This hotel mirrored the fabulous reviews. We did a lot of research and this hotel was exactly what previous guests say it is. PERFECT ||Staff are so friendly and if you get to deal with receptionist Camilla, you will be in safe hands. She was outstanding with her helpfulness and kindness ||The included Breakfast was yummy ||We had room 213, this was a deluxe and had fantastic views over Brasov square. This room is on a road but when windows closed you cannot hear any traffic.||Room was serviced daily and all was clean and met expectations ||Hotel Parking is very limited and is 50LEI per day. It is a 4min walk away from the hotel. ||There is a restaurant linked to the hotel but we did not use||Overall a typically Romanian establishment ||Do not hunt any further. Click BOOK NOW

Stayed here as part of a tour and it was really lovely. Rooms were cosy and warm, the shower was SUPER powerful and it was SO quiet I slept so amazingly well. Staff were excellent and the restaurant downstairs is also great. Would recommend

I'm rounding up a bit because the staff is wonderful and the location can't be beat (directly across from the main square). ||The rooms are small but beautiful and the whole place seems to be recently updated. Beautiful stone flooring, clean, well kept.||Some small nits: the wifi in the room was horrible. I had a few video calls and had to hotspot my phone and use data. It really shouldn't be so bad in 2025 no matter where you are in the world. The outlets and desk/storage space in the room was very small. I was only there for 2 nights but if it was a longer stay, it would have been inconvenient. ||The staff was so nice. I had an early morning tour of Bran Castle (and other places) so didn't have time to sit for breakfast, but they encouraged me to pack up a to-go box to eat on the bus. That was a great idea. Thank you!||If I return to Brasov, I'm sure I would stay here again, but I might try for a larger room.

Nice restaurant in cellar of hotel. Nice atmosphere. Discount available if staying in hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. We tried various local dishes, none of which disappointed.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Brasov Old City - we spent two nights here and had a fantastic time. Friendly staff, clean hotel room and a restaurant attached with delicious breakfast buffet & great lunch/dinner menu, would definitely recommend to stop by here.

Very well located right on the square and yet not noisy and very spacious room. Only thing is there is no elevator so carrying luggage is a headache but we were helped by this wonderful srilankan boy working in the hotel sorry I forgot his name who helped us with our luggage when checking in and checking out .

The location and breakfast was wonderful and the waitresses were kind and friendly all the time, I really enjoyed the time at the Hotel. Also, they helped us to book at the Parliament in Bucharest by phone. They were very nice and helpful. I hope to come back if I back to Brasov :)

Me and my family had a great time. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They're kind to you and always available. Me and my family had two different rooms and they were all super clean and tidy. The structure is historical but restructured and well-kept. They also offer you a 10% bonus at the restaurant if you booked a room. The food is amazing! The menu varieties from traditional to other types of cuisine. The restaurant has this cozy and warming atmosphere. The location is good because it is the very centre of Brasov. If you come during the weekend you may also find very interesting street markets. I really REALLY recommend this place.
