If san pedro had a suburb... I loved that this place had a private pool complete with lounge chairs and patio table sets. Upon entering the condo, you look straight out to the water with a small beachfront leading out to the dock. There's a cabana over the water with a bench for sitting and there's a small walkway that allows a better stretch for fishing. A great place to watch the sunrise or sunsets from. I chose this location because it was outside of the city. I live in the city in the states so i wanted serene scene, and this place was just what the doctor ordered. Decent parking space for your golf cart. Ample cooking utensils for meals prepared at home (from the day's catch) or a stop at the grocery store on the way in. I was surprised to find snorkel gear in the closet! There's a stackable laundry closet in the unit which was nice and ample towels for beach, pool and of course showering. Speaking of showers, the water pressure and temperature was good, although i wouldn't take long showers as the hot water isn't quite as long but it did the trick. Now the good part... The bed was perfect for a good night's rest after a day at the beach!! But if you like to sleep on a rock, this bed is not for you! Strong wi-fi and smart tv to enjoy if there's a rainy day or you just want to eat your jerk chicken dinner and sip your rum punch or lizard juice at home. I would recommend this place and will stay there again because it's quiet and secure for a solo female traveler. Great value!

We had a great stay at the Swan Villas "Dolphin". What a cute place and the pool was lovely. It was an added bonus that there were bike on site for our family to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for the week! My dad, sisters, friends and i enjoyed this house so much. The location is perfect… just north of the bridge so the airport and downtown were close by and it only took about 30 minutes to get up to secret beach. We also loved being able to walk to the farmhouse cafe just outside the neighborhood. The neighborhood was super quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of the main road. There were 8 of us and the house had plenty of space for all of us to fit comfortably. My family had such a great time and were already planning our next trip down. We will definitely stay at the same house if we make a second trip.

Secluded, but still close to places to eat and get the basics. We loved the location of the building and our unit was perfect. Secluded, but sill close to places to each and get your basic needs. Its a 25 minutes golf card ride to town. The pool and grounds was always clean. You can swim in the sea or the pool. We enjoyed the morning walk to portofino resort for breakfast and sundeck restaurant for dinner. Both places are great prices and beautiful view. We will definitely be returning. We are already planning our next trip and planning on staying here.

We really liked staying in this rental. It's a little outside of downtown.But the location is great, and there's plenty of space for a family. We had one issue with gas, but it was resolved Very quickly and it wasn't even the owner's fault. We especially enjoyed the hammock on the Terrace and having a washer and dryer.

Villa 19 was just perfect. In the right location...So close to town with everything you need. We love to swim so it was just a beautiful ride on the golf cart to secret beach. This home has everything you need. It's beautiful and very well kept & clean. Absolutely would stay here again and looking to book asap. The rooftop had such a beautiful view. 😍 belize is such an amazing country with beautiful loving people. This home was an added bonus to our stay! Thank you for your home! 🫶🏽

A great home away from home if you want to hang out with family and friends. This place had all the amenities including a swimming pool and beautiful views as it sits on the edge of the water. It is south of the airport (15 min) and most restaurants were about 3-5 minutes away, which was convenient.

I couldn't belize it!! Lol! My overall stay was great! My client service person genelli was stellar! From me booking my trip a month out, she kept in contact with me from booking until i left to come back home. She extremely responsive and knows how to coordinate events. Very helpful and always polite and made me feel like i'm looked after. I will be using vacasa ony return. The view was picture perfect. Sn: lots of mosquitoes on the island so be warned
