Belian Hotel

We really enjoyed staying one night at the hotel for our early ferry. It is walking distance to the ferry and centre where we did some shopping and had food. Very nice for it’s price; small rooms to rest in, a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff is super sweet and helpful. Would recommend while staying in Tagbilaran.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Everything worked great, including the AC and hot shower which are the two most important things for me. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very professional.I stayed for four nights. On the final night, there were a few times in the middle of the night when the power went out. But their generator turned on a few seconds after, not a big deal. I don't blame the hotel, it's the city that experiences occasional brown outs.

Best spot if you’re aiming to go to the ferry early. The place is definitely worth the price you pay. The food is fine too. I like their pillows too

My wife and I stayed at this so-called hotel and it was really below grade. The furnitures need so upgrading and we initially had a windowless unit that we couldn't really stay at. We were given a room that had a corner window. The staff were very wonderful and it was unfortunate that they work in a 1 star hotel. The elevator tiles were scratched up so bad and the bathroom fixture had a leak which was fixed. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a little touch of luxury or decency.

The place is good for it's price. The room we had doesn't have bidet so it's quite a deal for us but the room was clean and quiet. We got a good rest and that's what we needed.

The location is the main reason I booked this hotel (just 5mins walk from the port). But their awesome service made my stay even more pleasant - all smiles from all the staff!👍🏻👏🏻The room is clean, with just enough space for you to move around and the thing I like most is their full-length mirror. They also have a hot/cold shower with good water supply, however they just don’t have bidet in the rest room. But then overall, it’s a fabulous stay. I would definitely stay here again😊

THE ROOM HAS POOR LIGHTING. BREAKFAST IS BELOW AVERAGE. THERE ARE NO SPARE KEYS TO KEEP THE AIRCON ON. I am okay with turning off the aircon but the aircon is old so it always took so long to make the room cool.

No hot water. Shower door was off the tracks. Toilet would only flush once every 20 minutes because of malfunctioning water valve. Coffee refills are charged full price at breakfast. On the bright side...it was walking distance to the port and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they work for owners that do not care about the quality of the rooms. BTW, this IS NOT a three star hotel as advertised. It is maybe a 1 star. Much like a Motel 6.
