This place was amazing and so was the food. We stopped here on our way to Pigeon Forge to celebrate our anniversary and we are so glad we did. Its a very intimate atmosphere and the food was AMAZING! We started with the calamari as a appetizer. I had the pork chop with the strawberry sparkler cocktail and my husband had the gorgonzola filet with a red wine. The service and food was top tier. Everything came out fresh and we were able to sample the foccacia thats made fresh everyday and it was awesome. Definitely try this place if every in the area.

My husband and I came here for my birthday. The food was delicious. I got the pasta tossed in the cheese wheel, and my husband got the fettuccine Alfredo with salmon For dessert, we got the tiramisu and the chocolate pot de crème. Everything was delicious! When they said there was vodka in the pasta with the cheese wheel, I was kind of hesitant… But really the combination of the cheeses and the vodka in the sauce was perfect! And I noticed in one of the reviews somebody had mentioned their pasta wasn’t as hot as the rest of the meals… I wonder if that’s because if you get it too hot, the cheese will separate. The guy who did my pasta was very knowledgeable and very kind and answering our questions about what he was doing, and was really a great conversationalist. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and the servers and our food. The pot de crème is some of the best I’ve ever had. It really was so light - this was the perfect amount of chocolate and such a delicious dessert and the tiramisu was out of this world!

Service at Bella was outstanding, attentive without ever feeling pushy. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and perfect for a date night or slow dinner. I ordered the salmon and it was cooked exactly right and plated with real care. My wife had the chicken marsala and it was excellent as well. We also ordered the "cheese wheel" which is an absolute must when you visit. The only downside is the limited choice of side dishes, but everything we had was top tier. Highly recommend.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was fantastic! We’ve had arancini in Sicily and Bella’s was just as good. The cheese wheel fettuccini Alfredo was delicious and the grilled chicken paired well with it. We will definitely be back!

Went with the whole family for a birthday celebration, 12 of us so we had the mezzanine floor to ourselves & it turned out perfect! The staffs were friendly, our server was very attentive without being obtrusive. The foods were delicious, everybody was happy with their orders. The birthday girl got a free dessert, she picked the Apple Crostata & it was so so good! 🤌

We stopped in here while visiting Maryville and had a great experience. Our waiter Alexander was very kind and super personable; he also makes a delicious caramel latte. We ordered the Alfredo and Caesar salad combo and it did not disappoint. The Caesar dressing tastes like it’s made in house and is very light with notes of lemon and potent garlic (which we enjoyed). The Alfredo was yummy, but I love my Alfredo extra saucy, so if you’re the same ask for extra! We finished our meal with the lemon mascarpone cake…wow! Super light and delicious. Will stop by again if we are ever back in the area!

We had a great experience at Bella. Samantha was very professional and attentive to our needs. The food is extraordinary, it’s flavored to perfection, the wheel pasta tasted exactly Iike in Italy 🇮🇹 and the Gorgonzola fillet was perfect. For appetizer we had the arancini and we can definitely say they are made in the house. See you soon! We are coming back for sure ❤️

We had the BEST experience at Bella tonight! We were celebrating being 2 months out from our wedding and everything about the evening felt so special. Our server, Alexander, was absolutely AMAZING- attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the experience fun and memorable. The bread service was wonderful, the Caesar salad was EXCEPTIONAL, and the pasta cheese wheel was such a cool (and delicious) experience. After dinner, I had the Vanilla Beam Alexander and WOWWW so good 🤍 My fiancé ordered the Italian donuts, and they even brought out a little sparkler, which made the whole night feel extra celebratory and fun. From start to finish, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you again, Alexander, for such an unforgettable night! ✨💍🍝

This restaurant is amazing! The food was extremely delicious and even though it was a little expensive; I would pay the price for it again because of how good it was! The service was also matching the food; very good! We had Lauren as our waitress and she was amazing! She kept up on refilling our drinks and was checking in on us and how we were doing! The ambiance also matched everything else; expensive and so nice! (also the bathrooms were very clean!) 10/10 restaurant!

Came here today for a very belated Birthday lunch with my husband. It was our second time here and just reminded us of how great this place is. Everything from start to finish was really good. Our server Terri-Lynne (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was amazing. She was attentive and friendly and gave great recommendations. We started off with their arancini which was super flavorful. You get six of them paired with their sweet and spicy pomodoro sauce, they were nice and crispy on the outside and melty on the inside. The sauce was really good with it. I got their combination lunch with their beet salad and the penne al pomodoro. I had the salad last time I was here and it was just as good as I remembered it. Nice, light and refreshing. The pears and beets have great texture to it. The penne was perfectly cooked with a slight chew and went nicely with the sauce and the burrata cheese that was on top. My husband, got the short rib flatbread which was really tender meat and the bread cooked nicely. Everything tasted amazing. Since we were celebrating my belated birthday, our server brought out a dessert for us. I chose the apple crostata with the vanilla gelato on top. It was light and flaky with the apples being perfectly tender. I loved the cider sauce that was drizzled over it. Between the two of us we demolished it. It was just so good. I really enjoyed our lunch here. The service and the food were both spot on and it's a great place to have a little date in the middle of the day. We will definitely be back.

If you're anywhere near Maryville and craving quality Italian food, do yourself a favor and go to Bella. I had the fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken parm, and both were absolutely delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the Alfredo sauce was rich, creamy, and full of flavor without being too heavy. The chicken parm? Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and smothered in just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming--perfect for a date night, family dinner, or just treating yourself. Service was attentive and friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh. You can tell they care about what they're serving. Bella is a hidden gem in Maryville that I'll definitely be returning to!

Well, so much for my keto diet. Three days on the road hauling my daughter's horse to our final destination and we as family come here. Here! I really tried y'all but that artisan bread and the table side cheese wheel with pasta. Shhhiiiiiiiit. I was gone baby!

My food was very good. I really enjoyed the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. My friend struggled a little with her order because they did not have what she wanted. She said her dish did not have much sauce on it. The restaurant was very busy for a Tuesday night which I thought was pretty surprising. I was glad we had a reservation. The restaurant was very nice. They were out of the dessert that we wanted to order, which was a little disappointing. We ended up with tiramisu and a specialty drink. We were very happy with that.

The food was very good! However, they were understaffed and several requests to our server when unanswered. The table side preparation at our table was very underwhelming and not up to the amazing demonstration at the table next to us. We were treated to dinner to celebrate our 50th anniversary and while we enjoyed the company, the experience was just OK.

As always, everything about Bella was nice. Rachael was our bartender and we look forward to seeing her when we come to Bella. She makes a mean drink, and is incredibly pleasant. We had appetizers tonight and I wish I could make these artichokes at home. They are perfection here, and I have never had artichokes that taste as good as these anywhere. Thanks, Bella, for never letting us down.

Food 5/5 - Absolutely loved both dishes! The chicken was juicy and flavorful. Steak was cooked to order and truffle fries were tasty. I would love to try more dishes here! Service / Ambiance 5/5 - The ambiance is quite charming and elegant. Service was helpful and attentive. I loved the table side pasta experience and sparkler/candle birthday experience!

I had dropped by Bella once without a reservation on a Friday night and they seemed pretty busy. Went back for a group outing from work about 12 of us. They allowed us to use the private room upstairs which was nice. Great tap list with solid choices up and down and the whiskey and tequila selections were great as well. You can definitely find 2 fingers of your favorite pour. We ordered basically every appetizer and the garlic dip, calamari, fried artichokes and meatballs were all outstanding. Great execution on them all. I decided on the mushroom rigatoni which turned out pretty well. The game changer here is the pasta rolled around in the giant cheese wheel. They have a large and small option to choose from and that is some cheesy pasta! I would skip the ribeye, it was mediocre. There were several chocolate martinis going around and the cocktails were solid. We all enjoyed their desserts, the tiramisu looks incredible and the lavender cheesecake was unique. Our waitress Savannah was incredible, she kept us company and our food flowed seamlessly from course to course. Overall make a reservation and bring your significant other, it's a great date night spot.

The food was absolutely amazing we had the beet salad and mushroom rigatoni and app of fried Brussels. The Brussels came in some type sauce which was delicious. I really recommend all 3 and our entries the salad and rigatoni was relatively large portions. For type of restaurant Bella is I was very surprised by price for everything as well semi cheap for what you get. Our server was also great; very friendly and helped us along the menu with wide array of options.

The food was excellent. The need and chicken were nice and tender. The place itself was beautiful. It reminded me of the places we'd go to in Jersey. Great downtown location. We'll be back. The staff were also very good. Service on point.

We decided to come give Bella a second try and this evening was so delightful. The waitress was attentive and very kind. The food was delectable! My husband is obsessed with their truffle fries. I loved everything about this evening.

Good news atmosphere is great and service very friendly and attentive. Bad news is the food has no flavor. Ordered Chicken Marsala, expecting deep rich Marsala favor. We got watered down mushroom gravy... obviously they don't understand the preparation required for authentic Chicken Marsala. Better name would be Blackened Chicken in mushroom gravy served on angel hair pasta. The Grilled Salmon with pesto was acceptable but the asparagus was limp. Terribly overcooked. The highlight of the meal was the appetizer: Brussel sprouts were wonderful and very tasty... Good luck.

I had the immense pleasure of dining at Bella over the weekend and can't say enough about what a great experience it was. The service was impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance is elegant yet relaxed, and the food?! (chef's kiss) Cocktails- on point (try the lucky penny), table side cheese-wheel fettuccini-a delectable event, spinach artichoke dip-best I've ever had, chicken parm-don't get me started, perfect blend of crispy and moist; even the baked fresh daily focaccia service was amazing, and take home the tiramisu if you can't fit it in your stomach. You'll thank me later. Was I full? I still am. Was it worth it? Completely.

Overall, it was a very good experience. The focaccia bread appetizer was very very good, although I'm not a goat cheese fan. But the waiter Alex, was great, and was very happy to bring me some regular butter. But the pesto sauce was amazing to dip the bread in. Definitely recommend the focaccia bread appetizer. I got the tuna salad and a salad itself was excellent, I didn't care for the Aahi tuna as I felt like it was too chewy and not quite crisp enough. Kind of too meaty and cold. But I would order it again. My friend got the pasta dish with the white fish and loved it. Excellent dish. For dessert we got the blueberry cheesecake, which was just OK, there was something bitter tasting in the Dish and I think it was the crust. Although it was worth getting, I'll try something different next time. I got a classic margarita with salt on the rim and it was OK, there was a bittersweet flavor in it which I didn't care for but overall it was a good drink. And my friend got a chocolate martini which was indeed excellent. Overall I'll definitely be back at Bella, it's a great place, great atmosphere.

Bella was a 10/10 all the way from walking into the door until leaving. The cheese wheel pasta was phenomenal, and I'm not even sure how I would ever order anything else. They have the best espresso Martini I have had (knocking the first place one I had in Vegas off the thrown). I cannot wait to go back!

We had an excellent dinner paired with a fine wine. Our server was attentive and checked in on regularly. We dined upstairs with a large group of neighbors. Everything was handled very well. I would recommend Bella to my family and fiends.

Nice restaurant, beautiful interior, maybe a little over the top for the area, seems a little out of place, food was good, but I've had better pasta at an Italian joint then this fancy restaurant, no complaints about the service, worth going at least once for the experience, not somewhere I would choose as a favorite spot, but to each it's own

What an elegant and comfortable place. Food is fantastic. Beautiful bar with very friendly bartender's. Been there 3 times in four weeks. Yes it's that good! Must try.

This is a great restaurant! The warm lights inviting you in from the street. The amazing aromas floating about the air as you wander the street. The happy customers as they leave boasting about how good their meal was. With so many positives, how could one go wrong? ......you can't! As my wife and I drove through town we stumbled upon Bella as we were beginning to get hungry after a long flight home. As we searched forever for parking, we eventually found a spot and it was so worth it. I won't spoil the details of what we ate, as it was all amazing. The pictures that so many before me have posted, just don't do justice. This is truly a hidden gem that if you are looking for an amazing dinner out, you are in for a treat.

My wife and I took our daughter in law and son here for their birthday dinner. We enjoyed the meatballs & calamari for appetizers. Both were delicious! For the main my daughter in law split the table side pasta, with added protein, my wife had the Marsala and son had the salmon. Our food was spectacular! Stacey our server was outstanding. She was very professional and always seemed to show up just when we needed something. Other staff were also attentive clearing empty dishes/glassware. A very enjoyable evening!

Another stellar dining experience at Bella! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a wonderful young man at the hostess stand who confirmed our reservation and seated us immediately at a cozy corner booth towards the rear of the restaurant; perfect spot to enjoy a quiet, intimate evening. Our server, Jordan, was attentive, accommodating and very professional in her craft. The evening began with wine and a salad for each. For our entree, we both decided to indulge in the penne pasta flambé with a side of shrimp. This was a fantastic choice. The wine was tasty and the salads were prepared with fresh ingredients. After our table was cleared of the salad bowls, a member from the "back of the house" approached our table with a rolling cart and introduce himself. He spoke of the ingredients he would be using to prepare our entree and what to expect by melding the ingredients with a large open flame. This was the highlight of our dining experience, one that you do not want to miss out on. Order the Penne Pasta Flambé. We ended the evening with another round of drinks and shared the caramel chocolate brownie cheesecake!

This was our 4th time there. Each time, We brought friends, introducing them to the restaurant as well. This last time, we brought a group of 8 people for a Birthday Celebration. We had Pre-Dinner cocktails, Appetizers, Entrees, Dessert, Coffee and after dinner cocktails. Everything was very good and the waitress was wonderful. Just as soon as we paid the bill, we were told that we had to leave by the Maitre D, because there were other people waiting for our table, and our two hours were up. We spent close to $1,000.00 and this was the way that we were treated. Everyone of my party said that it was such a disgrace and, although they had enjoyed the meal, would never return. What an embarrassment this was to me, and what shame to the owners of this restaurant. Until they fire the Moran that made this idiotic rule and change their idiotic policy, they will never see me again. Shame on you "Bella" your not so "Bella" after all. They would have received 5 stars from us, and had 8 more people that would have added them to their future plans, along with the 15 other people that I have brought them in the past. They will also not be attending because I am letting them all know what they did to us. What a disgrace!!! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on you!!!

We celebrated our 16th anniversary July 25th and loved the service and the food. It was worth every dollar for the great food. The atmosphere is wonderful.

My friend and I went to lunch here after a hike because he said he LOVED going. This was my first time in Knoxville, so he wanted to show me all of his favorite places! I had the Chicken Panini with Truffle Fries, which were delicious!! The truffle fries were just the perfect amount of truffle. For cocktails, I really enjoyed all the different varieties that they have. But I had the Fig Smash: bourbon, lemon, fig simple syrup, tamarind, soda, and amaro. The place had beautiful decorations, as well as lighting! It was such a great time, and I will definitely be back.

We celebrated our anniversary here on Wednesday the 9th, at about 530. The place is very well maintained and cleaned. I wished I could've remembered our servers name but he was awesome. We ordered drinks and I had a creamy espresso martini which was recommend by our server and I'm glad he did because it was so good. Wife ordered a traditional margarita and it's was pretty good as well. Now for the food we ordered truffle fries which were ok, nothing really special about them. Could've used a bit of salt but overall average. For our main entree we ordered the cheese wheel thing. I added shrimp to mine and as for my wife she added chicken. The whole show he did was good and the way it came out was amazing my one and only complaint was he didn't cook out the alcohol enough and you could taste it in the finish. With 100 proof alcohol you really gotta cook it to get it out. Wasn't bad but did put a bit of a damper on the flavor profile. My shrimp was cooked perfectly, not rubbery or crumbly and my wife's chicken had so much flavor without it being too seasoned. We had a free dessert due to use celebrating our anniversary. We ordered the donuts which weren't good at all. Very oily and had a bit of an old fryer oil smell to it. Which would make sense on why they were oily. If I had paid for the donuts I would've rated it a 4 but since didn't and everything else was on point 5 it is. Thank you Bella for making our 14 year anniversary great.

What a nice addition to downtown Maryville! Bella is located in the old Sullivans location, and it honestly feels like you're in a big city with its sophisticated vibe. I met a friend here for dinner several weeks ago. I selected the Tuscan Shrimp Pasta, which was exceptional. My date ordered a fillet and said it was top notch as well. Service was great - attentive without being hovery. I'll definitely be visiting Bella again in the future!

We had a truly lovely meal at Bella. We ordered calamari (husband was excited to see the tentacles since so many places leave them out), fried artichokes, a small portion of creamy pasta prepared in a cheese wheel, and the Wednesday night special of spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was fantastic, offering suggestions and recommending my daughter and I share the cheese wheel pasta after we explained we didn't want a ton of leftovers. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. The half mood booths are great - we loved the privacy. I wish we'd had time for a leisurely dinner because I could see spending a few hours with cocktails, apps, mains and dessert. Parking was also a breeze in the lot across the street (it was a Wednesday and we got there around 5:30pm...by the time we left at 6:30pm the lot was full). We'll be back the next time we're in Maryville.

A wonderful upscale restaurant in downtown Maryville. The atmosphere is perfect. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. I continue to die here on a regular basis.

My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. We had a very romantic experience here. The food was delicious and the Pasta Wheel is a must-have. The menu doesn't explain your options very well, but you can either order 1 entrée or 2 sides (for 2 people) in order to receive the table side pasta service. You can also order proteins (meatballs, shrimp, steak, salmon) at an additional cost which isn't stated on the menu. We thought the Salmon was better than the Sirloin due to flavor and texture. Both needed a little more seasoning, but overall it was tasty. Next time, I want to try the Octopus, Meatballs, and Beef Short Ribs!

I went for brunch for the first time. I was disappointed in the breakfast dish I had. I had the Caprese Frittata and it was cooked way too long. It was almost too tough to eat. Anyway, didn't want to send back as I was with others. I have been to Bella's several times for lunch and dinner which have all been good. Just won't be ordering breakfast food at brunch. Service was great. This review is just for the experience I had on this visit.

My husband had the grouper Piccata over angel hair pasta. I shared the fettuccine Alfredo with a friend that they made at the table in a round hollowed out cheese wheel. Another friend had the pasta ragu with meatballs. All meals were delicious! We highly recommend and definitely will go back. Service was excellent!

A great experience all around! Bella has some of the most delicious food in the area, and great service to match. There was a 90 minute wait for a table due to prom nights, however they were able to seat us immediately outside on their patio which was a fine ambiance, but I'm sure inside would be much better. The cheese wheel pasta is actually SO delicious, as well as the focaccia bread(which is some of the best bread I've had in a while) and the brussel sprouts. I definitely recommend checking Bella out for a nice dinner that won't break the bank.

The restaurant itself is very nice inside, and the staff are very professional and friendly. We weren't super impressed with the food through. Especially for the price. While the quality of the food seemed very good, it just didnt taste great. I was especially disappointed in the cheese wheel pasta. I liked the taste of the cheese alone, but their combination with the Alfredo and parmesan just wasnt good. Having said that, I've never had thay before so maybe it's supposed to taste that way. Regardless, I thought it was pretty over priced.

We ordered the filet, pasta wheel, and salmon. Everything was so good! The pasta is delicious and huge, very tasty. Love the ambience and decor as well. A cozy and intimate feel, we would definitely go back.

I recently went to Bella's for a late lunch. I found the menu to be a bit limited and the service was slow for a weekday. The food was very average, nothing special for the price. No bread is even brought to the table. Drinks are overpriced. There are plenty of other restaurants that offer lower priced drinks at that time of the day with Happy Hour prices. I just felt that at the very least have a lunch special. Maybe it was just an off day, but I would call it average to below.

I'm not sure how to frame this... I love Lasagna, we were in the area and chose this restaurant sight unseen. The ambiance was really nice, service was attentive, but the lasagna was loaded with spices, really too much for me personally. I brought home most of it and my husband finished it up later. No one else had any complaints.

We came here for dinner after seeing the 4 star review. However, something must have been off. We ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo made in the Grana Padano cheese wheel. The pasta was seriously under seasoned. Even my 2 young granddaughters noticed it. My daughter ordered the Mushroom Pasta dish and she had to add salt too. The waitress was attentive but service was pretty slow for a rainy Sunday evening at 5:30.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Bella's. We arrived in Saturday at 5:00 pm on a reservation. We ordered meatballs. Wheel, with shrimp, small salad. Perfect in every way!. Service impeccable. All around we would recommend this place to anyone. As a special treat they served us for his 85 birthday, Italian donuts with three different toppings. Chocolate, raspberry, powered sugar. Save your money and don't miss this place. Ambiance perfect!
