This place is hoping! Always someone shopping here from early in the morning until late at night. They also carry “Hey Dude” shoes in many assortments and colors. Come check out all that is happening, as this is also part of Mall 2121.

Stood over by the cologne section for 25 minutes while the workers sat around and gossiped even looking at me several times. Would rather have 4 people blending one girls makeup than make other sales

I had a really pleasant experience shopping at Belk recently. The first thing that stood out to me was the prices. They were significantly lower than retail, which made it a great place to find some deals. The peaceful environment also meant the staff could be more attentive and helpful when I needed assistance, which made me feel valued as a customer. For 15 years coming to this store, they still haven't replaced the nasty dirty gum stuck yellow carpet! Management blames it on corporate! I want an answer!!!

This place is so friendly and kind! I truly enjoyed my experience with the Clinique booth. Jessica was so attentive and kind, she made my vacation wonderful! Free gift and great aromatherapy that stays with you all day!

Not the biggest or best Belk's to go to but I never have to deal with lines and the service is good. If I can get a great Christmas deal package for Estee Lauder or Lancome, I prefer to go here instead of being swamped in a mall and traffic. I hardly come here anymore because Florida makes me want to dress down, go without makeup, and wear flip flops. But, this is my go to place to find some quality make up.

Growing up, I always remember going to department stores with my mom, and marveling at the vivid displays, the clinging and clanging of registers, and associates having conversations with their customers. I did not get any of that on my most recent visit to this store. We can throw blame on the current economy, the pandemic, or the fact that people shop more online, but the reality is, this store lacks the ability to attract customers. Not once, was I greeted by an employee (and I must've walked directly by at least 6-7 associates). The arrangements and displays were lackluster, and the clothing selection was quite stark (which could possibly be attributed to the current national supply chain nightmare). Nonetheless, the store was a ghost town. If you were looking for perfume or cologne, you would definitely be in the right place! Their cosmetics and fragrance departments were fully stocked and manned! I also took a peak at their customer service areas, which looked cluttered (but with such a lack of customers, I'm surprised as to why the messy appearance). At any rate, most of my clothing shopping will have to take me into Jacksonville or beyond (and online), which is sad considering this should be a premier retail venue in our hometown.

Older store but a great variety. We prefer this over the Atlantic Blvd location! Great chain store. We like their clothes and show sales.

The Belks is ok, esp. if you need Department store brand cosmetics -- Clinique, Lancome. The problem here isn't so much Belks as it is the Ponce de Leon mall -- there is nothing there, so you are in a deserted parking lot. The merchandise also does not appear to be up-to-date, fine for those seeking safe traditional brands and style.
