A good family rental if you’re not looking for fancy amenities

We stayed here 4 nights over Xmas. It is very clean, has an excellent kitchen, and a nice layout. Air conditioning wasn't really needed. We had two bedrooms, and a third child used the pullout bed under the living room couch. It is about 10 minute walk from excellent bars and restaurants and the main streets in town. Only complaint is the pool: about 9.5m in length (looks much larger in photos!!!), it is so warm as to be unsafe (and unappealing). Regardless, this is a very good solution if you want an apartment rather than a hotel.

Staff arranged transportation from airport to apartments and were very friendly, answering all of our questions and making good recommendations. These apartments are well-located in Bariloche, at a walking distance from the center (if you don't mind the cold weather - we didn't). The apartment was clean and well-stocked. Since the apartment is right in front of the street, it can be a bit noisy at night. We really didn't mind and slept fairly well. I would definitely recommend...

|Great place, excellent location, a short walk to town, far enough away to be quiet but close enough to the action. For elderly visitors, it would be a walk uphill every time we need to return to the apartment, not for the wheelchair bound or out of shape! |The hosts were very nice- very helpful, helped us arrange taxi to and from airport.|The view from terrace is nice but no outdoor furniture but we dragged kitchen chairs out easily enough. |Beds are semi comfortable but no fitted sheets which is a real pain in the neck. |The kitchen is stocked w utensils and pans, etc. unfortunately no food (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc). Grocery around the corner has most needs. |Pool and spa are nice if you plan to use. They do insist on 10am exit time despite what other sources say about an 11am exit time- but they do allow holding of bags until exiting the city.|Keys are old Skeleton keys which take a bit of practice to work. |My only gripe w this place is making arrangements for arrivals. There is an email address but basically it is not used. Have to call them by phone (a pain by international calls w time change etc). The phone number listed for contact does work through WhatsApp and they do text which is helpful. In the main Argentine airports there is wifi and we texted through WhatsApp to make final transfer arrangements which was helpful. Nice place overall!|

We stayed in a duplex apartment for a week. Very clean. 8 minutes walk to the civic center. Supermarkets, grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. Our baby enjoyed the cot and the indoor pool. The sauna was also nice but was not open for very long. Staff were very friendly.

Location is great. Just couple minutes walking distant to centre. However the wifi and the shower are not good. You can't connect to internet in the night time, may be most of the guests come back. The hot water of the shower isn't stable, sometime super hot and sometime is cold. Btw, the view is nice.

Perfect for family travel, great location, very clean and new. The apartment is very complete, ours had great view. Heated pool was great to relax after a snow day... Gustavo were very kind and attencious.

Perfect for family, stayed in a duplex, the first floor has a bed sofa (2 small beds) good for children. The second floor has a god bed for couples. Apartment is close to grocery stores, restaurants, centro civico and calle mitre. Rooms get cleaned every two days
