I received excellent service and they have my favorite cosmetics brand Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey a pretty iconic color. 💄💋

They aren't even closed yet and they didn't make a announcement or anything locked me and my family and some other people in the store had to walk around the outside of the mall and it was raining. F this place won't ever be coming back terrible customer service could've said something before closing a whole hour early.

I absolutely love Belk Store, it has everything! I loved walking around and deciding what to get. It is a great shopping place for sure! I had a great time.

Great place to shop. Belk has a great selection of items, and the sales reps are pleasant. When your millennial daughters love to shop there as much as you do you know it's a great store.

Very large department store with lots of different things to shop for. We knocked out a large portion of our Christmas shopping. Of the last standing department stores left at Old Hickory Mall. Prices are competitive.

I ordered online to pick up in store. After I had completed my order I realized they had other styles in stock of the item I had just ordered. I had went in expecting to have to go through hoops to return and a big hassle but no it wasn't. I had shopped real quick and found what I really had my heart set on as I made my way to the in-store pick up point. The lady there not only took care of my previous online order but she did the whole return and applied it to what I had found while I was waiting. Don't know her name but thanks so much!!! It was greatly appreciated!!! 😊

It was okay. The store layout was pretty good. I will say I don't like that the selection of stuff is lacking anything I would be particularly interested in. They used to have a Polo Ralph Lauren section in the stores. Now it seems like it is online only.

Good selection of clothes for all shapes, sizes, and ages. Friendly and helpful staff. Good prices. The only reason I give it 4 stars is location. The mall is getting more dangerous all the time. Just be careful and watch your surroundings.
