⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m not just saying this because I really like Tina—she genuinely made my experience amazing. When I first visited Bellagio Nails last week, I was impressed right away. I came back today to fix a broken nail, and Tina was so attentive and kind. She even remembered me, which says a lot about the level of care they give their clients. The customer service here is truly unmatched compared to other nail salons in the area. If you’re looking for top-notch work and a relaxing, enjoyable experience, I highly recommend walking into Bellagio Nails and giving them a try.

It was my first time at Bellagio Nails. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had nail extensions done and was having such a lovely treatment I decided to get a pedicure. I don’t remember what the name of the pedicure was but let’s just call it the ultimate deluxe was well worth the money. I will definitely return when I am back in the Fall.

Leon did beautiful work on my nails and Amy gave me a great pedicure! Very clean salon, staff was courteous! Go!

I’m a regular here and Kathy (pedicure) and Helen ( nails ) never disappoint. My nails and toes always come out great. The owner is very attentive to all of his customers needs and very funny

Came here as they showed good reviews but left unsatisfied . I asked for the almond shape nails. I got square nails instead which I said needed to be more rounded. Also, one nail was broken and they did not want to fix it, I told them they have to and with some back and forth in very broken English, they decided to put a gel dip layer on. But that stuck to my finger and when the lady tried to shave off the gel of my finger she cut completely into my skin. When I want to pay I stood there waiting for 10 min before someone can. Then there was a back and forth about paying with a credit card and fees and tips. I said I did not have cash, they suggested to use the in house ATM which I did not feel comfortable with. Then the guy asked if I had Zelle and I said yes. I sent the money with 10% tip which honestly they did not even deserve. Then the guy announced the tip amount in the entire room completely shaming me. I have had my nails done in my prior nail salon but moved here so need to find a new place, but this will not be the place I go back and would not recommended it.

I really enjoyed getting my nails done at Bellagio. I'm not from the area and it's nice to know when I come and visit that I can pop in when needed. The pricing is pretty reasonable. I usually get a pedicure. Pedicures begin at $35 and the packages go up to $75 for a luxury pedicure. They recently upgraded their pedicure chairs and manicure tables. Their staff is very friendly. They accept cash or card. They do have an ATM in the salon if you need to withdraw cash.

On vacation and the girls (little & grown up) in my family wanted to go get their toes and fingers painted. I had a pedicure by Nancy and it was the best foot and leg massage of my entire life!! And I've been getting pedicures for years. They were super nice and accommodating for all our girls. Definitely going back next time we are in town!!

I had great customer service here. I wanted something different (flames) and they were able to accommodate. I got gel. A week later I had a little chip and I was upset, but I walked back in and the first person who greeted me, took immediate care of me! Her name is Tina. She sat me, asked what happened, and explained how to prevent in the future. And didn't hesitate to make me feel comfortable. Friendly, clean, overall a happy camper!!

I brought my niece here for a manicure on her 11th birthday. The girls at Bellaggio Nail and Spa did a fabulous job on her nails and making her feel comfortable. I was happy with my mani-pedi as well. Will definitely come back again!

From the moment you enter you see the attention of the staff they are very loving . The place is very clean and very comfortable the service is the best the massage after the cutting your nails is the best . They make you fell the best

Leon is fantastic! He is very professional and the quality of his work is just exceptional. He never cuts me and he understands exactly what I wanted. I think it will be better if you can show him a picture and he can color match it for you . You just have to be clear on what you want.

This is the best shop ever. I've been coming here for 6 years. Peter and Tina are great. Very accommodating whenever I need nails done or repaired.

As always Helen always delivers, showered her a pic of the nails I wanted and she exceeded the expectations. I went with a Dip French tip + pearls for my wedding day. The vibe is always friendly and they are understanding when you are in a rush and you need hurry up and get out of there. I have already posted a review but wanted to share my wedding nails

Tina was so professional and welcoming. The shop is clean and organized. The fall decorations were adorable and tasteful. I was referred by a family member who has been coming here for years.

We made two appointments for manicures. They were ready for us, on time! The nail techs were efficient, friendly, and thorough. And they were quick! We didn't sit around unattended to (so frustrating when a nail techs has to get up and go do something else in the middle of your appointment- that did NOT happen here). Owner was friendly and one of the other nail techs in salon had just received her citizenship and it was great to see the recognition from fellow employees as well as the owner! Price was competitive and worth it!

Great service. Very clean and nice decor but I have had several people do a pedicure and the result was nothing fantastic, just average. Tom did an excellent job with the dip but he is no longer there. The two other women who took care of me did not do a good job.

This place always has good quality people who get your nails done the way you want them. I just schedule ahead of time, because they are busy, especially on the weekend. They are very friendly, helpful, and dedicated.I've been coming to them for years.

I usually do not complain ever. I just shrug and go on with my day. But I'm paying for a service and I expect to get the FULL service not half. I would come here all the time for my gel pedicures. I recently went and I paid for the 55$ gel pedicures that comes with a 7min massage. I only got a 30 second rub. Also I had to ask the to get the lotion at the end. Do I have to put a timer on my phone to get my full service I paid for?

I've only had my nails done here at bellagio twice. I usually go elsewhere but my nail lady was out of town and I needed a last minute appointment. The first time, I had a decent result. I thought the owner was short and rude and abrasive but because my nails turned out decent, I decided to come back again at another time when my regular nail lady was out of town. I got a nude color with chrome as you can see on the third finger on the photo. Shortly after getting my nails done, I could see the colors change in the first two fingers. I didn't think much of it and assumed that it was color transfer from wearing dark pants. When my nail lady came back from her vacation at another location, I made an appointment to see her and she immediately said that this is not color transfer but that it was fungus and removed the acrylic. This was what was growing underneath due to lack of sanitary practices and the application of the technique. There was a lift and they didn't properly fix the lift and kept applying the dip powder with a lift on the nails causing moisture and bacteria to enter under the nails in addition to the lack of sanitation practices, resulting in the infection. Now I cannot get my nails done and am using a prescription anti fungal topical to get rid of this but I would highly recommend to be cautious with this place.

The first time I came in I had a pretty good experience, so I decided to come back again but right away I knew it was going to be bad. Let me start by saying, I rarely have some me time, due to being busy mom-ing. My husband came home a bit earlier and I decided to come get a relaxing pedi. I drove all the way from Cathedral City area and picked up my sis so she can join me. We got here an hour before closing. The place was pretty empty only 1 person getting a pedi and 2 getting nails done, they took us in right away. They filled up the tubs, and an older lady came to work on my sis right away. She wanted her to take out her feet so she can start working on them already. My sis politely asked if she could let them soak for at least 5 minutes, to which the lady just stared at her almost confused but also UPSET at the same time and so my sis repeated herself "I'm sorry can I please just soak them a little longer" the lady said "you already did" my sister replied "can we do a couple more minutes." The lady got UPSET and said "okay I'm going to do your sister" which I immediately stated I'd like 5 minutes at least as well. (Geezus let me enjoy my pedicure and my chair massage!!) Well the lady got up angry and left and while walking away told another person working there in a loud and whining manner so that everyone could hear that we wanted FIVE MINUTES. That other person came and asked what was happening and we stated we simply asked to soak our (DRY ROUGH) feet at least 5 minutes, this person was obviously much nicer and tried to calm down the situation. I don't know this was a very uncomfortable experience and will definitely NOT come back. Let me add that it def looks like they reuse files/clippers/scrubbers. GROSS.

My daughter paid $62 to have her fully intact acrylic nails ripped off (instead of soaked of) and a very crappy set of bumpy, ill-shapen set of powder-dipped nails applied, all while getting cuts around two of her nails. She winced, told the technician that she was hurting her, to hear "so sorry" while the technician kept going. My daughter called me crying. When I arrived to see the unprofessional service, I went in and complained, pointing out all the failures in their service.They wanted to refile and reshape her nails, but she did not want them to touch her anymore. Reconsider another salon, this one is unprofessional.

I showed them and glad I took a photo of my current nails, verbally told them this is what I wanted... that I liked the previous length, rounded shape, white tips with pink, but of course my nails had grown out in 3 weeks, so needed to be "shorter" BUT NOT SHORT & CHOPPED OFF. I also said I liked how the gel nail was not mounded up too much. Manicure gal proceeded to use a FLAT CLIPPER, so she took off way too much and LEFT NOTHING on nails to work with OR BE ABLE TO SHAPE. I asked why... she and other worker proceeded to say I wanted "short", but I said "no, I showed you a photo and you saw my nails... they needed to be shorter, but not SHORT." Before she proceeded, I asked if cuticles were going to be done... and they said that was extra, but my cuticles have ALWAYS been done. I had been here before, but they claimed they could not give me what I showed AND explained several times to them. After being argued with, I finally said STOP!

I got my nails done for my vacation. I love how they turned out. Jenny does a great job!

Decided to book 6 appointments on a Saturday for a bachelorette almost 3 weeks in advance... our appointment was 2 pm. It was currently 3:20pm & 2 for our girls have not been attended. This place books too many clients knowing they don't have enough people to work. They sat down 3 people for pedicures who had appointments @3:15 even though one of our girls was still waiting on hers. I wouldn't book this salon for big groups. Super rushed service... the positives, the people working are kind & male owner is funny & made us feel welcomed.

I have lived in Indio for about 5 months and this is my new place. The customer service is amazing, and everyone is so nice! I wasn't a fan of dip fills, but they have 100% changed my mind. My nails are always beautiful, and they last so much longer than acrylic. They care about quality here and it definitely shows!

Bellaggio is a bit of a drive for me so I keep testing out places closer to home, however I end up going back there. They have a lot of repeat customers and Tina remembers each one. I haven't found the perfect fit yet - on my last visit the massage was excellent but the technician cut too deep into the cuticle - but I'll keep trying. I feel like they genuinely care about their work.

My new favorite place in the valley!! My daughter and I have been coming here for our last 5 nail appointments and they never disappoint. Our nails always look perfect and the staff is always so kind. I love the layout and the color options are endless. I promise, you will not leave disappointed. Please give them a try!!!

We were just passing through town and stopped in for a pedi- it was fabulous and everyone was super nice- definitely going back next trip!

I'm so bummed out with my experience after reading all the great reviews. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment and was out the door within 20 minutes. I got the worst dip of my life and my nails weren't even shaped the same, some were square, some were round and some were square round and to top it off they were so thick. The staff was so nice, that's what the two stars are for. It's been a week and I'm still trying to fix the weird shaped nails I was left with.

Each nail technician is meticulous with the manicure or pedicure service. I appreciate that each time they confirm the nail length and shape desired before beginning and after the first nail. Plus they always find an appointment time that can work. I keep returning to Bellaggio after trying and not returning to other local options

It was my first time here and i was nervous because of the reviews but going inside it was super pretty and clean and inviting i am always scared to get designs it's always a trust the process type of things but i enjoyed it he did fantastic on my nail shape i would definitely go back! i can tell they get busy i think i got lucky going in kinda early
