We visited this restaurant with my husband and our young son, hoping to enjoy a nice dinner together.
Upon arrival, we asked if there was a table available. After a long pause, we were told that there were no free tables, but we were welcome to order takeaway.
While we were browsing the menu to consider that option, a larger group (around 9 people) walked in. We even had a brief, friendly conversation with them, during which we mentioned that we couldn’t get a table either. To our surprise, just moments later, the staff seated them—despite the fact that they also hadn’t made a reservation.
The place seemed cozy and the food looked promising, but we never got the chance to experience it. We were left feeling humiliated and treated unfairly. After what happened, we no longer felt comfortable ordering food to go, and we decided to leave.
It was very disappointing to see that in the hope of higher profit, they completely compromised their integrity. We expected hospitality, but instead were made to feel unwelcome and insignificant.
