Before writing my review, I decided to read the other reviews for the first time. And warning, this will be a long review as I have alot to say. As expected, Bella Blanca has amazing reviews. We just got married last week at Bella Blanca. When we started our search for a venue over a year ago, we went to at least a dozen venues before we were going to decide to sign with one. Bella Blanca was the last venue that we went to go look at. I called Hyak and set up an appointment to come meet him and see the venue. When we arrived at the venue, I didn't need to ask for pamplets and say "we will think about it and give you a call later." We signed our contract and put down the deposit that very day.
Reading the reviews, they have 2 bad ones. I would like to counter those two based on not just my own experience but also my husband, our family, and our friends. First off, one of them was about the tasteless food and employees that didn't speak english. Every guest that I checked in with said the food was amazing, the staff was attentive and got them everything they needed and asked for, and there was more food then they could eat. We even took home 6 big containers of extra food at the end of the night. That particular review from a guest at someone else's wedding said not to be fooled by the bright lights and floral arrangements in the photos. Well, our wedding was very minimal on decorations because the venue itself was so beautiful even when all the lights weren't on and with empty tables that we didn't put a ton of thought into the decor because we knew the venue itself was already beautiful. The second was about the marble stairs. We had little kids, a whole wedding party (18 of us), and our older parents constantly going up and down those stairs to get from the bridal suite to the reception area, we took many photos on those stairs, and we were carrying things up and down those stairs. Unless you are 5 drinks in and flying down those stairs, you should be walking down those stairs as you would any stairs. And FYI, there is an elevator. We used it to take our toddler in her stroller up and down.
Now, as for my own experience as the bride, I couldn't be more happier of the outcome! We sat down and talked about pricing and for everything we were getting, it was an amazing price. The staff was amazing! The waitress that was assigned to us was very attentive. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have had even a bite to eat that day. She made sure I at least took bites of my food and made sure I drank lots of water. The rest of the waiters and waitresses were very polite to all the guests. The food was nonstop for our guests. Not one guest left hungry or thirsty. Everyone, when I say everyone, was happy, I mean it. There bridal suite was amazing and bigger then most studio apartments. I am very detailed so I brought things that I thought we would need. For example a steamer for our dresses. But to my surprise, one was available to us in the bridal suite. The venue was clean from the bridal suite to the reception hall, to the patio, to the bathrooms. As for Hayk, he was the best! He helped me with my table setting. He constantly made sure that we had everything we needed and checked in all the time. He even worked with my wedding party the day of to make sure that everything was going accordingly. He was constantly checking in and was there with us from the very beginning of our day all the way until we were done. We had alot of stuff that we needed to pack up to take with us. He told us that we should go home and rest and that we could always come back Monday and he would meet us to get the rest of our things. But we managed to get everything loaded so we didn't have to come back. The one thing that I appreciated the most about the venue was the fact that they gave us options, but did not pressure us to purchase more. We didn't feel pressured into adding other things and only added what we wanted for example the coffee bar. Which was a HUGE hit might I add. Hayk and his team set up tables and flowers in the patio area for us without us even asking. He even said if we didn't like it, he could put it away but we were so thankful that he did that. I honestly prepared myself for a very stressful day since it was our wedding day and there was so much to do. But Hyak and his staff did an amazing job with setup and I was so happy when I saw the reception area. We had our toddler at the wedding so I was able to concentrate on my baby instead of making sure the venue did their job because with Hayk's leadership that day, his staff set the tables beautifully and our centerpieces were not grand but looked amazing. I appreciated the fact that he checked on me to make sure that everything was going good and that we were happy and our guests were having a good time.
So...if you have read this far, I recommend booking Bella Blanca! We will definitely be back for our baby's birthday! Thank you Hayk and Bella Blanca staff!
