Belgian hotel provides a great location for next day travel from Tagbilarian port and it was the reason we chooses the hotel. We choosed the cheapest option, a windowless room which might be the best option if you want to sleep well without stray lights as other reviews complained about the lack of window shades for rooms with windows. Next door is a good restaurant and next to it massage and spa. The hotel provides a great bed, and decent WiFi (probably restricted to one device per person because of the login system). I recommend the Philippines breakfast it's excellent and is a great start of the day. The hotel does has some quirks, such as the inability to charge your electronic devices or keep the room cool while you are out of the room. Even though you guarantee with a credit card, an additional 1000 peso cash deposit is required as well. For breakfast it would be nice to get both juice and coffee/tea without having to pay extra. And yes as others already pointed out, there no working hot water in the hotel which is a disappointment for a hotel of its class.

The internet connection was close to none at all. Hopefully, you can provide a better internet connection. The breakfast food is okay, I wished there were more protein. The housekeeping crew should not do room cleaning when guests did not request housekeeping in the first place and especially if the guests are inside the room and wish not to be disturbed. Even if you knocked on the door, it's a bit disturbing. On a good note, the front desk and breakfast crew were polite and accommodating.

Stayed here with some family members while on. 3 day vacation in Bohol. The hotel was near the Tagbilaran wharf making it a very short trip to transport our luggage to our rooms. The rooms themselves were cozy with good air conditioning and restrooms. Service in general was brilliant. Breakfast in the morning is filling enough to start a day. Overall an excellent experience.

After 3 days I gave my first review, now at the end of my trip the final result of this hotel. Some of the rooms appear to be in good condition but that only seems to be a minority, as they can show nice photos on the internet. For me this is not a hotel but an expensive dump. After five days I still have no hot water, let alone WiFi, even though I got an upgrade. The sink is broken, the hot water connection is missing, it's actually a small thing to fix. If you are a masochist you should book a room here, I definitely don't anymore and strongly advise any thinking person against it. Unfortunately, as I paid in advance I had to stay in the hotel... I hope I was able to convince someone, because this will always remain a negative memory. only good thing is the staff Frontdesk/ Guard and some friendly staff. P.s Rooms number 410 and 506 not hot water and old, noisy AC. By the way, since I've been here, events have been taking place on the 6th floor, sleeping on the 5th floor is practically impossible..And many people in the Hotel told me WIFI is a area problem..but the direct neighbor (Restaurant) has WIFI....

Abandoned place. Does not have real management anymore. Internet on exclusive room not working on samsung z fold nor at macbook Pro. Sofa at room dirty. Toilet not flushing - empty tank - needed to open valve. Light at room is low and with ultra ugly white- 12k.kelvins color tone with very low emitance. Like in crematory. at max light turned on impossible to read. At elevator broken floor. Balcony lacks sound isolation. All the hotel is worth 1k pessos- 1.6k pessos ot 4.6k they are asking. DISSASTRR this. The building is not maintained . It needs renovation - 5 years ago. I fully believe it is judy because the owner left the country. Apparently, this hotel has its glory over. STAY AWAY definitely not worth money at all.

We visited Tagbilaran and parts of Bohol for the second time. This time was for a family wedding and we chose the Belian hotel because of its reasonable price, family room, free parking, breakfast included and central location near the ferry port. |Our visit was overall a pleasant experience. We are experienced travellers and reviewers and are glad to give this place our thumbs up. |The room was clean and was made up without request and upon request to a high professional standard. We made requests for maintenance to fix two small issues with the refrigerator and the faucet. They were dealt with efficiently. All the facilities worked well. |The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. |We did not use room service, so the included breakfast is the only kitchen-related review we can make. Considering the breakfast is offered as a complimentary service it was very reasonable, but here are one or two suggestions for improvement: |1. Food served hot should not be cold on arrival at the table, particularly the eggs.|2. Condiments (minimum salt and pepper) should be available on each table. |3. A complimentary top-up of coffee is expected, rather than having to pay in addition per cup. ||The standard of the breakfasts was ok. The toasted bread was good by Filipino standards and the scrambled eggs would have been very good if hot. ||We shall be looking forward to our next stay at this good hotel and would recommend it for families.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights |Due to the lack of amenities in the small standard room , we had to pay for upgrade for executive room ||During our stay .. the street noise during the night was to loud.. with a night club across the street & the 24/7 traffic noise ( limited sleep ) ||There wasn’t any hot water for showers ||Most rooms don’t have windows ||The breakfast was limited ||Meanwhile the staff were fantastic & the location , close to the port was convenient

The place needs a little make-over. Medyo napag-iiwanan na ng panahon ang vibes but the location is good when travelling to and from Bohol via ferries and needed a place to stay for a moment. Its just a 5-10min walk from the Tagbilaran Port.
