**Disorganized Review of Belihuloya Rest House**
Okay, so I stayed at Belihuloya Rest House, and honestly, it was a mixed bag—mostly leaning toward disappointment. Let me just start with the room condition. It felt more like a condo-type setup than a proper hotel. The rooms were okay, I guess, but nothing special. Cleanliness was average, and the overall vibe was just... meh. Not terrible, but definitely not what I expected.
Now, let’s talk about the manager. Oh boy, this guy was something else. He had this bossy attitude, like he was always on edge about something. The whole time, he seemed more worried about getting paid than actually providing good service. It was like he forgot that hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, not just collecting money. Honestly, it was pretty off-putting.
Service-wise, it was hit or miss. Room service was okay, but not great. I mean, they did the basics, but there was no extra effort or attention to detail. Security was slightly better—I’d say it was decent, but again, nothing outstanding.
But the food... oh, the food. It was a complete disaster. I don’t even know where to start. The quality was terrible, and it felt like they weren’t even trying. Definitely not worth the price, and honestly, it ruined the whole experience for me.
If Belihuloya Rest House keeps going like this, I don’t see how they’ll stay in business. The lack of proper service, the manager’s attitude, and the awful food are going to tarnish their name sooner or later. They really need to step up their game if they want to keep customers coming back.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make some serious changes. It’s a shame because the location is nice, but the experience just didn’t live up to it.
