I love taking my Grandchildren to Belk. It's a great store! There is such a great variety to choose from! We will be back for more!

Not a bad store a bit messy. The biggest problem my wife and I had was the alot of there items had no pricing on them. I dont buy stuff that isn't clearly marked.

There's a great amount of plus size clothing here, tops, bottoms, dresses. All at different prices but most are marked by color labels going up to 75% off. The only problem I had was finding an associate. I saw only two: one in mens checkouts and one in womens checkouts. There was nobody on the floor to help. But still one of the best stores in Jackson for plus size.

After arriving at this mall, found JCP didn't open until 11 AM. I found Belk open. So happy I found some good deals. Christmas shirts only $7 and a beautiful sweater at $17.99. JCP lost a buyer today!

They aren't even closed yet and they didn't make a announcement or anything locked me and my family and some other people in the store had to walk around the outside of the mall and it was raining. F this place won't ever be coming back terrible customer service could've said something before closing a whole hour early.

I received excellent service and they have my favorite cosmetics brand Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey a pretty iconic color. 💄💋

It's okay, couldn't find nothing in my size.

I ordered online to pick up in store. After I had completed my order I realized they had other styles in stock of the item I had just ordered. I had went in expecting to have to go through hoops to return and a big hassle but no it wasn't. I had shopped real quick and found what I really had my heart set on as I made my way to the in-store pick up point. The lady there not only took care of my previous online order but she did the whole return and applied it to what I had found while I was waiting. Don't know her name but thanks so much!!! It was greatly appreciated!!! 😊
