, though it would have been appreciated to receive bottled water each day rather than just once at arrival. |The main area needing improvement was housekeeping - room cleaning was superficial, with the bed not properly made (just the duvet tossed over), and we found a used pair of underwear on a high shelf in the closet, likely overlooked from a previous stay. |Overall, while there are some service gaps to address, especially in housekeeping, the hotel’s location, staff, and thoughtful upgrades made for an enjoyable stay.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Belgrade - with good access to the entire old town. The rooms are nicely large and modern, staff are helpful and speak excellent English. Overall, staying at the Belgrade Art Hotel was a very enjoyable experience and it can be highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, amazing loction directly in the shopping street, good rooms and air condition, unfortunately the hotel smells like cigarettes, very nice breakfast. What was disturbing is the the breakfast staff was sitting and making their own break in the corridor from the restaurant to the kitchen. They were laughing loud and chatting. As a guest you had the feeling you were not important - their private chat was priority. coffee was not good.

Had a short stay during my long layover in belgrade. Check in was easy and staffs are lovely and helpful. Room is okay, not too big not too small. Comfy beds, clean room. I dont recall they provide a lot of amenities, maybe if you ask they would have it. Breakfast was nice, heartwarming, delicious meal, nothing much, nothing really extravagant really. Good location, located in a pedestrian zone. Very near with a lot of attraction, can also be very crowded. So many store, restautants/cafe nearby. Gym is quite small but not bad.

The hotel is well located on the pedestrian street. It is worth remembering that taxis cannot pick up or drop off on the pedestrian street. The walk to the hotel is about 200 - 300 m. The nearest taxi station is about three hundred meters away (near Hotel Lumiere). The price of a taxi to the airport is about 25 - 35 euros depending on the time of day. The hotel taxi is 45 euros. Ask for the price in advance, taxis are not terribly reliable and can charge whatever you want. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is the same 25 - 35 euros. Do not pay in advance for app taxis. You will almost certainly lose your deposit, because app taxis do not have any actual pick-up point at the airport.||Pros:|The hotel is well located on the pedestrian street in the city center. Pretty clean rooms and cleaning every day. You can quickly get around the city center (local trams and buses were free to travel). Refrigerator and water and coffee maker in the room||Cons:|Incorrect room information in the product information (bathrobe and slippers were missing). Music noise in the rooms facing the pedestrian street in the evening. Poor soundproofing in the hotel and only one elevator. Quite small and partly worn room. Breakfast much worse than normal at Radissons (poor juice selection; only orange juice; other juices for a fee; filter coffee was out of stock almost every morning and if it happened to be there, the coffee was cold; black tea was not available every day), it was worth going early for breakfast; otherwise some of the products were out of stock.||Generally, no more tea bags or coffee capsules were provided during cleaning. Unfortunately, I got the feeling that no one really cares about anything? "I'm just working here." Although some of the staff were very helpful and friendly, for which I thank them. Value for money expensive!

Excellent location in the middle of everything. And yet, acoustic insulation is so good you’ll have a very quit sleep. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but, we inspected it and it was sumptuous.

Well , upon checking in my experience was not good as i request higher floor and the staff was kind of upset while talking to me and he said i cant do anything , i do understand but it should be in a proper way so in general attitude was zero . But evening time i met Mr Uroš who really made my day and my staff very nice he was so polite and so helpful and greeting and smiling same as iur services in dubai , one of the best staff who really changed my bad and negative opinion about this hotel he even change the room and he did a lot of exceptions to me and because of that i shared my experience with my followers in snap chat as i am a travel blogger and what uros did and treated me , if i will be back definitely because of him please pass me reagards to him
