Fancy nice new rooms, food was alright. Was scolded in the morning for not coming to breakfast sooner (from 7-8 am we showered up at 755 a buffet that we pre paid for the evening before) at 300 + dollars a
room per night, I'll eat breakfast when I'm damn well ready to. Eggs were mostly cooked and juice was free. But at the end of a long day of driving don't it's nice to get to, nice to drive away from a bitter scolding lol

Easy check in after hours. They charge extra if your kids stay, the shower head and shower needed some help in the Cougar room (water sprinkles out on the floor), our scrambled eggs at breakfast were runny and the food was somewhat cold and mediocre. |I really liked the room overall besides the shower and enjoyed the overall look and space of the place. Also, be prepared for a 7am wake up call from the loud helicopters that seem to take off every 15 minutes starting around 7am. The staff were very welcoming and kind. This place has the potential to be amazing. It is very clean.

In Sept 2024, Bell2 hosted my party of over 12. For our stay at Bell2, my party required some unique arrangements, which evolved prior to and on the day of our arrival. The staff, particularly the Assistant Manger, addressed the needs of my party with patients, grace, innovation, and a smile. I can't thank Bell2 enough for making our stay productive, enjoyable, and restful. I highly recommend Bell2!

If you want a way out of the way place to stay this is it. Everything was really nice. The rooms are large, clean and very well kept. If I had any suggestions it would be to open the restaurant for more than just breakfast and leave the Cafe for lunch and snacks. I got there at 4:15 and hot meals stop at 4:30. After a long drive it's nice to have a good dinner. But that was a minor issue of mine. They still offer sandwiches after 4:30 until I believe 8:30.

Just stopped in for coffee heading down the Cassiar and was happily surprised at how stylish the buildings are and by the cafe’s menu. In addition to barista-made espresso and coffee drinks they offer freshly prepared salads and sandwiches, plus grab and go snacks and ice cream. There is also a restaurant and lodging, campsites and RV parking plus gas, diesel and propane. Unexpected full-service comforts in a beautiful, remote location.

An amazing heli-ski trip based at Bell2Lodge. It's a 4 hour (5hour if weather bad) bus trip from Terrace but well worth it. It's relaxed, friendly and welcoming, but with a luxury feel to it. Our room was huge and had a great wood burning stove to keep us warm. Restaurant food was delicious with a healthy slant too - which was perfect. Lively bar upstairs and reasonably priced.
Staff are all delightful - making our whole experience even more magical. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Very expensive place but at the same time it was very nice as well. No TVs or kitchenette in the room. The Wi-Fi did work in my room. The younger blonde lady who checked me in was indifferent at best and rude at worst. The younger British dude, Tim I think was his name. Was really cool. Guy, really liked him! Great job for him, definitely give him a raise.
I can imagine a lot of people come to a place like this and kind of complain and expect a lot. Overall I'm glad I stayed here and given the circumstances don't regret it at all. It just will cost a lot of money to stay here and all the food here cost a lot of money too. Good luck

Really friendly folks. Made a fuel-stop here and to grab a bite and some coffee.
I got a couple flat whites for my husband and I and instantly regretted it when they asked if I wanted that 12oz or 16oz. A flat white is always 8oz. And when it arrived, it was like drinking milk with the faintest hint of watered down drip coffee. Fair warning to look past the facade of cafe here and go straight for the drip coffee.
The chicken fried rice was chicken and some fried mush with veggies.
While I’m grateful for the fuel, and some form of food in areas where restaurants are scarce, I will try to make my own lunch next time and be wary of these falsely promising stops on the road.
