Me and my family had a great time. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They're kind to you and always available. Me and my family had two different rooms and they were all super clean and tidy. The structure is historical but restructured and well-kept. They also offer you a 10% bonus at the restaurant if you booked a room. The food is amazing! The menu varieties from traditional to other types of cuisine. The restaurant has this cozy and warming atmosphere. The location is good because it is the very centre of Brasov. If you come during the weekend you may also find very interesting street markets. I really REALLY recommend this place.

I'm rounding up a bit because the staff is wonderful and the location can't be beat (directly across from the main square). ||The rooms are small but beautiful and the whole place seems to be recently updated. Beautiful stone flooring, clean, well kept.||Some small nits: the wifi in the room was horrible. I had a few video calls and had to hotspot my phone and use data. It really shouldn't be so bad in 2025 no matter where you are in the world. The outlets and desk/storage space in the room was very small. I was only there for 2 nights but if it was a longer stay, it would have been inconvenient. ||The staff was so nice. I had an early morning tour of Bran Castle (and other places) so didn't have time to sit for breakfast, but they encouraged me to pack up a to-go box to eat on the bus. That was a great idea. Thank you!||If I return to Brasov, I'm sure I would stay here again, but I might try for a larger room.

Lovely little hotel right off a square in the old district. Squeaky clean and modern, free wifi, a/c with a great restaurant underneath (last orders 10PM)..try the beet salad to share.|No washcloths or kleenex. Very helpful front desk for taxi’s and airport transportation. Hotel to Bucharest 3 hours and 110-120 LEI with pickup in front of the hotel. Uber works fine.

I am giving 5 stars even though the room was small and some amenities missing. But there are so many pluses— location right across the street from the main square; excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel was terrific; inexpensive. ||I had an inured foot and difficulty with steps. There are a few steep steps to enter the hotel. There are a few steps even to the ground floor rooms. But u was able to get around even to the underground restaurant.

I booked 2 rooms well before the trip (> 1 month) and one day before the actual stay, I was informed that there has been a problem (no further details, I suspect they double booked) and that we will be moved to another hotel next door. The other option was to put an extra bed in the only room they probably had left, which is first of all nonsense because I paid for 2 rooms and second of all, the reason why I paid for 2 rooms is so that my companions can have their privacy. Sure, it worked out in the end (they *had* to find a solution, that's their job when the problem is on their end), but overall a bad experience (not regarding the hotel itself, but their communication with guests). I am never booking this hotel again, no matter how nice and central it may be. I don't need the stress when I'm supposed to be enjoying my vacation!

The best hotel solution in Braşov we could have found! The room was exactly how it’s described if it’s not even better, perfectly clean and comfortable. The Hotel is really beautiful, the staff is friendly, great and does a great job. The position is, in my opinion, the best in the city, right in front of the principal square and the black church. Great breakfast. In my next vacation to Transilvania I will book for sure to Bella Muzica.

We have stayed at the hotel several times and never disappointed. The front desk staff is welcoming and breakfast team is extremely hospitable. ||The only inconvenience is the parking; there used to be access at the rear of the hotel and now you have to walk up the street. It makes it difficult for dragging your luggage to the hotel.

Stingy, unfriendly hotel, with complacent and uncaring staff, do not book here This hotel has left me no choice but to give it the lowest rating. Before booking and changing my booking over from another third party site to their site directly, I told them, I wanted to pay in advance, they refused, I kept asking. And then of course during the time of my visit the USD took a plunge, I knew it was going to happen. The staff at the hotel, some guy with a nonsense attitude gave me some garbage response about how the US banks charge them high feels for refunding. Frankly speaking it is none of my business about any of that. You as a hotel need to deal with that, not complain to the customers about it. I was not impressed. I wrote them the following email immediately after my stay a few weeks ago and of course, until now, there is no response, once the guest leaves they don't care. I highly suggest not even bothering to stay in Brasov, the attitude of businesses there is money money money. They don't care about customer service or anything else. Come through here, there is no need to stay, or only stay one night and choose a cheaper option because it isn't going to matter, the more you pay does not mean you are going to get more. This hotel is very stingy. Especially charging over 100 Euro a night. 1. Refused to let me pay in advance and on check-in gave me some excuse about refund percentages from US banks. Not my issue, and none of my business, why are you complaining to guests about this? You say you were an accountant in the US, I travel international and deal with US banks all the time, whatever you said is nonsense. I do international business with banks around the world. I know how it works, you just tried to give some nonsense excuse. 2. Charging guests 9 lei for a bottle of water is unbelievable.... the grocery store next to the hotel it costs 3 lei. but you can't even give guests one bottle? Stingy! 3. No slippers, such small cost. 4. No tissues. 5. No bathrobe. 6. Lights flickering in the room for no reason. When asked, shrugs their shoulders has no idea and doesn't bother to check up on it. 7. Just as I was about to leave my room I found a huge bee on my bed. They are lucky and I am lucky that it didn't attack me while in the room. I doubt seriously they did anything about it. My windows were not opened either. I was ill and used the heater during my one night. 8. Also I informed them I didn't want stairs to get to my room as they aren't going to help with baggage and I had no one to help me... They never bothered to inform me that first floor still has steps. Steps to get up to the hotel, and then to my room there were two areas of steps on the first floor to get to my room which was still on the first floor, the same floor as the check-in. I purposely booked first floor as per conversations with them months before my visit! There was no mention about these steps. In Europe generally in most hotels, even lower star rated hotels will have things such as water and a slippers. Bathrobes depend and tissues seem to be hard to find, however, for over a 100 Euro a night, this place is one of the most expensive places in the city center right across from the square, yet, they provide you nothing! The biggest issue is with payment, I asked again and again they refused, the hotel ended up costing me more than 20 USD more because of the exchange rate difference between the time I booked and asked them to pay and the time I actually checked out. As far as I am concerned the hotel owes me $20, which I know they won't pay, so here's your tip, a negative review that I can only hope costs you customers which will be heavier hit on you than my $20. Perhaps you should learn something from my review, but based on your attitude while I was there, I suspect nothing will change. Forgot staying in Brasov, pass through, see the things you want to see, and then move on to another city that is more friendly to tourists, the other cities I stayed in were much happier to see me and offered so much more for a lower price!
