Old and tired hotel. Rooms are dated, dirty and in poor condition. Staff had a poor attitude and the breakfast was also of low quality and variety with lots of empty dishes, despite arriving when it was supposed to open. Location was good but very noisy from the beeping horns outside the window. Had a fridge in the room but it had the wrong plug so we couldn't use it. Spoke to reception who send maintenance. They went to get an adapter for us but never reappeared. Asked again for it and told none available as the hotel was full?! However they told me I could buy my own next door!!! Only one towel supplied for two people so asked for another one, didn't arrive, went to reception to ask it and finally an hour later we had one!

Check in process wasn't smooth, took them more than hour to give us the room even after showing the confirmed booking voucher. They kept on saying that they haven't received the booking yet. Staff wasn't very hospitable. Rooms were decent, but, the washroom needs maintenance, lot of rustic stains around the bathing area, the ammenities kept in bathing section were also used ones (not fresh). Location was great !! I would rate it as a 2-3 starred property.

Reception staff are great. It's cheap, clean and great location. My experience was 3 stars only. The internet didn't work for most of my 2 day stay. Also the cleaners ignore the "Do not disturb sign" hanging on the door and awoke me. Not happy about that! I would stay there again.

Good location. The hotel seems tired and worn, the bed was very comfortable The staff was outstanding! Front desk was very willing to intervene with a problem we are having with an airline. The door man hopped in our rental car and drove, to show us the nearest gas station because our car was on fumes. Would stay there again, restaurants right out the door and easy walk to old city for shopping.

Great location! No frills. Good hotel breakfast at 6:30! No decent makeup lighting; soap is too small, bring your own. Good pillows & bed!

We had a problem when checking-in. Reception Staff is lazy and not checking the booking properly. They let us suffer and pay. They are not ready to listen. They didn't explain properly the rules on our booking, especially the extra bed. They are so rude and no respect at all. When they call the Manager, he did not even give solutions to our problem. He is just following his staff. They are not ready to listen. They did not solve our problems. We will never ever go back to this hotel again. Staff and Manager required to go for Effective Communication Skills and Product Knowledge!!!!!!!!!!!!

you approach the hotel you realize is not 4*, you get in the elevator - not 3*, in front of the room you pray not to find bugs. with mushrooms you are served in the bathroom and in the staircase to the restaurant. no operational wifi except in the restaurant. breakfast buffet sufficient but vegetables, bread and pastries were sliced at least 2 days before. "do not disturb the waiters" in their internet games, long time their clothes were not seeing a washing machine. the room was made once in a 3 nights stay. booked a car by the hotel (said to be a hotel car), the receptionist sent me at 10 pm to search an ATM to pay the driver. if you search a 4* - forget it. if you search a good discount - you'll find better at 80$/day

It was somehow okay, however needed some touch ups and really upgrade the housekeeping. But since were not there for business trip or tourism, but for pilgrimage, it was okay. Some bugs and dirty towels and water seems to be there. Anyway we did not went there for the hotel but for other things. If you are going in the place, you will survive don't worry. Some bedbug bites were really not that hazardous. :D :D :D But i did enjoy the food and the friendliness and accommodation of the staff. :) But really, change the towels and please check the doors and sofas/ :) :) :)
