I had a really pleasant experience shopping at Belk recently. The first thing that stood out to me was the prices. The peaceful environment also meant the staff could be more attentive and helpful when I needed assistance, which made me feel valued as a customer. Incredibly rude Customer Service employee at this location (I believe her name was Shabir or something like that; She wears glasses, etc.). I had a valid online return with tags and receipts. Two of the three items did not have the Belk tags (the product tags were still intact). When. she made a comment about it, I told her I received them that way. From there she copped an attitude like I was trying to pull a fast one. The items were clearly new and unworn. I was shocked at how rude and disrespectful she became. Very unpleasant experience.

This place is hoping! Always someone shopping here from early in the morning until late at night. They also carry “Hey Dude” shoes in many assortments and colors. Come check out all that is happening, as this is also part of Mall 2121.

We came here today looking for Christmas gifts. They have everything from clothing and jewelry to small appliances and luggage.

Stores, clean and well staffed. Staff was friendly and ask her several times if we needed help.

Very rude sales staff. Pushing their card and saying "your coupon is no good here" I usually love it, I come every weekend but this time was a little harsh

This place has great deals so far! I don’t know how they stay in business but I’m liking their sales and I will continue to go back and shop more !
