First time visiting this place, and won’t be the last. The restaurant is a quaint little hole-in-the-wall in the back of a grocery store, but easy to find from the signage out front. Service was fast, despite having to wait in line. The people are friendly, and most speak English. The portion sizes are RIDICULOUS, which really took me by surprise. For myself, I ordered a chicken taco, a chicken sope, and a bean and cheese pupusa; I got 2 tacos and a tamale for my husband (not all is shown in this pic)…we probably have enough food for 3 meals for the both of us out of this order LOL. Normally I’d expect a taco or a sope to be the size of the palm of my hand, and a pupusa to be the size of a small/medium-sized cell phone. Not here! You definitely get your money’s worth, especially with the amount of protein and toppings they add. I’ve never had a taco or a sope take up the whole plate LOL. I’m not complaining, just know what you’re getting before you order. Also, the food was very tasty, fresh, well-seasoned and not salty. And the prices are on point.

The Asada Taco was delicious perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor! The price was very reasonable for the quality, and the customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

My last 4 visits have been very disappointing. Although the portions have remained hefty and there's always plenty of meat - there is little else on the burrito. No veggies. I opened it up and found 4 pcs of tiny diced tomato, 5 beans, cilantro, cheese, sour cream and a big hunk of avocado. I bought friends for the first time and they too were disappointed. Said it was just meat in a tortilla. I think I'm done here.

Everything that went out looked delicious. Had the beef soup, very good and tasty. Will definitely go back. My son said he heard they cooking over there. I can say yes they are.

Bella Vista consistently offer authentic Mexican food that is delicious with amazing service. My family and I have been going there for more than 10 years. I have tried other Mexican restaurants, but they do not compare to Bella Vista. In fact, we moved further away and travel without hesitation!

Very welcoming place. This is in the back of a nice Mexican grocery store and the employees are very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and organized. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced.

I've been coming here for over 5 years and they just keep getting better every year and the staff is ALWAYS AWESOME! They've upgraded their restaurant and market and it looks great.

Barbacoa tacos on flour tortillas are my favorite! It's Shredded beef that's moist and melts in your mouth. You have to try it! Also, They have great guacamole, pico de gallo and queso dips. The restaurant isn't fancy it's in a grocery store, but man is it worth ordering and taking home. Hidden gem! The service and staff is friendly and fast!

Hidden gem no more! The place was jam packed! Went on a Saturday night around 7pm ish. Run don't walk to Bella Vista. This Bodega reminded me of home with the food in the back. Took me back to New Yawk..... Food was well seasoned, large portion and priced right. The food did not take long to come. The beef soup was delicious, be sure to squeeze the fresh lime to enhance the flavor as well as the fresh cilantro. The homemade corn tortillas were delicious The chicken and pork tamales did not disappoint. The tacos well seasoned but a bit challenging to eat because of how they are plated. The customer service was great. We will definitely be back. They do have a supermarket probably with some hard to find authentic foods. The pricing was a bit high BUT remember they are a small store and probably can't afford to lower their prices. We will definitely be back. Ohhhhh the gps through me off a little bit but we found it!

Wow! Why can't I find a place like this by me. It was a completely fluke that I found this place, but I am so glad that I did. I had so much fun shopping in the bodega and seeing all of the different items. However, the real gem was the taqueria in the back. They have a ton of seating in the back, all of which was occupied so I order a burrito to go. I order a chicken burrito which came with finely chopped chicken, lettuce, tomato, onions, avocado, beans, and sour cream (this I found to be a bit odd b/c I do not usually have sour cream in burritos) wrapped into a giant heated tortilla. It came with green and red salsa. I could not finish the burrito b/c it was HUGE! However it was very tasty! I also ordered an horchata, but forgot to ask what sweetener was used in it so I could not drink it (due to artificial sweetener allergies), but that is on me. They also have so many cuts of meat in the butcher section. Items that I do not see regularly. If I am ever back out in Conyers, this will be where we get food for sure!

Sometimes 2 of us go and other times our kids and their kids go (up to 18 of us). It is a wonderful experience every time. You walk in the front door and head for tables and chairs to seat yourselves. There are times you may wait for a table, but well worth it. There is a large butcher area, fresh vegetables, and much more. The servings are available in sizes. Lady servers are friendly and hard workers. The food is authentic, prices are reasonable, the workers are wonderful and you will go back again. Maybe to eat there or get food to go. Enjoy an authentic meal and you will be addicted. Your curiosity will get you there.

We only wanted Burritos for dinner last night....however, the Burritos are nearly a full meal on their own which required that we halve each one to store for lunch today. These Burritos are HUGE. Not only HUGE....but loaded. My wife had the Chicken and I went for the Spicy Pork; both fresh and ready for me to pick up in 10 minutes after the call was made. The gals at the register were both friendly and eager to make sure the food was well packed, leak proof and foiled sufficiently enough to still be steaming when I arrived home. Rockdale county residents are very fortunate to have a restaurant that has survived through the downturns, rising costs and building expenses and still thrive using the same game plan since they started. Stop by this location for lunch took a good friend of mine his first time visiting he also purchased a order to go and said he will be back no more stopping at other locations it his favorite spot now all authentic. No more Donatello's for him.

Tacos were absolutely enormous. They were a little on the expensive side (4 dollars-ish per taco) but when you saw how much meat they put on them it made sense. To put it into context I'm a big guy and wasn't super hungry so I ordered 4, but only ate two. Place was in a weird location on a frontage road but it was pretty packed. Huge carnicería inside as well. Very nice market with a good selection of MX items.

I've been coming here for years but in recent years the service and quality has taken a major downturn. This time when I ordered, I was placed on a super long hold twice (which isn't so bad) but when my order was finally taken, the young lady was rushing me off the phone and smacked her teeth, huffing and puffing because I asked how much my order would be. Then I get the order home and it has a hair in it. I used to love this place but I'd rather spend my money at an establishment that treats customers better and takes more care with the food.

The food here is authentic and amazingly delicious!! I returned 3 days in a row and brought my daughter the 3rd day!! Each day there was a crowd in line to get to make a to go order and although the seating area was packed I never had to wait to be seated! My daughter loved the food too, the mega tacos are huge, filled and affordable!! Only $6.42 you have to give them a try! Please note they are located in the back of the carniceria (Mexican grocery store) behind floor and decor on the access road in Conyers. Exit 82 off of Hwy 20 East towards Augusta, SR-138

Food is always good! Fresh ingredients and large portions. I always have some to take home. I've been told it's one of the most authentic Mexican restaurants around Atlanta. The servers are always helpful with the menu and they keep the place clean.

Hidden gem in Conyers. We are originally from Chicago. We know good tacos! Lol. This place is PACKED! The portions are generous. I ordered a taco dinner plus an extra taco. This was our first time there. I wasn't aware of the portions. I basically ordered 6 normal sized tacos! lol. I think you miss out on the experience/ little extras that appear to be standard when you dine in. Definitely going to return. I left off a star because of the difference between the in dinning and take out condiments.

I'm just updating my review, because we still love Bella vista. Only this time I have photos of my order! The amount of food you get is just... it's so much y'all. It's so much and it's so good. Our service is always kind and quick. They're in the back of the store and it's self seat. Im serious though. Go and eat here. It's so good.

They've actually gotten better. Food is fresh and always made correctly. It's like a bodega, the remodel of the store is awesome and you place the orders in the back with a seating area to dine or u can order to go. The service is getting it done, they take your orders and bring the delicious food to you or to go. Love this place, food is always good and huge portions. Not many dining options in Conyers but this is a go to.

I usually get the spicy pork every time, but I got that and the fish and the quality of the food was so good as always the service is always good but sometimes if I have a request, they are not sure what I'm saying. The ambience of the restaurant is fair. It's nothing too fabulous but it's not horrible. Overall I love this place.

Best tacos in conyers hands down! The tacos are extremely big and just two will have you full! The restaurant is at the back of the grocery store but everyone there is always so nice and attentive. This is definitely my go to spot for tacos because they have NEVER disappointed! You can also shop for groceries while waiting on your food. A win win! Love this place

Long walks on beaches and awesome bike cruises. Movies on Imax and sweet deals on booze...amazing cheap tacos, these are a few of my favorite things One reason to escape the city is that these types of tacos are hard to come by there, even in authentic Hispanic settings like this. They are overstuffed in the good way with delicious meats and at the right price. I got the Asada and the lingua, which was a little more $$, but would be anywhere. My friends two giant tacos with rice, beans, and chips all together came to just around $10. We ate at around 2pm and by dinner time I was still full with delicious tacos in my belly. The waitresses here were so super nice here and the food came out lightning fast. You eat at the tables set up in the Mercado and there's a nice selection of drinks in the coolers. I also enjoyed a giant, refreshing horchata. The menu is huge and I would be interested to try other things the next time I'm in town.

Bella Vista taqueria (in the back of the store) offers authentic Mexican food for here and to-go. I ordered a to-go order today and it was the green sauce enchiladas with rice and beans. The restaurant provided salsa verde, a spicy red sauce, and a box of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, limes, and avocado in the bag as well. I've ordered the green sauce enchiladas before, so I knew they'd be good! I did forget to ask for the chicken to be diced, because they normally leave it whole (large pounded pieces). I wish they would stuff the enchiladas with diced chicken instead of leaving whole pieces on top. Bella Vista is the only Mexican restaurant that does this. ‍.

Delicious and authentic Mexican style tacos!!! It's something about Tuesdays that makes you want tacos (thanks Lebron lol). I decided to order tacos for lunch near my job and found this gem. They are located in a grocery market but don't let the store front appearance fool you this place makes some great tacos! I order 4 tacos (2 Carne Asada, 1 Pollo, 1 Al Pastor) the tacos are a good size loaded with meat, fresh onions, cilantro and lime on the side. 2 will definitely leave you satisfied. All the tacos were honestly delicious and seasoned so well. My favorite was the streak tacos absolutely amazing! They are also a great value at $3.99 per taco. I would highly recommend this spot if you are in search of good authentic tacos in the conyers area.

Omg! What a find! Hometown butcher inside! Wonderful big burritos, Mega tacos and Ceviche. Fast and delicious. They have a great selection of latin grocery store items as well.

Oh my dayyyys - if you're looking for delicious Mexican food that's LEGIT, look no further than Bella Vista! First off, we already surmised the food was gonna be good as soon as we rolled up and realized that the "restaurant" is also a carneceria and little supermarket. These random azz multitasking places be turning out THE BEST FOOD! IYKYK Everything we ordered was tasty - nachos, chicken quesadillas, and the burritos. Plus everything was generously portioned - well don't threaten me with a good time! Good food, and lots of it? Sign me up!!! My only red flags were (1) that the ground beef burrito basically had nothing but meat and cheese in it - where was the rice, lettuce, tomato? Every bite was just a mouthful of ground beef. Not ideal. And (2) they served the food in styrofoam carryout containers. i know paper-based serving ware is more expensive, but i'll pay a dollar extra to NOT ingest harmful chemicals with my delicious food, please and thanks. Other than these infractions, Bella Vista is where it's at.

Best authentic Mexican food ever! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants low cost, and fresh quality best taste authentic Mexican cuisine.

I just tried this place today, so let's give a quick run down, shall we? So for starters, I called Bella Vista late this morning after my car dealer appointment and ordered an asada burrito since I saw it was nearby, and was a bit confused when I dialed out from their Yelp listing and saw that I was calling "MoneyGram". I know iPhones have a caller ID system that will show the names of registered businesses, so I didn't know whether or not this was the correct place at first. Secondly, I don't know if this was just an Apple Maps issue, but the GPS was throwing me for a loop when trying to locate the address as it was bringing me to the side of the Floor & Decor, and then jumping around my current location relocating. I eventually ended up finding it by just ending the navigation and following the marker while it was in proximity mode. You'd have to come out of the complex down the side road to the right, and you'll find it in the next complex on the right. Now when I arrived I didn't know if I was at the right location because not only did the store front say "Bella Vista 2", but it wasn't a regular brick and mortar location, but it was inside of a small grocery store. (The restaurant is in the back of the grocery store by the way.) The line wasn't long which was a plus, but be aware that the menu prices listed in the photos as of 01/27/2023 are incorrect. Hopefully someone updates them accordingly. Lastly, the part you're all curious about being the taste. I've got to admit that it was a great tasting burrito and I'll give it a 4.2/5. I gave it a bite as I was headed home, but ended up having to wrap it back up because I didn't want to be a glutton eating it all in the car, lol. I give it a 4.2/5 because while it was very filling and flavorful, the avocado that was put in it was all in one small section, so when biting it I got just a mouthful of avocado, and not much of the rest of the burrito. Overall, I definitely recommend this place, but it's your first time going, you may be a bit confused finding it.

We would have never found this place had it not been for Yelp. The front part of the building doesn't look like much and when walking in, it's a Mexican Food Market. We walked towards the back and there is a seating section with simple tables and chairs that would accommodate up to 50 people. We visited at lunch on a Tuesday around 11:30am and it wasn't crowded then. We seated ourselves (party of 5) and the waitress came immediately to our table to get our orders. We chose drinks out of the nearby cooler. The meals were excellent, generous portions, and food was at our table within 10 minutes. While waiting for our food, we browsed the unique market. We love authentic Mexican food and this is by far the best around. The service was friendly and helpful and checking out was interesting. We had to tell the cashier what we had (honor system) and was checked out quickly. We will be back next time in town. This was overall an amazing experience.

Great local authentic Mexican food. Tucked in the back of this authentic Latin food mart, you can easily browse for a few items while you wait. We've gotten burritos both times. My partner likes the Al pastor and I had the asada and the carnitas the second time. Both were good but I prefer asada in general. You can sit in their dining area, as there is a decent amount of seating. Definitely our new go to for authentic tacos and burritos.

I had the chicken Burrito and wow! It was huge! And very tasty. Probably the best burrito I've had for a few years. It was fully loaded inside with beans, rice, chicken, tomatoes, sour cream, lettuce, and avocado. We'll definitely be back when in the area again.

The food was alright. The spot is a little ducked off. I'm glad I'm got to try it because I love tasting new food, however I probably wouldn't buy it on my own again. The Torta was pretty good the next day. The tacos were yummy. I just feel like I've had better. They have dine in available right now so that's pretty cool. It's also a restaurant and a store.

The area was very unassuming, however, once we walked into the Mexican grocery store and smelled all the deliciousness we knew we were in the right spot. The food is hands down some of the best Mexican food I've had in a very long time. The portions are on the ridiculous side. I ordered three "street tacos" or just tacos. Two carne Asada and one Al Pastor. My wife had a tamal. That monstrosity of a tamale was enough to feed three people and it did not disappoint. It was full of well seasoned chicken. All in all, this is now our "go to" whenever we roll through Atlanta.

Where have you been ALL MY LIFE!! This place is truly the real deal! Incredible Real Mexican Food!! Love it! We won't have to go back to California or Arizona anymore to get real deal... So grateful to Yelp for helping us find this place. Makes me miss my Mexican family back in Arizona.

I enjoy the chicken tacos, it is a hole in the wall spot located in the back of a grocery store. Some of the better Mexican food I have tried while being in Georgia.
