The location is the main reason I booked this hotel (just 5mins walk from the port). But their awesome service made my stay even more pleasant - all smiles from all the staff!👍🏻👏🏻The room is clean, with just enough space for you to move around and the thing I like most is their full-length mirror. They also have a hot/cold shower with good water supply, however they just don’t have bidet in the rest room. But then overall, it’s a fabulous stay. I would definitely stay here again😊

No hot water. Shower door was off the tracks. Toilet would only flush once every 20 minutes because of malfunctioning water valve. Coffee refills are charged full price at breakfast. On the bright side...it was walking distance to the port and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately, they work for owners that do not care about the quality of the rooms. BTW, this IS NOT a three star hotel as advertised. It is maybe a 1 star. Much like a Motel 6.

A good place to stay in for a 3-star hotel in Tagbilaran. Contrary to some of the low reviews, the hotel is a good choice for a budget one. There is hot water sa shower (you just have to wait a minute or two sometimes). No issues sa facilities. Clean, comfortable, and maganda talaga ang place. Provides toiletries and housekeeping services daily. The only downside? No bidet sa bathroom and slow net. Better use your data. Their complimentary breakfast choices are good. Super hospitable sila. We were really lucky to have picked this place.

The room is clean and nice but not spacious. The staff are attentive. The complimentary breakfast is average. May i suggest the hotel owner to provide a water dispenser for all hotel guests to avoid plastic bottles.

I recently spent 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel was very close to the port. And easy to find. The staff were amazing. Very friendly and pleasant. I chatted with several of them. The front desk helped me with several questions that I had over my stay. The breakfast and dinner were very good. On the 6th floor, they have an observation deck which over looks the port and the water. Great for catching a sunset. My only complaint is that I paid for a superior room and was disappointed in its size. (Sadly, I forgot to take a photo to share) I would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to a local supermarket and a Jollibee. It's about a 12 minute grab ride to the large island mall. Maybe a 15-minute walk to a smaller mall downtown Tagbilaran.

It's a hustle! Don't do it! I didn't even stay the 2 nights I booked, and I have stayed at crazy places around the world. The hustle: (1) The great ratings are doctored (2) Pictures online are not accurate. (3) When you arrive they want you to pay double for the one you booked (4) Many customers complained before me (5) Issue with website promotions is a lie. It is planned. (6) Owner and management admitted they know exactly what they are doing. ---------------------------------------- When I arrived, the room I was assigned was a dark gray slimy dump. Nothing like the picture! I have only seen rooms this bad in the movies! In order to get the room I booked (picture) - pay double the price. What a hustle! The manager came out while I was upset and arguing with the receptionist, saw me and ran back in the office! Even the receptionist was surprised. I didn't find out until the next day that it was the owner. I was offered a different room for the rate I was billed. At least that one didn't have black/gray walls with mold near the vents. No slime on the floor, walls and bed. However, the toilet bowl would not flush (urine). Staff said he would return and didn't. After a couple of hours. I called again. When he came back he was able to flush it and said wait about an hour between uses. The next morning. They called to ask if we wanted breakfast since they were about to close the kitchen. They offered to bring breakfast to the room which was a nice gesture. The toilet would not flush the first time we tried it. This time a guy came back with a plunger. He didn't know I could see what he was doing because of the mirror. After plunging, he spent a couple of minutes using the floor towel to clean the plunger and then placed the towel flat as if it was clean...next to the shower! I was furious and made sure not to spend the 2nd night there. When I checked out, the receptionistS apologized for my stay and asked me to complete the in room questionnaire for feedback. Crazy! I know they don't care! I told them I would leave my feedback online. Nobody should fall prey to their hustle and had a right to know. Suddenly, they cared. All but one receptionist went into the "manager's" office. The manager who didn't care the night before identified herself as part owner! Acknowledged she knew what happened to me the night before and actually blamed the receptionist! She only talked to me when they told her I would submit feedback online. She stated the pictures were a promotional error by a specific website. MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE UPSET AND COMPLAINED TOO. The issue with that one website was resolved weeks ago. What!!? I checked 3 different websites before booking with the one I did! Less than a week before this happened and the website she said had the issue is not the one I used! OBVIOUSLY, they use this scam on a rotational basis and thought I booked with that one instead of the one I did. When customers checking in heard what happened, heard I was not staying another hour there and booked a good hotel, that is when she offered a free upgrade to the actual room I originally purchased! This is the short version of the story. Buyer beware. They know what they are doing.

Belgian hotel provides a great location for next day travel from Tagbilarian port and it was the reason we chooses the hotel. We choosed the cheapest option, a windowless room which might be the best option if you want to sleep well without stray lights as other reviews complained about the lack of window shades for rooms with windows. Next door is a good restaurant and next to it massage and spa. The hotel provides a great bed, and decent WiFi (probably restricted to one device per person because of the login system). I recommend the Philippines breakfast it's excellent and is a great start of the day. The hotel does has some quirks, such as the inability to charge your electronic devices or keep the room cool while you are out of the room. Even though you guarantee with a credit card, an additional 1000 peso cash deposit is required as well. For breakfast it would be nice to get both juice and coffee/tea without having to pay extra. And yes as others already pointed out, there no working hot water in the hotel which is a disappointment for a hotel of its class.

Abandoned place. Does not have real management anymore. Internet on exclusive room not working on samsung z fold nor at macbook Pro. Sofa at room dirty. Toilet not flushing - empty tank - needed to open valve. Light at room is low and with ultra ugly white- 12k.kelvins color tone with very low emitance. Like in crematory. at max light turned on impossible to read. At elevator broken floor. Balcony lacks sound isolation. All the hotel is worth 1k pessos- 1.6k pessos ot 4.6k they are asking. DISSASTRR this. The building is not maintained . It needs renovation - 5 years ago. I fully believe it is judy because the owner left the country. Apparently, this hotel has its glory over. STAY AWAY definitely not worth money at all.
