Nice relaxed direct booking & check in. Well appointed, very clean & comfortable. Great location & easy walking distance to the likes of Forsyth Barr, Museum, University, Shopping. Wouldn’t hesitate to try & book here again when in Dunedin.

Thank you for my wonderful 1 night stay. After a long drive, it was such a pleasure to relax in a spotless, spacious, well equipped room. Owners and their little dog are friendly and helpful, ensuring they made parking space for me on a busy night. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and see you next time!

Absolutely lovely. I have stayed in 2 rooms so far and both were amazing. The Pet Friendly add is a bless. The hosts are extremely well coming. It is clean, and has everything you need.

Late check in ( about 1:30am ) Room was kept warm and ready with light on, in order for us to find it without difficulty. Since we had stayed before there was no fuss over the immediate payment. Late check out was given at a minimal charge .

Perfect for our 3 night stay in Dunedin. The location is close to our venue, but also had many fast food outlets within steps of Bella Vista. Even though the area is busy, there is very little traffic noise. The hosts could not be more friendly or helpful. Highly recommeded. Hope to be back next year.

Loved the location and lovely welcoming owners . My son and dog even had their own room . Amazing to find somewhere dog friendly. Highly recommend this place. East walk to the city center and lots of food options close by .

Located very close to the city center, Bella Vista is a great place to stay. It is surrounded by a lot of Fast food joints and also some good breakfast places. The check-in was a breeze, rooms were well appointed with a hot plate, cutlery, crockery, mini fridge. Great for business travelers and even families

Ok, the good: our room was clean, the shower hot, and we were warmly welcomed by the chatty owner. We had requested the continental breakfast which was sufficient but not exciting.|The bad: tight parking is right next to the front door of your unit, so it's noisy. Worse we had people making racket at midnight, at 5AM, and a raucous shouting fight between a man and a woman around 6AM. So don't expect quiet solitude.|Can't say I'll be back. But at least the room was good and the property well maintained.|
